一种共枢式异步电动永磁升频电源机,在定子铁芯中定子槽的底部设置工频电动机绕组,定子槽的上部分安排中频发电机绕组,在转子铁芯设置工频电动机双鼠笼绕组,转子铁芯的转子槽上部设置永磁体,转子铁芯两端为铜板,阻尼杆和导电铜杆焊接在两端铜板上,阻尼杆穿入冲片的阻尼孔中,导电铜杆置于冲片组成的槽底部,永磁体置于槽上部,由槽楔楔紧固定,冲片通过支架、固定杆和两端板以转轴定位固定在电机转轴上。本发明的技术效果是:工频异步电动机和永磁中频发电机共用一个定子铁芯和转子铁芯,使电机的轴向长度短,节省有限空间,适用于变频发电。

共枢式异步电动永磁升频电源机
                        技术领域
本发明涉及一种无刷变频发电机,尤其涉及一种共枢式异步电动永磁升频电源机。
                        背景技术
永磁中频发电机的驱动可以由内燃机等机械动力供给,也可由电动机带动。当由工频异步电动机与永磁中频发电机同轴时,可以实现工频变中频升频,得到所需的高于工频频率的中频电源。但是,这样组成轴向长度长,且要二台电机组成,在一些移动电源中安置有困难。为了简化,缩短长度,节省有限空间,将工频异步电动机和中频永磁发电机结构上合二为一,使电机结构中只有一个定子铁芯和一个转子铁芯就可以实现此目的。
                        发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种共枢式异步电动机永磁升频电源机,把异步电动一永磁升频二台电机合并为一台共枢式电机,使轴向长度大大缩短,达到节省空间长度并简化方便的目的。
本发明是这样来实现的,它包括一个定子铁芯和一个转子铁芯,在定子铁芯中定子槽的底部设置工频电动机绕组,定子槽的上部分安排中频发电机绕组,在转子铁芯设置工频电动机双鼠笼绕组,转子铁芯的转子槽上部设置永磁体,转子铁芯两端为铜板,阻尼杆和导电铜杆焊接在两端铜板上,阻尼杆穿入冲片的阻尼孔中,导电铜杆置于冲片组成的槽底部,永磁体置于槽上部,由槽楔楔紧固定,冲片通过支架、固定杆和两端板以转轴定位固定在电机转轴上。
本发明的技术效果是:工频异步电动机和永磁中频发电机共用一个定子铁芯和转子铁芯,使电机的轴向长度短,节省有限空间,适用于变频发电,满足需要中频例如400HZ电源用户的需要。

                     具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括一个定子铁芯和一个转子铁芯,在定子铁芯中定子槽的底部设置工频电动机绕组,定子槽的上部分安排中频发电机绕组,在转子铁芯设置工频电动机双鼠笼绕组,转子铁芯的转子槽上部设置永磁体,转子铁芯两端为铜板,阻尼杆3和导电铜杆6焊接在两端铜板上,阻尼杆3穿入冲片的阻尼孔中,导电铜杆置于冲片2组成的槽底部,永磁体5置于槽上部,由槽楔4楔紧固定,冲片通过支架7、固定杆1和两端板以转轴8定位固定在电机转轴上。当工频电源输入电机的定子中的异步电动机绕组,形成旋转磁场,感应双鼠笼绕组产生感应电流,形成工频异步电动机运行,转子旋转使多极永磁体切割定子中的中频发电机绕组,产生中频电,对外供应中频电源而达到发明的目的。
以定子槽数Z1=36,工频异步电动机极数ZP1=2,相数m1=3,永磁中频发电机极数2P=16,相数m=3,转子槽数Z2=16的电机为例。
定子铁芯中下有3相对称的工频交流绕组和3相对称的中频交流绕组,它们之间是无干扰的。而转子结构如图1所示,其永磁体用钕铁硼,按切向磁场方式布置。当工频50HZ 3相380V电源接入定子2极三相绕组后,电机转子按异步电动机旋转,转速为2950r/min,转子中16极永磁体切割定子中频三相绕组,发出3相208V中频电压对外供电,中频频率为f=8×2950/60=393HZ。至此,使市电50HZ输入而输出中频393HZ电源,达到异步电动永磁升频的发明目的。本电机当内燃机3000r/min驱动时,可作为工频、中频、双频发电机用。

Claims (2)

1、一种共枢式异步电动永磁升频电源机,它包括一个定子铁芯和一个转子铁芯,其特征是在定子铁芯中定子槽的底部设置工频电动机绕组,定子槽的上部分安排中频发电机绕组,在转子铁芯设置工频电动机双鼠笼绕组,转子铁芯的转子槽上部设置永磁体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的共枢式异步电动永磁升频电源机,其特征是转子铁芯两端为铜板,阻尼杆和导电铜杆焊接在两端铜板上,阻尼杆穿入冲片的阻尼孔中,导电铜杆置于冲片组成的槽底部,永磁体置于槽上部,由槽楔楔紧固定,冲片通过支架、固定杆和两端板以转轴定位固定在电机转轴上。
