本发明提供了一种35KV变电站远程监控系统,包括远程控制总站、以太网接口、本地控制器、A/D转换电路、检测电路、变电站和用户组成,其特征在于还包括低压差电源,其中低压差电源用于产生适应35KV电压环境的电力,检测电路用于检测变电站的模拟参数,A/D转换电路用于将所述模拟参数转换为数字信号,本地控制器用于对所述数字信号进行运算处理,并将上述数字信号通过以太网接口传送给远程控制总站,远程控制总站用于进行集中处理、分析和调度,并通过以太网对本地控制器进行远程控制。本发明所述的35KV变电站远程监控系统检测精度高,能很好的适应35KV电源电压环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种35KV变电站远程监控系统,属于电力系统及自动化技术领域。
背景技术
目前,随着电力技术的发展,计算机技术已经广泛地应用于电力控制领域,出现了很多计算机(包括单片机)控制的变电站监控系统。这种监控系统一般由控制器(计算机或者单片机),检测电路,显示屏、操作键盘等构成。控制器对检测电路输入的参数以及各开入量进行运算处理,输出控制信号,对变电站进行各种控制,包括开出量控制,故障报警等。现有技术的35KV变电站远程监控系统的主要缺点在于,由于配电电压相对较低,参数检测精度低,开入、开出量少,控制器处理能力弱,控制功能少,支持的通讯方式少等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了利用现有的以太网、GSM/GPRS通讯网络,使35KV变电站以数字载波通讯的方式远程监控各分散电力用户的用电及用电综合信息,并能对故障集中报警、保护用户。
本发明实现方案是:一种35KV变电站远程监控系统,包括远程控制总站、以太网接口、本地控制器、A/D转换电路、检测电路、变电站和用户组成,其特征在于还包括低压差电源,其中低压差电源用于产生适应35KV电压环境的电力,检测电路用于检测变电站的模拟参数,A/D转换电路用于将所述模拟参数转换为数字信号,本地控制器用于对所述数字信号进行运算处理,并将上述数字信号通过以太网接口传送给远程控制总站,远程控制总站用于进行集中处理、分析和调度,并通过以太网对本地控制器进行远程控制。
本发明所述的35KV变电站远程监控系统检测精度高,能很好的适应35KV电源电压环境。

具体实施例
如图1所示,本发明所述的35KV变电站远程监控系统,由远程控制总站1、以太网接口2、带有键盘和显示屏的本地控制器3、A/D转换电路4、检测电路5、低压差电源6、变电站7和用户8组成。能适应35KV电压环境的低压差电源6将电力输送到变电站7,变电站7的模拟参数(包括母线电压、频率、进线电流、有功功率、无功功率、功率因数等信息)经过检测电路5检测后输入A/D转换电路4,转换成数字信号,输送到本地控制器3进行运算处理。本地控制器3根据这些参数得到变电站各设备运行状况,并以报表或图形方式在触摸式显示屏上显示。同时,本地控制器3将上述参数通过以太网或者GSM/GPRS传送给远程控制总站1,由远程控制总站1进行集中处理、分析和调度,并通过以太网对本地控制器3进行远程控制,从而把众多的带有通讯接口的35KV配电控制设备或传统的配电柜等设备与控制器连接起来,实现由远程控制总站1进行实时监控。在本实施例中,以太网也可以用GSM/GPRS通讯网络代替。

1.一种35KV变电站远程监控系统,包括远程控制总站、以太网接口、本地控制器、A/D转换电路、检测电路、变电站和用户组成,其特征在于还包括低压差电源,其中低压差电源用于产生适应35KV电压环境的电力,检测电路用于检测变电站的模拟参数,A/D转换电路用于将所述模拟参数转换为数字信号,本地控制器用于对所述数字信号进行运算处理,并将上述数字信号通过以太网接口传送给远程控制总站,远程控制总站用于进行集中处理、分析和调度,并通过以太网对本地控制器进行远程控制。
