本发明涉及一种开合式电流互感器,包括线圈、互感器铁芯、外壳,互感器铁芯由两个能拼接成圆环的圆弧形铁芯构成,大圆弧形铁芯上绕有线圈,在小圆弧铁芯上分布式放置短路环,短路环上产生的磁场强度增强了开合式互感器开合处的磁力线强度,避免了工作时输出容量小、精度低、角差大的问题。

本发明涉及一种电流互感器,特别是一种开合式电流互感器。
背景技术
在专利CN03230370中公开了一种开合式电流互感器,此电流互感器铁芯由两个能拼接成圆环的圆弧形铁芯构成,其中一块小圆弧形铁芯的弧长为另一块大圆弧形铁芯的弧长的25%-40%,在大圆弧形铁芯上绕有线圈,小圆弧形铁芯和大圆弧形铁芯外各有圆环弧型的外壳,在闭合成圆环的两个圆环弧型的外壳外有紧固带,具有灵敏度高,线形度好,运行可靠,安装方面等特点,其性能优于一般的穿心式电流互感器,使应用范围非常广泛,不仅适用电力测量,还能适应电子继电保护和微机保护装置。但此开合式电流互感器虽考虑了小铁芯弧长和大铁芯弧长的比例因素可以将漏磁影响减少到最小,但由于切口割断了感应磁力线,导致产生了输出容量小,精度低、角差大的问题,特别是大容量输出时角差对精度的影响更为明显。
发明内容
本发明是针对现在的开合式互感器在大容量输出时的角差大、影响测试精度的问题而提出一种开合式电流互感器,此电流互感器增强了切口处磁力线强度,在保证精度的情况下有效降低角差。
本发明的技术方案为:一种开合式电流互感器,包括线圈、互感器铁芯、外壳,互感器铁芯由两个能拼接成圆环的圆弧形铁芯构成,其中一块小圆弧形铁芯的弧长为另一块大圆弧形铁芯的弧长的25%-40%,在大圆弧形铁芯上绕有线圈,小圆弧形铁芯和大圆弧形铁芯外各有圆环弧型的外壳,在小圆弧铁芯上分布式放置短路环。
本发明的有益效果在于:增强了开合式互感器开合处的磁力线强度,避免了工作时输出容量小、精度低、角差大的问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示开合式电流互感器线圈示意图,大圆弧形铁芯4上绕有线圈5,在无绕阻的小圆弧形铁芯2上加上短路环1,工作时在短路环1上产生的涡流电流附生的磁场强度可用来补充两处切口3被割断的磁力线损失,达到降低了角差。
测试中发现短路环1上产生补充的磁力线是扭曲的,会影响原来的精度,所以,可在切口附近分布式地增置短路环,来保证原有的精度。

1.一种开合式电流互感器,包括线圈、互感器铁芯、外壳,互感器铁芯由两个能拼接成圆环的圆弧形铁芯构成,其中一块小圆弧形铁芯的弧长为另一块大圆弧形铁芯的弧长的25%-40%,在大圆弧形铁芯上绕有线圈,小圆弧形铁芯和大圆弧形铁芯外各有圆环弧型的外壳,其特征在于在小圆弧铁芯上分布式放置短路环。
