7. fabric article treating device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said measurement mechanism comprises the opacity sensor that is communicated with the reservoir vision, wherein said opacity sensor is suitable for detecting the amount of advantageous compositions in the reservoir, and wherein said measurement mechanism is suitable for starting subscriber signal when the opacity sensor remains the predeterminated level of advantageous compositions in less than reservoir.
8. fabric article treating device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said measurement mechanism comprises thickness transducer, wherein said thickness transducer is suitable for measuring the thickness of reservoir, and wherein said measurement mechanism starts subscriber signal when being suitable for thickness at reservoir less than predeterminated level.
9. fabric article treating device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said measurement mechanism comprises the pressure sensor that is communicated with the fluid handling system fluid, wherein said pressure sensor is suitable for determining the pressure in the fluid handling system, and wherein said measurement mechanism starts subscriber signal when being suitable in pressure sensor detects less than fluid handling system predetermined pressure level.
