背景技术

现在参考附图,图1显示了包括多个压缩机级的燃气涡轮压缩机2的轴向压缩机流路1。在该图中压缩机级是按顺序编号的。压缩机流路包括任意数目的转子级和定子级,如18个。然而,转子级和定子级的准确数目是工程设计的选择。如本发明所说明,可以在燃烧室内提供任何数目的转子级和定子级。17个转子级仅仅是一种涡轮设计的示例。18个转子级不是旨在以任何方式限制本发明。
压缩机转子叶片将动能传给气流并因此在压缩机内产生所想要的压力上升。紧跟在转子翼面之后的是一级定子翼面。转子翼面和定子翼面都转变气流,减慢气流速度(在各自的翼面参考系中),并使气流静态压力上升。翼面结构(连同其与周围翼面的相互作用)包括其外围表面提供了级气流效率、增强的航空动力学、逐级平滑的层流、减少的热应力、增强的级间的相互联系以逐级有效地通过气流,和减少的机械应力,以及本发明其它所想要的方面。一般地,将多排转子/定子级层叠在轴流压缩机内以取得所想要的输出压力对输入压力的比率。可以将转子和定子翼面通过合适的附加结构,通常所谓的“根部”、“底部”或"楔形榫"(见图2-5),固定到转子轮或定子壳体上。
图1中示例显示了压缩机级2。该压缩机级2包括安装在转子轮51上的多个圆周间隔的转子叶片22和附接到静态压缩机壳体59上的多个圆周间隔的定子叶片23。将各转子轮附接到尾部传动轴58,其连接到发动机的涡轮部分。转子叶片和定子叶片位于压缩机流路1。如本发明所说明,通过压缩机流路1的气流方向由箭头60(图1)指出。此压缩机级2仅是在本发明范围内对该压缩机级2的示例说明。所说明和描述的该压缩机级2不是旨在以任何方式限制本发明。

下表中给出的笛卡儿坐标系的X、Y和Z值沿其长度在不同位置限定了转子叶片的翼面廓型。如本发明所说明,翼面可以作为第八级翼面可调定子叶片应用。X、Y和Z坐标的坐标值以英寸表示,但这些值经过适当转换后,可以使用其它尺寸单位表示。这些值不包括平台的带状区域。笛卡儿坐标系具有垂直关系的X、Y和Z轴。X轴线平行于压缩机叶片的楔形榫轴线,其相对发动机中心线成一角度,如图7所示的转子以及图8的定子。X坐标正值是轴向朝尾部,例如压缩机的排气端。Y坐标正值垂直于楔形榫轴线。Z坐标正值径向朝外指向翼面顶部,对于转子叶片其朝向压缩机的静态壳体,且对于定子叶片其径向向内指向压缩机的发动机中心线。
仅用作参考目的,如图5所示,沿层叠轴线通过翼面和平台的交叉点建立0点。在此翼面的示例实施例中,定义0点作为参考部分,在此,上表中的Z坐标位于0.000英寸,这是始自发动机或转子中心线的预设距离。
在垂直于X、Y平面的Z方向上,通过在选定位置限定X和Y坐标值,沿翼面长度在每一个Z距离处可以确定转子叶片翼面的廓型分段,例如但不限于图6中的廓型分段66。通过用平滑连续的弧连接X值和Y值,可以确定在每一个距离Z处的每一个廓型分段66。通过将相临的廓型分段66相互平滑地连接,确定在距离Z之间的各种表面位置的翼面廓型,从而形成翼面廓型。这些值代表了在周围非操作或非加热条件下的翼面廓型并且是针对无涂层的翼面。
生成表中的值并显示到三个小数位用以确定翼面廓型。也存在一般制造公差和涂层,这在实际的翼面廓型中应该加以考虑。因此,给定的剖面值是用于标称翼面。因此可以理解,可以将+/-一般制造公差,例如+/-值(包括任意涂层厚度)增加到X和Y值。因此,在垂直于沿翼面廓型的任何表面位置的方向上,大约+/-0.160英寸的距离限定了翼面廓型的包络,用于转子叶片翼面设计和压缩机。换句话说,在垂直于沿翼面廓型的任何表面位置的方向上,大约+/-0.160英寸的距离限定了在测量点和这些点的理想位置之间的变化范围,测量点是在标称低温或室内温度下在实际翼面表面上的点,理想位置则是在相同的温度下如本发明所说明的位置。如本发明所说明的转子叶片翼面设计,对于这种变化范围是稳健,不会损害机械和空气动力学功能。

Claims (9)

1.一件制品,所述制品具有与在表1中列出的笛卡儿坐标值X、Y和Z基本一致的标称廓型,并且其中X和Y是以英寸表示的距离,当通过平滑连续的弧连接时,其在每一个用英寸表示的距离Z处限定翼面廓型分段,在所述Z距离处的廓型分段相互平滑地接合以形成完整的翼面形状(22,23)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制品,其特征在于:所述制品包括翼面(22,23)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制品,其特征在于:所述制品形状位于垂直于任意制品表面位置的方向上+/-0.160英寸内的包络内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制品,其特征在于:所述制品包括转子(22)。
5.一种包括具有多件制品的压缩机轮的压缩机,所述的每件制品包括具有翼面形状的翼面,所述翼面具有与在表1中列出的笛卡儿坐标值X、Y和Z基本上一致的标称廓型,其中X和Y是以英寸表示的距离,当通过平滑连续的弧连接时,其在每一个用英寸表示的距离Z处限定了翼面廓型分段,在所述Z距离处的所述廓型分段相互平滑地接合以形成完整的翼面形状(22,23)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的压缩机,其特征在于:所述制品包括转子(22)。
7.一种包括具有多件制品的压缩机轮(51)的压缩机(2),所述的每件制品包括具有与在表1中列出的笛卡儿坐标值X、Y和Z值基本上一致的无涂层的标称翼面廓型的翼面,其中X和Y是以英寸表示的距离,当通过平滑连续的弧连接时,其在每一个用英寸表示的距离Z处限定了翼面廓型分段,在所述Z距离处的所述廓型分段相互平滑地接合以形成完整的翼面形状(22,23),所述X和Y距离可以用相同常数或数目的函数来缩放以提供按比例增加或按比例减少的转子叶片翼面(22,23)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的压缩机(2),其特征在于:所述制品包括转子(22)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的压缩机(2),其特征在于:所述翼面形状位于垂直于任意翼面表面位置的方向上+/-0.160英寸之内的包络内。
