Abstract

本发明是机械领域,一种铸管接头。若要A管和B管相接,把螺纹套1、锥套2串在A管外、左移,让对开锥衬3、分开、合在A管的管颈外,右移锥套2楔紧在对开锥衬3外;同理,锥套4串在B管外,右移,让另一副对开锥衬3,合于B管管颈外,左移锥套4楔紧对开锥衬3,再移动螺纹套1与锥套4旋合,带动锥套2、4,楔紧A、B管外的对开锥衬3,推动A1、B1(两管的)凸缘,互相夹实衬垫D,即完成对接。衬垫D的两平面上有对称布置的梯形截面凸环,正好楔入A、B管的端面相应的槽中,起定位、止漏作用。这种铸钢制造用作铸管接头,耐高水压,安装质量稳定,效率很高。

铸管接头
本发明是机械领域,一种铸管接头。
该申请也是目击施工现场所引发。因急事路过,见到已淤塞的水湾滩岸铺设铸铁大水管,它的结构和淤泥中铺设使我有所惊奇。在归路上我特地绕道一位朋友家(距该工地约3km),我请他代为关注该项目的测试。好像过了很长一段日子才接他告知,说他赶到工地,有关人士已离去,工地上的人只知水漏得很凶,全要翻工。图1水平视图中:1、左右两根大钢圆拉杆处在水管的中心轴线,所以对抗弯没多大作用,每根管长约10m,自重加水重,在2根管的接头处受到很大沉降折弯力;2、衬垫被大拉杆作用下受到高压强(管的小端仅在管壁厚度支承衬垫)可能会挤压坏衬垫;唯一指望靠水泥堵漏,可靠性差;3、这种抱箍起了横担作用,由锻工用钢板弯成,可能出于连续锻弯难度,锻成较大的跨度(很长、比我图所示的还要长),抱箍几经弯曲后,弹性挠度加大,所以不稳固。
出于上述匆匆目击,本发明方案如图2,若A管与B管要对接,先把螺纹套1、锥套2串在A管外,向左移到距管口凸缘A1有足够距离能使对开锥衬3,分开放在A管颈部(参考图3,d1>d),再对合拢靠紧凸缘A1,其外圆锥上套上锥套2;同理,在B管外串上锥套4,向右移,使另外一副对开锥衬3,分开放在B管颈外,再合拢靠紧凸缘B1,把锥套4左移,套紧在(B管上的)对开锥衬3的外圆锥上,最后旋动螺纹套1,带动锥套4和2,并楔紧左右2副对开锥衬3,带动A、B管的凸缘A1、B1互相靠紧,即A、B管对接面互相夹实衬垫D,对接就完成。旋动螺纹套1的扳手如用一短截管子E(无图),适配孔10(图2),在E上焊一根较小的管子作为扳手柄,柄上焊力矩显示器,安装时就有规可循。
A、B管口端较厚,衬垫D受力总面积较大,尤其在水管的各端口铸有一梯形截面的环形槽(图3),只要用样板刀,光一刀,用卡板检验,与其相匹配的衬垫D的两端面上也有相应的梯形截面的凸棱,这样:1、安装时起两管的对整定位作用,衬垫也不易掉入管内;2、对渗漏有很好的阻断作用;万一衬垫环形平面部位被挤裂,而紧紧楔入梯形槽内的衬垫凸棱,犹如被包容在容器内、又有较大的厚度,所以能承受较大的弹性变形量,仍保持很好的阻断渗漏性。
锥套2、4的小端一样有C-C截面,必要时可用扳手扣住六面体。
这种铸管接头,可用铸钢制造。其突出优点有很大的抗弯性能,也增强了管接头处的管子强度,耐受高水压,安装质量稳定,效率很高。

Claims (4)

1.一种铸管接头,包括螺纹套、锥套2和4,对开锥衬、衬垫,其特征是被对接的A、B两管的端部有凸缘,端面有梯形截面环形槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铸管接头,其特征是在A、B管上都合抱有对开锥衬,并紧靠在A、B管的凸缘。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的铸管接头,其特征是在A、B管外各有锥套2或4楔紧在各自的对开锥衬外,并用螺纹套1连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铸管接头,其特征是衬垫的左右两平面内有对称布置的梯形截面环形凸棱与A、B管端面的环形槽相匹配、楔紧,有定位、阻断渗漏作用。
