Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有一个钎焊固定的硬质材料嵌件的旋转冲击式钻头,尤其是直径范围为4mm至45mm,用于与旋转冲击式手持工具机一起使用。
背景技术
通常这种类型的用于旋转冲击式手持工具机的旋转冲击式钻头在钻杆端部配备有一个凿状的硬质合金板,它轴向上在底侧以及在两个对置的侧向固定面上硬钎焊到一个在直径上通过钻杆端部延伸的安装槽内。通过在接合和冲击钻孔时产生的垂直于轴向高的温度差,由于硬质材料嵌件与钻杆端部热膨胀系数不同,促使尤其在材料封闭地连接它们的硬钎焊料内造成高的内应力,其结果是可能导致失效。原则上硬钎焊料的小厚度尽管提高了材料封闭连接的连接强度,但仍在硬钎焊料和硬质材料嵌件内保持了高的内应力。
按ED10208631,一个具有一个与切削刃对置的底面和两个与之横向设置的固定面的板状硬质材料嵌件在轴向的底面与侧向的固定面之间分别具有倒棱,这些倒棱是为钻杆端部的安装槽的内棱边配设的。两个垂直于轴向底面和侧向固定面的自由面(Freiflchen)无倒棱地过渡到底面。
按DE4419641已知一种具有切削刃的紧凑的硬质材料嵌件,它通过与切削刃对置的底面无倒棱地对接钎焊到钻杆的基面上。
按DE4442266已知一种十字形硬质材料嵌件,它具有一个在轴向底面内等宽度的类似环形的倒棱。
按DE10006936已知一种优选用于钢筋混凝土钻孔的具有一个由烧结材料制成的X状的硬质材料嵌件的旋转冲击式钻头,硬质材料嵌件在钻杆端部内通过两个直径上的侧向固定面和轴向底面钎焊在相配的X状榫眼(Verzapfung)内并且在两个直径上的自由面的扇区内通过底面对接钎焊到钻杆端部的轴向基面上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于实现一种旋转冲击式钻头,它在对钢筋混凝土和无钢筋的混凝土钻孔时具有长得多的寿命。
此目的主要通过权利要求1的特征达到。由从属权利要求说明有利的进一步发展。
据此,旋转冲击式钻头具有一个硬质材料嵌件,硬质材料嵌件包括至少一个切削刃和一个与切削刃对置的底面,底面通过一种硬钎焊料材料封闭地固定在钻杆端部内的一个轴向基面上,其中,基面至少在外部径向边缘处倒棱。
通过设计在外部径向边缘处的基面上的径向倒棱,在硬钎焊时,硬钎焊料在一个楔形的径向边缘区上延伸。因此,如可按有限元法(FEM)通过相应的模拟证明的那样,von-Mises等效应力(von-MisesVergleichsspannung)以及在硬钎焊料中可看作失效准则的静压应力状态在优选导致裂纹萌生的边缘处没有形成峰值。此外,此楔形的径向边缘区用于有限容纳以及用于补偿在批量生产过程中在硬钎焊时有小量容差的硬钎焊料量。
有利的是,设在基面与底面之间的硬钎焊料的轴向厚度处处小于0.6mm,由此使材料封闭的连接的连接强度足够高。
有利的是,在X状的具有四个沿径向延伸的翼的硬质材料嵌件中,硬质材料嵌件钎焊在一个相配的X状榫眼内并且在两个直径上的自由面的扇区内通过底面对接钎焊到钻杆端部的轴向基面上,为每一翼各设计一个径向倒棱。在这里各径向倒棱可设计为同样的或不同形状的。
有利的是,在两个直径上的自由面的的扇区内,在每两个周向相邻的翼之间的径向中央区内设计两个附加径向倒棱,由此在两个直径上的自由面的扇区内对于硬钎焊料量的容差具有比较大的容忍能力,而硬钎焊料不会沿径向流出,由此改善对切下的钻屑的排出继而提高钻孔速度。

具体实施方式
按图1和2,旋转冲击式钻头1具有一个板状的硬质材料嵌件2,它具有一个沿直径延伸的切削刃3和一个与切削刃对置的底面4,底面通过一种硬钎焊料5材料封闭地固定在钻杆端部7内相配的槽状榫眼9中的轴向基面6上。基面6在直径两侧的外部径向边缘处制有径向倒棱8。设在基面6与底面4之间的硬钎焊料5的轴向厚度D处处小于0.6mm。
按图3至8,在一个旋转冲击式钻头1′中存在一个X状的硬质材料嵌件2′,它包括四个径向延伸的带切削刃3′的翼11。硬质材料嵌件2′通过硬钎焊料5′钎焊在一个相配的槽状榫眼9′内并且在两个直径上的自由面10的扇区内通过底面4′对接钎焊到钻杆端部7′的轴向基面6′上。为每一翼11各设计一个径向倒棱8′。在两个直径上的自由面10的扇区内,在每两个周向相邻的翼11′之间的径向中央区内设计两个附加径向倒棱12。
Claims (4)
1.具有一个硬质材料嵌件(2、2′)的旋转冲击式钻头,硬质材料嵌件包括至少一个切削刃(3、3′)和一个与切削刃对置的底面(4、4′),底面通过一种硬钎焊料(5、5′)材料封闭地固定在钻杆端部(7、7′)内的一个轴向基面(6、6′)上,其特征为,基面(6、6′)至少在外部径向边缘处倒棱。
2.按照权利要求1所述的旋转冲击式钻头,其特征为,设在基面(6、6′)与底面(4、4′)之间的硬钎焊料(5、5′)的轴向厚度(D)处处小于0.6mm。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的旋转冲击式钻头,其特征为,在X状的具有四个沿径向延伸的翼(11)的硬质材料嵌件(2′)中,硬质材料嵌件钎焊在一个相配的X状榫眼(9′)内并且在两个直径上的自由面(10)的扇区内通过底面(4′)对接钎焊到钻杆端部(7′)的轴向基面(6′)上,为每一翼(11)各设计一个径向倒棱(8′)。
4.按照权利要求3所述的旋转冲击式钻头,其特征为,在两个直径上的自由面(10)的扇区内,在每两个周向相邻的翼(11)之间的径向中央区内设计两个附加径向倒棱(12)。
