本发明公开了一种放射性籽源植入枪,包括连接有手柄的枪体、籽源储存仓、屏蔽盖和推杆,枪体的中上部设置有籽源储存仓插座,在籽源储存仓插座的后壁中部设置有孔道、前壁中部设置有中空植入针、前壁上部设置有植入针扣板、底部设置有凹槽,凹槽的下部设置有抗凝剂输入孔,籽源储存仓插座的顶部设置有带螺扣的凸起;籽源储存仓包括壳体和上盖,壳体内设置有顶杆、顶杆通过弹簧与所述上盖活动连接,壳体的下部设置有通孔,在壳体的底部设置有底孔。本发明结构简单、使用方便;防止了放射性籽源在植入过程中的卡源现象,避免了病人间的交叉污染,屏蔽盖的设置降低了放射性籽源的辐射剂量,减轻了对医生的和相关医护人员的辐射。

放射性籽源植入器
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,涉及一种用于肿瘤组织植入治疗的医疗器械,具体地说,是涉及一种放射性籽源植入器。
背景技术
组织间植入治疗是将放射性籽源植入肿瘤或肿瘤周围,利用籽源源芯放出的射线杀死癌细胞,达到治疗和缓解疾病的目的。组织间植入治疗已用于各种实体瘤的治疗,如前列腺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、脑瘤和卵巢癌等,取得了与外科手术、外放射治疗相同的治疗效果。虽然该项肿瘤治疗技术在国内已经广泛地应用临床,取得了良好的治疗效果,逐步得到了医生和患者的接受和认可。中国专利公开号为CN1846804A公开了“一种内放疗粒子植入枪”,它在应用于临床时,其使用方法简便,解决了放射性粒子植入的问题,但存在某些不足,如:(1)内放疗粒子植入枪的粒子仓是重复使用,易地出现交叉传染;(2)粒子仓的壳体与贮子夹采用螺接,以及粒子仓与仓座也是螺接,加工工艺复杂,成本高;(3)由于在植入肿瘤操作时,用推杆将放疗粒子植入肿瘤后,向体外抽出推杆时,肿瘤内的血液会回流到粒子仓内出现凝血现象,后续的放疗粒子会出现“卡源”现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种能防止放疗籽源出现“卡源”现象的放射性籽源植入器。
本发明的技术方案概述如下:
一种放射性籽源植入枪,包括连接有手柄的枪体、籽源储存仓、屏蔽盖和推杆,所述枪体的中上部设置有籽源储存仓插座,所述籽源储存仓插座的后壁中部设置有孔道,所述籽源储存仓插座的前壁中部设置有中空植入针,所述籽源储存仓插座的前壁上部设置有植入针扣板,所述籽源储存仓插座的底部设置有凹槽,所述凹槽的下部设置有抗凝剂输入孔,所述籽源储存仓插座的顶部设置有带螺扣的凸起;所述籽源储存仓包括壳体和上盖,所述壳体内设置有顶杆、所述顶杆通过弹簧与所述上盖活动连接,所述壳体的下部设置有通孔,在所述壳体的底部设置有底孔。
所述中空植入针下部设置有分流口。
所述壳体的材质为医用聚乙烯材料。
本发明的放射性籽源植入器结构简单、使用方便;防止了放射性籽源在植入过程中的卡源现象,避免了病人间的交叉污染,屏蔽盖的设置降低了放射性籽源的辐射剂量,减轻了对医生的和相关医护人员的辐射。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种放射性籽源植入枪,包括连接有手柄的枪体1、籽源储存仓2、屏蔽盖3和推杆18,枪体的中上部设置有籽源储存仓插座4,籽源储存仓插座的后壁中部设置有孔道5,籽源储存仓插座的前壁中部设置有中空植入针6,籽源储存仓插座的前壁上部设置有植入针扣板7,籽源储存仓插座的底部设置有凹槽8,凹槽的下部设置有抗凝剂输入孔9,籽源储存仓插座的顶部设置有带螺扣的凸起10;籽源储存仓包括壳体11和上盖14,壳体内设置有顶杆12、顶杆通过弹簧13与上盖活动连接,壳体的下部设置有通孔15,在壳体的底部设置有底孔16。
中空植入针下部还可以设置有分流口17。
壳体的材质最好是选用医用聚乙烯材料。
使用时,将籽源储存仓插入籽源储存仓插座,将屏蔽盖与籽源储存仓插座的顶部设置的带螺扣的凸起旋紧,将抗凝剂输入孔连接上一个抗凝剂输入管,输入抗凝剂,再进行放射性籽源植入操作,由于抗凝剂通过凹槽再通过籽源储存仓的壳体底部设置的底孔进入壳体的底部,防止因植入籽源回血造成卡源现象。
壳体的材质最好是选用医用聚乙烯材料,因成本低,可以采用一次性的方式,因此可以避免交叉感染。

1.一种放射性籽源植入枪,包括连接有手柄的枪体,其特征是还包括籽源储存仓、屏蔽盖和推杆,所述枪体的中上部设置有籽源储存仓插座,所述籽源储存仓插座的后壁中部设置有孔道,所述籽源储存仓插座的前壁中部设置有中空植入针,所述籽源储存仓插座的前壁上部设置有植入针扣板,所述籽源储存仓插座的底部设置有凹槽,所述凹槽的下部设置有抗凝剂输入孔,所述籽源储存仓插座的顶部设置有带螺扣的凸起;所述籽源储存仓包括壳体和上盖,所述壳体内设置有顶杆,所述顶杆通过弹簧与所述上盖活动连接,所述壳体的下部设置有通孔,在所述壳体的底部设置有底孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种放射性籽源植入枪,其特征是所述中空植入针下部设置有分流口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种放射性籽源植入枪,其特征是所述壳体的材质为医用聚乙烯材料。
