本发明涉及一种环保型生物液体燃料。
背景技术
目前,民用液体燃料大多以醇基燃料为主,而甲乙醇等化工原料的价格在不断的上涨。为解决廉价的环保型民用替代燃料,许多人们都在深入地研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是提供一种廉价的环保型生物液体燃料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种新农村环保型生物液体燃料,其特征在于它由杂醇、助燃剂、二茂铁组成。各组分的比例为(按重量比)杂醇∶助燃剂∶二茂铁=90-95%∶2-5%∶0.1-1%。
杂醇是生物质(如玉米、小麦、薯类、或植物纤维)经发酵、蒸馏、脱水制成的粗甲醇、粗乙醇、丙醇、丁醇。助燃剂是汽油或乙醇。
利用本发明配制的液体燃料,由于使用了杂醇等廉价原材料,使得总成本低、原料来源广泛,易于用户接受,是一种大有前途的新型民用燃料。
具体实施方式
先将生物质如玉米、小麦、薯类、或植物纤维等在反应釜内发酵、蒸馏、脱水制成粗甲醇、粗乙醇、丙醇、丁醇等杂醇。
把杂醇、助燃剂、二茂铁按上述比例用气泵充气合成,或用机械搅拌合成,即得到环保型生物液体燃料。
本液体燃料用常压罐储存,成本低,经专用灶具燃烧,卫生环保,热值高,操作简易,使用方便,便于推广。

1.一种新农村环保型生物液体燃料,其特征在于它由杂醇、助燃剂、二茂铁组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新农村环保型生物液体燃料,其特征在于,各组分的比例为(按重量比)杂醇∶助燃剂∶二茂铁=90-95%∶2-5%∶0.1-1%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新农村环保型生物液体燃料,其特征在于其中的杂醇是生物质(如玉米、小麦、薯类、或植物纤维)经发酵、蒸馏、脱水制成的粗甲醇、粗乙醇、丙醇、丁醇。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的新农村环保型生物液体燃料,其特征在于其中的助燃剂是汽油或乙醇。
