Abstract

本发明涉及具有进口止回阀的涂料泵领域。 
背景技术
在过去,这种涂料泵经常由于前次使用后的不充分的清洁而遇到进口止回阀粘在关闭位置的情况。当涂料残留在进口止回阀中时,可移动元件(通常为球状物)被粘附在阀座上,并且泵的进口抽吸经常不足以破坏这种粘附。在过去,这种情况表现为泵不能从涂料容器抽取涂料,并且需要拆卸进口止回阀以从阀座上释放可移动元件,这对泵操作者来说导致不便和延误。 
本发明通过提供一种自动进口止回阀释放装置来解决和克服进口阀被粘住的问题,该自动进口止回阀释放装置用于每次在泵准备好操作时自动地破坏可移动元件和阀座之间的任何这种粘附。 
发明内容
在一个方面,本发明是一种自动进口止回阀释放装置,该自动进口止回阀释放装置用于每次供电时在止回阀中释放粘附在阀座上的止回阀的可移动元件。 
在另一方面,本发明是一种防止涂料污染螺线管的螺线管和进口止回阀的液体密封组件。 
在另一方面,本发明是一种每次供电时为螺线管提供能量脉冲的电路。 
在又一方面,本发明是用于涂料泵的自动进口止回阀释放装置和控制装置的组合,该自动进口止回阀释放装置具有螺线管和止回阀的液体密封组件,该控制装置用于螺线管,其在每次为泵供电时瞬时使螺线管通电。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图,更具体地参考图1,可以看到用于本发明的系统2。系统2包括具有通过插头8连接在电源上的ON-OFF开关6的涂料泵4。涂料容器3通过吸入管或装置5向与泵4相连接且流体连通的进口止回阀12提供液体涂料7(文中称为涂料)的源。当开关6转到ON时,泵4被通电以将涂料传送给涂料涂布器或喷漆器如喷枪(未示出)。但是,如果进口止回阀没有适当地被清洁,止回阀中的可移动元件可能(被干涂料)粘附在阀座上,从而阻止泵抽吸涂料。本发明具有控制装置16,该控制装置(如图所示通过脉冲15)瞬时触发螺线管14以使可移动元件从止回阀12的阀座瞬时位移,从而破坏这种粘附。 
现在参考图2、3和4,可以看到具有进口止回阀12和螺线管14的装置10。装置10与适当的控制装置一起构成自动进口止回阀释放机构。图7示出控制装置的一种形式并在下文加以说明。 
另参考图4和5,装置10的止回阀12包括入口配件或壳体18、可用硬质合金制成的阀座20、以及球状物22形式的可移动元件。应当理解,可以在进口止回阀中使用其它可移动元件而保持在本发明的范围之内。球状物22由与保持器26一体成型的保持架24保持在阀座20附近。吸入装置(suction set)入口配件28可以被拧入壳体18中并通过O形圈30相对于壳体密封。吸入装置入口配件28适用于接纳和固定吸入管5或其它吸入装置如伸出的吸入装置(未示出)。
球状物推杆32由螺线管入口配件34保持在壳体18中。密封件36被接纳在推杆32上以使推杆32相对于壳体18密封。大弹簧38和小弹簧40被接纳在推杆32上并且通过反抗垫圈42促使推杆32远离球状物22。螺母44松动地套在入口配件34上并具有内螺纹46以接纳螺线管14且与螺线管14紧密配合。内螺纹46可以是常规的橡胶软管装配螺纹。 
现在具体参考图4和6,螺线管14包括具有线圈52和插棒式铁心54的组件50,其中插棒式铁心54相对于线圈52轴向自由移动。电源线56具有一对与组件50上的接线端60相连接以在需要时给线圈52供电的绝缘导线58。外壳62与盖66一起包围组件50并利用O形圈64密封在螺线管外壳盖66上来为组件50和电源线56提供液体密封的容器。盖66具有尺寸形成为与螺纹46配合的阳螺纹68,O形圈70在盖66和壳体18之间提供密封件以完成用于螺线管14和止回阀12的组合的液体密封布置。螺纹紧固件72将盖66固定在外壳62上。尽管未示出,但是可以把电源线56的接地装置固定在组件50的金属框架74上。 
现在参考图7,可以看到用于螺线管14的控制装置16的电路80。电路80包括与接收120V交流电的接线端84、86相连接的全波整流桥82。一20千欧姆的电阻器88通过二极管92为9伏特的稳压二极管90提供直流电,该稳压二极管90具有与之并联的22微法拉的滤波电容器94,还有由470千欧姆的电阻器98和10微法拉的电容器100构成的低通滤波器96。一1兆欧姆的电阻器102与电容器100并联以在去除电源后为电容器100放电。一1千欧姆的电阻器104为NPN晶体管106提供基极电流。一10千欧姆的电阻器108连接在稳压二极管90的9伏特稳压电源和SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier,可控硅整流器)112的门极连接110之间,该SCR 112控制到螺线管14的线圈52的电力。反向二极管114与线圈52并联。晶体管106优选型号为2N3904,SCR 112优选型号为EC103D。 
自动进口止回阀释放装置的操作如下。每次为装置10与之相连接的泵供电时,例如,当ON-OFF开关(未示出)从OFF转到ON时,电路80将提供足以使插棒式铁心54向前移动推杆32的能量脉冲,使球状物22从阀座20移开,该脉冲之后插棒式铁心54和推杆32将(由于弹簧38和40)缩回,使得此后当止回阀12操作以将涂料吸入与装置10相连接的泵时,球状物20可坐靠在阀座20上和从阀座20离开。这种瞬时的球状物位移用于在泵操作开始时破坏球状物22和阀座20之间的任何粘附。 
更具体地,当初始被供电时,电路80通过电阻器108经由门接线端110提供门电流,瞬时地开启SCR 112并为线圈52供电。一旦低通滤波器96中止,晶体管106将从门接线端110断开门电流。一旦SCR 112中消除了门电流,下次可在接线端60得到的未稳压的直流电向零下降,当通过SCR 112的电流下降到低于足够维持导电的维持电流水平以下时,SCR112将断开。此后,晶体管106保持导电状态,使SCR 112在泵(未示出)的操作期间保持断开。一旦从接线端84、86除去电力——例如当ON-OFF开关(未示出,但是应理解为与接线端84或86之一串联)被切断时,电阻器102将通过使电容器100放电而“复位”电路80,此后电路将准备好当再次被供电时,供应单个脉冲以在止回阀12中瞬时位移球状物。 
本发明并不限于其所有细节,因为可以对其作出修改和变型而不偏离本发明的精神或范围。举例来说且不是限制性的,可以使用其它形式的控制装置16,如瞬时关闭的继电器,而仍然保持在当前要求保护的本发明的范围之内。 

Claims (6)

1.一种用于涂料泵的自动释放装置,其为具有用于将涂料吸入泵内的进口止回阀的类型,该进口止回阀具有可移动构件以及该可移动构件靠置于其上以提供止回功能的阀座,所述自动释放装置包括:
a.可用于使可移动构件从阀座移开的位移元件;
b.促使位移元件与可移动构件脱离接合的弹性构件;
c.具有与位移元件机械联接的插棒式铁心的可选择性操作的电螺线管;以及
d.电控装置,该电控装置响应于泵的供电并与螺线管相连接以操作螺线管来瞬时促使位移元件与可移动构件接合,
其中,所述电控装置可用于根据泵的供电瞬时使螺线管通电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述进口止回阀具有壳体,并且螺线管具有外壳和盖,当所述外壳和盖连接到所述壳体上时该螺线管是液体密封的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,电控装置包括每次为泵供电时瞬时通电的电源开关装置。
4.一种在涂料泵的进口止回阀中自动破坏可移动构件和阀座的粘附的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
a.当为泵供电时使螺线管通电;
b.使用螺线管使得推杆行进至与可移动构件相接合;
c.使可移动构件脱离与阀座的接触;以及
d.此后,通过使螺线管断电来使推杆缩回,
其中,步骤a、b和c是瞬时的,而步骤d在持续为泵供电的时间段中持续进行。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,通过由SCR使螺线管通电来执行步骤a。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,通过从SCR去除门电流来执行步骤d。
