Detailed Description
In the embodiment of the invention, a terminal user sets relevant display attribute parameters of a receiver on terminal equipment according to personal service requirements (such as personal willingness, preference and the like) so as to request a network side to display information such as addresses of other receivers for each receiver according to a preset strategy through the parameters, so that the user or users of some receivers can be controlled not to directly reply to the users of other receivers; then, the network determines the processing mode of the short message transmission processing flow message through the corresponding parameters, and generates a corresponding MT (message termination) message header aiming at different user requirements, so as to achieve the purpose of hiding the user privacy information. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can meet the requirement of the terminal user for guaranteeing the private information so as to increase the service application amount, and can also reduce the redundancy of the information in the short message transmission process so as to save network resources and bring higher benefit to operators.
The specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention is shown in fig. 1, and specifically comprises the following steps:
step 11: a terminal user sends a message through terminal equipment, wherein the message carries display attribute parameter information;
when a terminal user constructs a message and needs to send the message to a plurality of receiver users, the message is sent in a mode of carrying a plurality of receiver user addresses in the same message, meanwhile, corresponding display attribute parameter information is also set in the message, and the display attribute parameter information is used for representing that the terminal user as a sender does not want information of other receiver users acquired by the receiver users;
step 12: the network side receives the message and analyzes and obtains the display attribute parameter information carried in the message;
step 13: modifying the information of the receiver user carried in the message according to the display attribute parameter information;
specifically, a receiver user information display strategy for each receiver user is determined according to the display attribute parameters, and a short message carrying modified receiver user information is determined for each receiver user, wherein the display strategy is specifically a display strategy for each receiver user to display other receiver user information;
the receiver user information display policy may be a receiver user information display policy for a single receiver user, or may be a receiver user information display policy for multiple receiver users, for example, if there are four receiver users A, B, C, D in total, the corresponding receiver user information display policy may be set as follows: for users A and B, not displaying the information of other receiver users, and for users C and D, displaying the information of all receiver users; alternatively, it may be set that the users A, B, C, D all display no information of other recipient users;
therefore, for the sender user, the information of the receiver user, which is to be displayed in the receiver terminal by the mass-sent message, can be effectively controlled according to the requirement;
step 14: and the network side sends the message modified according to the receiving party user information display strategy to each receiving party user.
In order to achieve the purpose of the embodiment of the present invention, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a preferred specific implementation scheme, and the implementation process of the scheme will be described in detail below.
In the preferred implementation, at least one of three parameters indicating whether to keep the called address in the message secret is added to the transmission protocol of the message as the display attribute parameter, but the process of implementing the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to these three parameters. The three parameters are specifically as follows:
(1) the parameter kept secret from all recipient users is called secret all
The specific meaning of this parameter is: if the sender user wants that all receiver users do not know the information of other receiver users, setting the parameter as the display attribute parameter;
(2) the parameter for keeping secret for a certain receiving party is called secret from, that is, the parameter for keeping secret for a certain receiving party and other receiving party user information
The specific meaning of this parameter is: hiding the parameters of all other receiver users for a certain receiver user, namely setting the parameters as the display attribute parameters if the sender user wants that the certain receiver user does not know the information of other receiver users;
the parameter may be specifically represented by adding a prefix or suffix to the address of the called user, or an independent parameter may be set, and information of the receiving party user (such as the address of the called user) that the sending party user does not want to know information of other receiving party users is placed in the parameter setting area, and so on;
in a specific implementation process, for a case of setting an independent parameter, the certain receiver user may be specifically set in a setting area to indicate that information of other receiver users is hidden therein;
(3) hiding a parameter of a certain recipient user, that is, hiding a parameter of some specific recipient user information from other recipient users, is called a secret user, and may also be called hiding a parameter that a certain recipient user is not known by other recipient users
The specific meaning of this parameter is: if the sender user does not want other receiver users to know the information of the specific receiver users, setting the parameter as the display attribute parameter;
the parameter may be specifically represented by adding a prefix or suffix to the address of the called user, or an independent parameter may be set, and information of certain specific receiver users (such as the address of the called user) is placed in the parameter setting area;
in the specific implementation process, for the case of setting an independent parameter, the secret user parameter may be specifically set to be yes, or the address of the receiver user as the called user is placed in the secret user parameter setting area, so as to indicate that other receiver users cannot know the address information of the receiver user with the secret user parameter set;
the secret user parameter set to be yes or the address of the called user can be placed in the secret user parameter setting area, and the meanings of the secret user parameter set to be yes or the meanings of the called user in the secret user parameter setting area can be two types: one is that the recipient user can know the address information of all other recipient users; the second is that the recipient user can only know the address information of the recipient user whose secret user parameter is set to no or not placed in the secret user parameter setting area. On the network side, the modification of the message can then be made according to a predetermined policy (i.e. the first meaning or the second meaning).
Based on the three parameters, if the sender user does not want all the receiver users to know the information of other receiver users, the method may specifically be: only one parameter secret all is set for indicating that all receiver users do not know the information of other receiver users; alternatively, all the recipient users may be placed in the secret from parameter setting area.
In addition, the user can set a default state in the terminal according to the preference, and the terminal can identify that the sending user does not want all receiving users to know the information of other receiving users according to the default state, or send the message by adopting corresponding processing aiming at the default state of the display attribute parameter adopted by a certain receiving user, so that the sending user does not need to set when sending the group message in a corresponding form every time, and the corresponding operation process is simplified.
It should be noted that the above three parameters may be used independently as the display attribute parameter, or may be used as the display attribute parameter after a plurality of parameters are combined, that is, the three parameters may be used independently from each other, or may be used after being combined with each other.
In a specific application process, the relationship among the three parameters includes:
1) if the secret all parameter is set to yes, then the secret from is automatically set to yes;
2) the secret from is all set to yes, then the secret all parameter can be set to yes;
3) under the condition that the secret user parameter is set to be yes or the user set to be the secret user can see the information of all other receiver users, if the secret users are all set to be yes, the secret all parameter can be set to be no;
4) in the case that the user with the secret user parameter set to yes or set to secret user can see other information of the receiver user who does not set secret user to be valid:
if the secret all parameter is set to be yes: the secret users are automatically all set to yes;
if the secret users are all set to yes, the secret all parameter setting can be achieved to be yes.
According to the relationship among the parameters, any one or more of the following settings can be performed in the terminal device, but not limited to:
if the terminal equipment sets all secret from parameters to be valid, automatically setting the secret all parameters to be valid;
if the valid meaning of the secret user parameters is that the user can only know the receiver user information without setting the parameters to be valid, and the terminal equipment sets all the secret user parameters to be valid, the secret all parameters are automatically set to be valid;
if the meaning that the secret user parameter is valid means that the user can know the user information of all other receivers, and all the secret user parameters are set to be valid, the secret parameter is automatically set to be invalid.
With the above arrangement, the processing procedure for the display attribute parameter on the network side can be simplified.
In the embodiment of the present invention, specifically, the existing message transport protocol may be extended to carry the display attribute parameter, for example, SMS (short message service) protocol (such as MAP (mobile application part) protocol, etc.), IMS message protocol (such as SIP (session initiation protocol), etc.), and CPM (converged IP message) transport protocol may be extended, or some fields not yet utilized in the corresponding protocol may be redefined to carry the display attribute parameter.
The following will describe the corresponding parameter setting manner by taking the setting of the three parameters mentioned as secret all, secret from and secret user as an example:
the first implementation is as follows:
on the basis of the address information of the receiving party user, a prefix or a suffix is added to indicate the meaning of the secret from and secret user parameters, specifically as shown in fig. 2, the suffix secret from and secret user parameters are respectively added in the addresses address-1 to address-n, so as to facilitate the setting of the corresponding parameters by the terminal user.
For example, a prefix or a suffix of a secret from and a secret user parameter may be added to an RP-Destination Address (relay protocol Destination Address field) or a TP-Destination-Address information element (transport protocol Destination Address information unit) in an SMS message; alternatively, the secret from and secret user parameter prefix or suffix may be added To the To (destination user address) or request URI (request URI) Message header in the IMS Message.
The second implementation is as follows:
setting an independent parameter, placing the address of a called user (namely, a receiver user) which does not want a certain receiver user to know the information of other receiver users in a setting area corresponding to the parameter, or setting the address of the called user with the information of a specific receiver user in the parameter setting area, and setting specific values of secret from and secret user parameters, namely whether the parameters are valid or not; specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the secret from field, that is, the address information of the specific receiving party user corresponding to the parameter, is set in the secret from area, and the secret user field, that is, the address information of the specific receiving party user corresponding to the parameter, is set in the secret user area.
For example, a secret from and secret user area may be specifically set in an added RP-Destination Address or TP-Destination-Address information element area in an SMS message, and an Address or identification information of a corresponding recipient user is placed in the area; alternatively, a secret from and secret user area may be set in a To or request URI area added To the IMS Message, and the address or identification information of the corresponding recipient user may be placed in the secret from and secret user area.
Based on the three parameters of secret all, secret from and secret user, the embodiment of the present invention includes two parts, namely, a terminal side processing procedure and a network side processing procedure, in a specific application procedure, and the two processing procedures will be described in detail below.
Terminal side processing procedure
As shown in fig. 4, at the terminal side, the corresponding processing flow includes the following steps:
step 21: constructing the content of a message to be sent in a terminal device, determining the information of a receiver user of the message, and specifically constructing the message to be sent comprising a plurality of receiver users;
the address identification of the corresponding receiver user can be selected from a telephone directory, or the address identification of the corresponding receiver user can be manually input;
step 22: the terminal equipment prompts a terminal user whether to set display attribute parameters, if so, executing a step 212, otherwise, executing a step 23;
that is, the sender user determines whether the receiver user wants to know the information of other receiver users, if yes, step 212 is directly executed, otherwise, step 23 is executed;
step 23: judging whether the information of other receiver users needs to be hidden for all the receiver users, namely judging whether the information of other receiver users needs to be kept secret for all the users, if so, executing a step 24, otherwise, executing a step 25;
step 24: the terminal device sets secret all parameter as valid, that is, set to be yes, to require to keep secret to all users and other receiver user information, and executes step 212;
step 25: setting the secret all parameter to be NO, and executing the step 26;
step 26: judging whether a certain or some receiver users need to be set not to display the information of other receiver users, if so, executing step 28, otherwise, executing step 27;
step 27: the terminal device sets the secret from parameter of the corresponding receiving party user as no, and executes step 29;
step 28: the terminal device sets the secret from parameter of each receiving party user as yes, that is, the secret from parameter corresponding to the user address which does not want the user to display the address information of other receiving party users is set as yes, and executes step 29;
step 29: judging whether the information of a certain or some receiver users needs to be hidden, if so, executing step 210, otherwise, executing step 211;
step 210: the terminal device sets the secret user parameter of the corresponding receiver user as yes, that is, sets the secret user parameter corresponding to the address of each specific receiver user to be hidden as yes, and executes step 212;
step 211: the terminal device sets the secret user parameter of each receiver user to be no, and executes step 212;
step 212: and sending the message with the display attribute parameters set, namely, the sent message contains the three parameters of secret all, secret from and secret user.
In the above processing procedure, only one or more parameters may be set, and if some of the parameters are used for setting, only some of the processing procedures need to be executed to implement the corresponding function; for example, only steps 21 to 25, and step 212 may be performed, completing the corresponding processes; alternatively, only step 21 to step 28, and step 212 may be executed to complete the corresponding processes; alternatively, it is also possible to perform only steps 21 and 22, and steps 26 to 212, complete the corresponding processing procedures, and so on.
The following describes a specific implementation manner of the corresponding network side processing procedure, taking the above terminal side processing procedure as an example.
A corresponding network side processing procedure is as shown in fig. 5, that is, a process that a network side device receives a message carrying address information of a plurality of recipient users specifically includes the following steps:
step 31: the network side equipment receives the message;
step 32: the network side equipment judges the setting condition of secret all parameters, if the setting condition is yes, step 34 is executed, otherwise, step 33 is executed;
step 33: the network side extracts the address information of each receiver user, deletes or hides the address information of other receiver users aiming at each receiver user, and executes step 38;
step 34: judging the setting condition of the parameter of the recipient user address secret from, if so, executing the step 35, otherwise, executing the step 36;
step 35: if the secret from parameter is set to be yes, the network side extracts the address information of each receiver user, deletes or hides the address information of other receiver users aiming at the receiver user with the secret from parameter, and then executes step 38;
in this step, after determining that the information parameter of the other receiving party user which is confidential for a certain receiving party user (assumed to be user a) is valid, the network side may adopt any one of the following processing modes when sending a message to the other receiving party user:
(1) hiding or not sending the information of the user A to other receiver users;
(2) and sending the information of the user A to other receiver users.
In the case that the network sends the information of the user a to other receiving users, the other receiving users can see the information of the user a and can directly reply the message to the user a, or alternatively, the other receiving users can set that the message cannot be directly replied to the user a.
Step 36: judging the setting condition of the specific user address secret user parameters for hiding certain specific user information for other receiver users, if so, executing a step 37, otherwise, executing a step 38;
step 37: if the secret user parameter is set to be yes, the network side extracts the address information of each receiver user, deletes or hides the address information of the receiver user with the secret user parameter set for other receiver users, and then executes step 38;
in this step, after determining that the parameter hiding a certain recipient user from being known by other recipient users is valid, further determining that the parameter hiding a certain recipient user from being known by other recipient users from among all other recipient users is valid according to a predetermined policy, so as to distinguish and process the display relationship between two recipient users which are respectively set as the secret user parameter valid; for example, user information of the corresponding recipient user may be and be retained in the message so that both parties can see the other party; the user information of the corresponding receiver user can be deleted or hidden in the message so as to make the two parties invisible (at this time, the deleted or hidden operation can be directly executed without identifying the secret user parameters of other receiver users);
step 38: and sending the information obtained after the processing to each receiver user.
It should be noted that, if only one or more of the three parameters are set, only part of the processing procedures need to be executed, for example, only the secret all parameter is set, only the steps 31 to 33 and the step 38 in the processing procedures need to be executed on the network side device, and no other processing procedures need to be executed, and if only the secret user parameter is set, only the steps 31, 36 to 38 need to be executed on the network side device.
In this embodiment, if the network side device function is implemented in a 3GPP (third generation partnership project) network, the network side device function may be a message Server such as an enhanced SM-SC (short message service center), an IP-SM-GW (IP message gateway), an S-CSCF (serving call session control function), and a CPM Server (CPM Server), or may be implemented by a newly added network entity.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides an apparatus for implementing group sending of short messages, that is, a terminal device, whose specific implementation structure is shown in fig. 6, including the following processing units:
(1) display attribute parameter determination unit
The unit is specifically configured to determine display attribute parameter information of each receiver user of a message to be sent, where the display attribute parameter is used to indicate a display policy of each receiver user for displaying information of other receiver users; the display attribute parameters that can be specifically adopted include, but are not limited to, at least one of parameters for keeping all the receiver users secret, parameters for keeping a certain receiver user secret, and parameters for hiding a certain receiver user;
the display attribute parameter determining unit may specifically obtain display attribute parameter information input by the terminal user through an interface for obtaining display performance parameters, which is set on the terminal device, for example, a corresponding menu is provided on the terminal device, and after the terminal user selects the menu for setting display attribute parameter information, the display attribute parameters of each receiver user may be gradually set;
(2) message construction unit
The unit is configured to construct a message including information of multiple recipient users, and set display attribute parameter information determined by the display attribute parameter determining unit in the message, where the display attribute parameter information is specifically carried by an extension field or a reserved field in the message, and of course, a newly added field may also be used to carry the display attribute parameter information, or the display attribute parameter information may also be carried in a newly defined message header (e.g., a newly defined message header in an IMS message);
if the display attribute parameter determined by the display attribute parameter determining unit includes at least one of a parameter for keeping all the recipient users secret, a parameter for keeping a certain recipient user secret and other recipient user information, and a parameter for hiding a certain recipient user from being known by other recipient users, the message constructing unit may specifically include at least one of the following implementation manners:
in a first implementation manner, the message constructing unit specifically includes a first judging processing unit and a first message setting unit, wherein,
the first judgment processing unit is used for judging whether the user information of other receiver users needs to be kept secret for all the receiver users or not and informing the judgment result to the first message setting unit;
the first message setting unit is used for acquiring the judgment result, if the judgment result is needed, the parameter which is kept secret for all the receiver users is set to be valid, otherwise, the parameter which is kept secret for all the receiver users is set to be invalid;
in a second implementation manner, the message constructing unit specifically includes a second judgment processing unit and a second message setting unit, wherein,
the second judgment processing unit is used for judging whether the user information of other receiver users needs not to be displayed for a certain receiver user or not and informing the judgment result to the second message setting unit;
a second message setting unit, configured to obtain the determination result, if the determination result is required, set the parameter for keeping the user information of the other receiving party secret for the certain receiving party user to be valid for the receiving party user, otherwise, set the parameter for keeping the user information of the other receiving party secret for the certain receiving party user to be invalid;
in a third implementation manner, the message constructing unit specifically includes a third determining unit and a third message setting unit, wherein,
a third judgment processing unit, configured to judge whether it is necessary to hide user information of a certain receiver user from other receiver users, and notify a third message setting unit of a judgment result;
and the third message setting unit is used for acquiring the judgment result, if the judgment result is required, setting the parameter which hides a certain receiver user from being known by other receiver users to be valid aiming at the receiver user, and otherwise, setting the parameter which hides the certain receiver user from being known by other receiver users to be invalid.
The second message setting unit and/or the third message setting unit may set the parameter in a prefix or a suffix of an address of the recipient user in the message, or may set the address of the recipient user for which the parameter is valid in a set area.
The message construction unit may further include: after the first message setting unit sets the parameters which are kept secret from all the receiver users to be valid, the second message setting unit is automatically triggered to set all the parameters which are kept secret from a certain receiver user and are used for other receiver user information, and/or the third message setting unit is triggered to set all the parameters which hide a certain receiver user and are not known by other receiver users to be valid.
(3) Message sending unit
The unit is used for sending the message constructed by the message construction unit, namely sending the message to the network side equipment so as to send the message to each receiver user through the network side equipment.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides an apparatus for implementing group sending of short messages, that is, a network device, whose specific implementation structure is shown in fig. 7, including the following processing units:
(1) message receiving unit
The unit is used for receiving a message which is sent by the terminal equipment and contains a plurality of receiver users and display attribute parameters, wherein the information contained in the display attribute parameters is already described in the terminal equipment and is not detailed herein;
(2) receiver user information modification unit
The unit is used for determining a display strategy aiming at each receiver user according to the display attribute parameters, modifying the information of the receiver user in the received message, and specifically obtaining the information of each receiver user through modification, wherein the information of the receiver user in each message is the information which is expected to be displayed by the sender user;
it should be noted that, if the display attribute parameter in the message received by the message receiving unit includes at least one of a parameter for keeping all the recipient users secret, a parameter for keeping a certain recipient user secret and other recipient user information, and a parameter for hiding a certain recipient user from being known by other recipient users, the implementation manner of the recipient user information modifying unit includes at least one of the following:
in a first implementation manner, the receiving-side user information modification unit specifically includes a first parameter identification unit and a first message modification unit, wherein,
the first parameter identification unit is used for judging whether the parameters which are kept secret from all the users of the receiving party are valid or not, and if the parameters are confirmed to be valid, the first message modification unit is triggered;
the first message modification unit is used for deleting or hiding the user information of all other receiver users in the message of each receiver user;
in a second implementation manner, the receiving-side user information modification unit specifically includes a second parameter identification unit and a second message modification unit, wherein,
the second parameter identification unit is used for judging whether the parameters for keeping the information of other receiving party users secret for a certain receiving party user are valid or not, and if the parameters are determined to be valid, the second message modification unit is triggered;
the second message modification unit is used for deleting or hiding the user information of other receiver users in the message of the receiver user;
in a third implementation manner, the receiving-side user information modification unit specifically includes a third parameter identification unit and a third information modification unit, wherein,
a third parameter identification unit, configured to determine whether the parameter hiding a certain receiver user and unknown to other receiver users is valid, and if the parameter is determined to be valid, trigger the third message modification unit;
and the third message modifying unit is used for deleting or hiding the user information of the receiver user in the messages of other receiver users.
The receiving-side user information modifying unit may further include another parameter identifying unit, configured to further identify and determine that a parameter, which hides a certain receiving-side user from other receiving-side users, is an effective receiving-side user among all other receiving-side users after the third parameter identifying unit determines that the parameter is effective, and trigger the third message modifying unit to delete or hide or retain the user information of the receiving-side user in the message according to a predetermined policy.
(4) Message distribution unit
The unit is used for sending the modified message to each receiver user, so that each receiver user can receive the message sent by the sender user.
Since the message received by the network side device may not include the display attribute parameter information, optionally, the network device may further include a determination processing unit configured to determine whether the received message includes the display attribute parameter information, and after determining that the received message includes the display attribute parameter information, trigger the receiver information modification unit to modify the information of the receiver user in the received mass texting message according to the intention of the sender user.
Taking the above-mentioned apparatus (i.e. network device) implemented in the 3GPP network as an example, the corresponding network device may be disposed before the IP-SM-GW of the conventional short message system SM-SC or SMSIP system, as shown in fig. 8, where the newly added entity is the network device provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and is used to complete the conversion or distribution of the message, so as to reduce the impact on the modification of the existing device.
In addition, the network device can also be built in the IP-SM-GW of the traditional short message system SM-SC or SMSIP system as one of the functional modules to realize the corresponding processing function.
It should be noted that the embodiments provided by the present invention can be used not only in short message related systems, but also in message systems such as MMS, IM, CPM (converged IP messaging); that is to say, the network device provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented based on an SM-SC (short message service center), an IP-SM-GW (IP message gateway), an S-CSCF (serving call session control function), and a CPM Server (converged IP message Server).
In conclusion, the related parameters are set, the parameter setting mode and the relationship between the parameter setting mode and the parameter setting mode are provided, the related processing flow is provided, the privacy of the user information is effectively protected, the application range of the message transmission mode of a plurality of receivers by using one message is expanded, and higher income is brought to operators.
