Abstract

一种主翼随风向变动转角的风车叶片,由主翼和导流部构成,其特殊之处在于:主翼相对于导流部往复转动一定角度;主翼与导流部两侧相邻并与导流部的两侧配合止位。由于采用这样的结构,当叶片的主翼两侧的任何一侧迎侧向风时,主翼相对于导流部随风偏向转动,因此增加了主翼与导流部的迎风量,能有效地借助风力,推动风轮转动。它能有效地克服因主翼不能转动,而无法充分利用风能的缺点,从而达到充分利用风能提高风力发电的效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种垂直轴风车的叶片。
背景技术
目前现有技术,一种垂直轴风车叶片,由主翼和导流部构成,所述主翼和导流部为一体成型制成的固定翼叶片。存在问题:因固定翼叶片在面对侧向风时,不能充分利用风能,来增加推动风车风轮转动的风力,而无法提高风力发电的效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种主翼随风向变动转角的风车叶片,它能有效地克服因主翼不能转动,而无法充分利用风能的缺点,从而达到充分利用风能提高风力发电的效率。
本发明是这样实现的:一种主翼随风向变动转角的风车叶片,由主翼和导流部构成,其特殊之处在于:主翼相对于导流部往复转动一定角度;主翼与导流部两侧相邻并与导流部的两侧配合止位。
所述的一种主翼随风向变动转角的风车叶片,其特殊之处在于:还包括一连接件、一铰轴,所述主翼的上、下端分别有铰轴固定孔,所述连接件上有轴承,铰轴一端与轴承配合,铰轴另一端与铰轴固定孔固定联接;连接件与导流部固定联接。

本发明一种主翼随风向变动转角的风车叶片,主翼相对于导流部往复转动一定角度;主翼与导流部两侧相邻并与导流部的两侧配合止位。由于采用这样的结构,参照图5所示,当叶片的主翼两侧的任何一侧迎侧向风时,主翼相对于导流部随风偏向转动,因此增加了主翼与导流部的迎风量,能有效地借助风力,推动风轮转动。它能有效地克服因主翼不能转动,而无法充分利用风能的缺点,从而达到充分利用风能提高风力发电的效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种主翼随风向变动转角的风车叶片,由主翼2和导流部3构成,还包括一连接件1,连接件1与主翼2枢接,连接件1与导流部3固定联接,在使用时,连接件1与风车本体固定联接,连接件1上有销柱11,导流部3的两端有销柱孔(图中未标识),销柱11插入销柱孔中,将连接件1与导流部3固定联接在一起;如图2、图4所示,主翼2与导流部3相邻端、与导流部3两侧配合止位。图2中主翼2的一侧与导流部3一侧配合,图4中主翼2的另一侧与导流部3的另一侧配合。图3中,是主翼2不受侧向风影响状态下的视图。
还包括一铰轴4,所述主翼2的上、下端分别有铰轴固定孔7,所述连接件1上有铰轴孔6,铰轴4一端与铰轴孔6的轴承5配合,铰轴4另一端与铰轴固定孔7固定联接。
本发明在风轮中运行状态,如图5所示,在C1位置时,主翼2处于不受侧向风影响的状态;在C2位置时,主翼2处于一侧受侧风状态,导流部一侧与主翼2一侧配合止位;在C3位置时,主翼2处于不受侧向风影响的状态;在C4位置时,主翼2处于另一侧受侧风状态,导流部另一侧与主翼2的另一侧配合止位;。随着风轮的转动,主翼2相对于导流部3往复转动。
实施例2
如图6所示,所述主翼2的上、下端分别有铰轴孔6,所述连接件1上有铰轴固定孔7,铰轴4一端与安装在铰轴孔6内的轴承5配合,铰轴4另一端与铰轴固定孔7固定联接。
实施例3
如图7所示,还包括一连接件1、一铰轴4,所述主翼2的上、下端分别有铰轴孔6,铰轴孔6内安装在轴承5,所述连接件1上有铰轴孔6,铰轴孔6内安装轴承5,铰轴两端与轴承配合;连接件与导流部固定联接。

1、一种主翼随风向变动转角的风车叶片,由主翼和导流部构成,其特征在于:主翼相对于导流部往复转动一定角度;主翼与导流部两侧相邻并与导流部的两侧配合止位。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种主翼随风向变动转角的风车叶片,其特征在于:还包括一连接件、一铰轴,所述主翼的上、下端分别有铰轴固定孔,所述连接件上有轴承,铰轴一端与轴承配合,铰轴另一端与铰轴固定孔固定联接;连接件与导流部固定联接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种主翼随风向变动转角的风车叶片,其特征在于:还包括一连接件、一铰轴,所述主翼的上、下端分别有轴承,所述连接件上有铰轴固定孔,铰轴一端与轴承配合,铰轴另一端与铰轴固定孔固定联接;连接件与导流部固定联接。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种主翼随风向变动转角的风车叶片,其特征在于:还包括一连接件、一铰轴,所述主翼的上、下端分别有轴承,所述连接件上有轴承,铰轴两端与轴承配合;连接件与导流部固定联接。
