一种耐高温低密度油井水泥减轻剂,由以下成份的重量比组成:超低密度水泥40份、漂珠28份、硫酸钠11.5份、微硅10份、激活剂5份、减阻剂2.5份、碱式氯化铝3份。本发明作用:减轻剂用以降低水泥浆密度,从而使固井水泥浆柱的静压力下降。这有助于防止由于薄弱地层的破裂而引起的井漏,保证固井质量。解决的井况:易漏地层和地热井、热采井固井施工问题。产品特点:耐高温、密度低、强度符合要求。本减轻剂优点可使用在循环温度38℃-120℃之间,选用的材料,在与水泥水化反应后第一要求是耐高温、第二要求是降低密度,这样可以满足固井工程的要求。

技术领域
本发明属于石油油井使用的水泥成分,特别涉及一种耐高温低密度油井水泥减轻剂。
背景技术
我国油气田类型较多,有低压低渗透油气田、稠油油气田、裂缝性油气田等,这些油气田多数油层压力系数低,有的是原始压力低,有的因长期开采油井压力降低,钻井时有时安全漏失,有时因封固较长而带来固井漏失,因此要保护好油气层减少油气层损害,要在固井时不发生漏失,保护好油气层还要固好井,为到达这个要求必须针对不同的油气藏特点采用不同的固井方法,有时需要采用低密度水泥固井,分级注固井等特殊的固井方法,因此必须在固井中采用特种水泥,在水泥中加入耐高温低密度减轻剂是其中一种方法。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种耐高温低密度油井水泥减轻剂。使用它可以降低套管外液柱压力,从而降低水泥浆液柱压力与地层孔隙压力差,实行合理压差固井,减少水泥浆滤液侵入油气层,有利于保护油气层,在低压油气或易漏井段,需要低密度水泥固井,水泥密度可控制在1.2g/cm3至1.5g/cm3本水泥浆能够耐高温。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种耐高温低密度油井水泥减轻剂,其特征在于:
由以下成份的重量比组成:
超低密度水泥    40份
漂珠            28份
硫酸钠          11.5份
微硅            10份
激活剂(氢氧化钠+碳酸钠)     5份
减阻剂(葡萄糖酸钠+丙酮)     2.5份
碱铝(碱式氯化铝)            3份。
本发明效果是:
①作用:减轻剂用以降低水泥浆密度,从而使固井水泥浆柱的静压力下降。这有助于防止由于薄弱地层的破裂而引起的井漏,保证固井质量。
②解决的井况:易漏地层和地热井、热采井固井施工问题。
③产品特点:耐高温、密度低、强度符合要求。
本减轻剂优点可使用在循环温度38℃-120℃之间,故选用的材料,在与水泥水化反应后第一要求是耐高温、第二要求是降低密度,这样可以基本满足固井工程的要求。

  激活剂   50   5%
  减阻剂   25   2.5%
  碱铝   30   3%
  合计   1000   100%
其中激活剂为氢氧化钠+碳酸钠,减阻剂为葡萄糖酸钠+丙酮碱铝为碱式氯化铝。
按上述配方混合搅拌制成耐高温低密度油井水泥减轻剂
加入惰性材料以及激活剂后,在水化反应过程中让减轻剂中部分惰性材料参与了水化反应,提高水泥石强度,保证在循环温度52℃时24小时强度大于8Mpa超过标准中3.5MPa的最低要求。使该产品上了新的台阶。

由以下成份的重量比组成:
超低密度水泥                 40份
漂珠                         28份
硫酸钠                       11.5份
微硅                         10份
激活剂---氢氧化钠+碳酸钠     5份
减阻剂---葡萄糖酸钠+丙酮     2.5份
碱铝---碱式氯化              3份。
