Abstract

一种平板太阳能热水器的低热损保温水箱,包括水箱内胆、导热介质层、中间胆体、保温层和水箱壳体,由于在中间胆体的外表面加贴隔热膜,进水管和出水管都通过联动隔热控制阀与水箱内胆相通。联动隔热控制阀能使控制出水管与进水管同时开启或关闭,确保不使用状态时,水箱内胆中的热水与进水管和出水管隔离,导管采用隔热膜和保温套管双层保温结构,最大限度地降低水箱热损。经试验测定,这种结构的保温水箱与现有保温水箱相比,可减少热损30%~35%,是真正的低热损型保温水箱。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种平板式太阳能热水器,尤其涉及其中的保温水箱。
背景技术:
在现有的平板式太阳能热水器中,其保温水箱从内到外依次由水箱内胆1、导热介质层2、中间胆体3、保温层4和水箱壳体5组成,导热介质层2通过导管6与平板式太阳能集热器相连,进水管7和出水管8均与水箱内胆1相通,且进水管7设置在水箱内胆1的底部,出水管8与水箱内胆1中的热水导管9相通。经试验分析,进水管7、出水管8、导管6以及中间胆体3是保温水箱的主要散热点,其热量散失率约占整个保温水箱系统热散失的60%左右。随着世界各国对太阳能利用的高度重视,太阳能与建筑一体化设计已被上升到相当高的科研位置,人们迫切需要一种低热损的平板型太阳能热水器,即必须用低热损的平板太阳能集热器和低热损的保温水箱进行组合,以适应高层建筑阳台式高效平板太阳能热水器的需求。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种平板太阳能热水器的低热损保温水箱,以适应现代高层建筑必须安装阳台式高效平板太阳能热水器的需求。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
所述平板太阳能热水器的低热损保温水箱,包括水箱内胆1、导热介质层2、中间胆体3、保温层4和水箱壳体5,导热介质层2通过导管6与平板式太阳能集热器相连,进水管7和出水管8均与水箱内胆1相通,且进水管7和出水管8都设置在水箱内胆1的底部,出水管8与水箱内胆1中的热水导管9相通,其特征是:在中间胆体3的外表面贴有隔热膜10,进水管7和出水管8都通过联动隔热控制阀11与水箱内胆1相通,出水管8通过联动隔热控制阀11与水箱内胆1中的热水导管9相连接,在导管6外依次包裹有隔热膜10和保温套管13。
进一步,进水管7的管径大于出水管8的管径;在水箱内胆1内正对进水管7的上方设有挡板12。
由于在中间胆体3的外表面加贴隔热膜10,进水管7和出水管8都通过联动隔热控制阀11与水箱内胆1相通连,联动隔热控制阀11为能同时开启或关闭出水管8与进水管7,确保不使用状态时,水箱内胆1中的热水与进水管7和出水管8隔离;若采用出水管8的管径小于进水管7的管径,则出水就能带有压力感;连接保温水箱与平板集热器的介质导管6采用保温套管和隔热膜10双层保温,最大限度地降低水箱热损。经试验测定,这种结构的保温水箱与现有保温水箱相比,可减少热损30%~35%,是真正的低热损型保温水箱。

如附图1、图2所示,所述平板太阳能热水器的低热损保温水箱,从内到外依次由水箱内胆1、导热介质层2、中间胆体3、保温层4、水箱壳体5、导管6、进水管7、出水管8、热水导管9、隔热膜10、联动隔热控制阀11组成,在中间胆体3的外表贴有隔热膜10,在导管6外依次包裹有隔热膜10和保温套管13,导热介质层2通过导管6与平板式太阳能集热器相连,进水管7和出水管8均通过联动隔热控制阀11与水箱内胆1相通,且进水管7和出水管8都设置在水箱内胆1的底部,在水箱内胆1正对进水管7的上方设有挡板12,出水管8通过联动隔热控制阀11与水箱内胆1中的热水导管9相通。

1.一种平板太阳能热水器的低热损保温水箱,包括水箱内胆(1)、导热介质层(2)、中间胆体(3)、保温层(4)和水箱壳体(5),导热介质层(2)通过导管(6)与平板式太阳能集热器相连,进水管(7)和出水管(8)均与水箱内胆(1)相通,且进水管(7)和出水管(8)都设置在水箱内胆(1)的底部,出水管(8)与水箱内胆(1)中的热水导管(9)相通,其特征是:在中间胆体(3)的外表面贴有隔热膜(10),进水管7通过联动隔热控制阀(11)与水箱内胆(1)相通,出水管(8)也通过联动隔热控制阀(11)与水箱内胆(1)中的热水导管(9)相连接,在导管(6)外依次包裹有隔热膜(10)和保温套管(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述平板太阳能热水器的低热损保温水箱,其特征是:所述进水管(7)的管径大于出水管(8)的管径;在水箱内胆(1)内正对进水管(7)的上方设有挡板(12)。
