本发明提供了一种能自动判定针孔位置的避孕套针孔电子检验仪，它包括支架、定量蓄水筒、电磁阀、下水管、固定板、试验头、检测电极、避孕套、电解液池、电脑、电磁阀连线，其特征是：固定板及固装在固定板上的试验头分为独立的两组或两组以上，每组2-6个试验头，并在支架上设置气缸，各固定板分别与各气缸固连，气缸控制各固定板的升降定位，电脑控制气缸工作，另在固定板的内沿设置有位移传感器，位移传感器在固定板的量程范围内自由升降移动。本发明的优点在于：本检验仪检验避孕套，不仅能判断有否针孔，而且能自动判定针孔的具体位置。

一种能自动判定针孔位置的避孕套针孔电子检验仪
技术领域：
本发明涉及避孕套的检测，具体是一种能自动判定针孔位置的避孕套针孔电子检验仪。
背景技术：
目前，避孕套针孔检验仪的水检架，为一个连体的水检架，把避孕套套在固定在水检架的充水试验头上，充满水后把整个水检架体下降，使避孕套浸泡至电解液池中，对避孕套进行检验，当检验到避孕套有针孔时，相应的充水试验头会发出警报。每次检验完毕，要等待试验头从电解液池中升上来，再取下每个试验头上的避孕套，才能进行第二轮的试验。这种检验仪，第一轮与第二轮之间等待的时间太长，检验仪的效率低下。另外，避孕套针孔电子试验仪的检测，只能判定避孕套是否有针孔，当需要找出针孔的具体位置时，只有通过目视或滚吸水纸的方法来查找，这样将浪费大量的人力物力，最后也不一定能查找到。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是为克服现有技术的不足，而提供一种能自动判定针孔位置的避孕套针孔电子检验仪。
本发明包括：支架，固定在支架上的定量蓄水筒，连通定量蓄水筒与试验头的下水管，设置在下水管上的电磁阀，固定板，固装在固定板上的试验头，设置在试验头上的检测电极，以及试验头下方的电解液池及控制下水管电磁阀开关的电脑，其特征是：固定板及固装在固定板上的试验头分为独立的两组或两组以上，每组2-6个试验头，在支架上设置气缸，各固定板分别与各气缸固连，气缸控制各固定板的升降定位，气缸与双向电磁阀通过气管连接，双向电磁阀与并口接在电脑上的数据采集控制卡连接，电脑控制气缸的升降，另在固定板的内沿设置有位移传感器，位移传感器在固定板的量程范围内自由升降移动。根据试验头下降的位移距离，选定位移传感器的量程，固定板下降的同时拉动位移传感器的拉杆移动，当检测到有针孔警报时，电脑记录位移传感器的测量值，并在电脑显示屏上显示出来，从起始点到试验仪检测到针孔时，位移传感器的位移距离，即避孕套头部至针孔的位置的距离。
本发明的优点在于检验避孕套时，不仅能判断是否有针孔，而且能自动判定针孔的具体位置。

具体实施方式：
本发明包括支架1，固定在支架1上的定量蓄水筒2，连通定量蓄水筒2和试验头6的下水管4，设置在下水管4上的电磁阀3，分组的固定板5，固装在固定板5上的试验头6，设置在试验头6上的检测电极7，控制固定板5升降的气缸11，以及避孕套8，试验头6下方的电解液池9，气缸11与双向电磁阀13通过气管12连接，双向电磁阀13与并口接在电脑14上的数据采集控制卡连接，电脑14控制气缸11的升降，位移传感器10设置在固定板5的内沿，根据试验头6升降的位移距离，选定位移传感器10的量程，位移传感器10在固定板5的量程范围内自由升降，当固定板5下降的同时拉动位移传感器10的拉杆移动，当检验到有针孔警报时，电脑记录位移传感器10的测量值，并在电脑显示屏上显示出来，其位移距离即避孕套头部至针孔的位置的距离。

1.一种能自动判定针孔位置的避孕套针孔电子检验仪，包括支架(1)、定量蓄水筒(2)、电磁阀(3)、下水管(4)、固定板(5)、试验头(6)、检测电极(7)、避孕套(8)、电解液池(9)、电脑(14)、电磁阀连线(15)，其特征是：固定板(5)及固装在固定板(5)上的试验头(6)分为独立的两组以上，每组2-6个试验头，并在支架上设置气缸(11)，各固定板(5)分别与各气缸(11)固连，气缸(11)与双向电磁阀(13)通过气管(12)连接，双向电磁阀(13)与并口接在电脑(14)上的数据采集控制卡连接，电脑(14)控制气缸(11)的升降，另在固定板(5)的内沿设置有位移传感器(10)，位移传感器(10)在固定板(5)的量程范围内自由升降移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种能自动判定针孔位置的避孕套针孔电子检验仪，其特征是：试验头(6)的自由下降距离即是位移传感器(10)的量程，也即是避孕套头部至针孔的距离。
