Abstract
A congestion control method for the reverse interface between the base transceiver stations BTS and the base station controller BSC, and the device, the BTS thereof are disclosed. It could make the BTS perform the congestion control processing for the reverse interface between the BTS and the BSC when the reverse interface between the BTS and the BSC does not reach the congestion while is about to reach the congestion by setting the pre-congestion control threshold and detecting the congestion degree of the reverse interface between the BTS and the BSC. With the invention, it could effectively avoid the data packet losing, thus avoid the effect on the data transmission capacity of the interface between the BSC and the BTS caused by the packet losing, and the wasting of the air interface resource caused by the data retransmission, the increasing of the congestion of the interface between the BSC and the BTS caused by the data retransmission, and reducing of the users' satisfaction caused by the data retransmission, so that the air interface resource usage ratio and the users' satisfaction could be increased.
Description
Reverse interface jamming control method, device and the transceiver base station of base station controller and transceiver base station
Technical field
The present invention relates to technical field of network communication, and in particular to a kind of reverse interface jamming control method, device and the transceiver base station of base station controller and transceiver base station. Background of invention
In the wireless mobile telecommunication technology of low speed, radio interface rate is usually the bottleneck of communication, so, radio interface rate is congestion control and the emphasis of bandwidth optimization.
In (cdma2000 lx-RTT EVolution to packet Data Optimized services), reverse data flow direction is:AT (Access terminal, access terminal) ->BTS (Base Transceiver Station, transceiver base station) ->BSC (Base Station Controller, base station controller) ->PCF (data service control function modules) - >Core net.Because single user eats dishes without rice or wine reversed peak speed up to 1.8Mbps, so, (interface bandwidth between BTS^BS ^ is likely to become the bottleneck of communication to ABIS.
AT->BTS->BSC reverse data flows to schematic diagram as shown in Figure 1.
In Fig. 1, BTS received by eating dishes without rice or wine AT transmission come data, and placed data into according to the priority of data in corresponding queue, then, BTS reads data according to certain dispatching algorithm from queue, and will be according to being sent to BSC by ABIS interfaces.
If the buffer size that BTS is a Business Stream distribution is referred to as into buffer length, the data volume referred to as queue length that will be stored in certain f moment buffering area, then, under normal conditions, queue length should be less than buffer length. When buffer length and equal queue length, if still there are data to reach BTS, BTS buffer overflow is will result in, BTS can abandon the packet that it is newly received. ·
It will be seen from figure 1 that when radio interface rate is more than ABIS interface bandwidths, the corresponding queue length of Business Stream that BTS some queues such as priority is relatively low will increase, when queue overflow, the data that BTS is received after have to abandoning.Instantaneous radio interface rate does not result in BTS queue overflows more than ABIS interface bandwidths, still, works as sky, when mouth speed is continued above ABIS interface bandwidths in a long time, it is possible to cause BTS queue overflows.During data pass writing brush, if going out situations such as shows traffic peak, data burst, part ABIS interface transmission faults, it can all cause ABIS interface bandwidths not enough or bandwidth is not enough in the short time, so as to cause ABIS reverse interface flow congestions. Now, if without appropriate control, BTS buffer overflow can be caused, cause data packetloss.
When upper layer transport protocol is similar to TCP (Transmission Control Protocol, the empty agreement processed of transmission)Agreement when, it is to avoid BTS packet discards, alleviate ABIS reverse interface flow congestions method mainly have two kinds:
Method one:TCP can start slowstart algorithm and congestion avoidance algorithm because of BTS packet loss, so as to alleviate ABIS reverse interface flow congestions.
In method one, BTS packet discards can cause Retransmission timeout, and can start slow turn-on and congestion avoidance algorithm, and the data that BTS is abandoned can cause RLP (Radio Link Protocol, radio link protocol)Retransmit, the data of re-transmission not only waste interface-free resources, also add the congestion pressure of ABIS interfaces, moreover, slow turn-on and Congestion Avoidance have had a strong impact on the handling capacity of system.
Method two:After congestion occur in ABIS interfaces, BTS sends broadcast message, and the maximum transmission rate that system allows is notified into all AT, so as to control all AT transmission rate, limits reverse rate of eating dishes without rice or wine, and slows down and further eliminate the congestion of ABIS interfaces; After ABIS interface congestions situation is eliminated, BTS sends broadcast message, recovers all AT maximum transmission rate.
In method two, BTS packet discards also result in Retransmission timeout, and the data of re-transmission waste interface-free resources, reinforcement mouth the congestion pressure of ABIS interfaces, simultaneously, because the transmission of broadcast message needs certain delay, so, congestion situation will continue in the time of this section of delay. Moreover, limit all AT maximum transmission rate, or after congestion BTS abandon it is all after the packet that receives, it is impossible to provide Differentiated services matter Halo for the high user of priority. When BTS starts congestion control, all AT can reduce transmission rate simultaneously, and after congestion is eliminated, all AT can improve transmission rate simultaneously again, and BTS may be made frequently to start, stop congestion control procedure, so as to cause the vibration of system.
When upper layer transport protocol is similar to UDP (User Datagram Protocol, User Datagram Protocol)Or during stream media protocol, the discarding of packet will not feed back to transmitting terminal, so, ABIS interface congestions situation cannot be alleviated and avoid, moreover, the data that BTS is abandoned will not cause data to retransmit, so as to cause loss of data, in the VOIP (speeches on Voice Over IP, IP), VT (Video Telephone, visual telephone)Etc. in business, continuous speech frame or frame of video are abandoned, and can seriously reduce service quality, influence user's impression. '
In a word, upper layer transport protocol is either similar to UDP or stream media protocol or class in TCP agreement, the phenomenon of BTS packet discards can not all be avoided, in wireless mobile application, interface-free resources are comparison resources in short supply, BTS abandons the data received, wastes interface-free resources. That is, the transmission power in AT is not reduced, i.e., reverse interference it is undiminished in the case of, the actual throughput degradation of system, so as to reduce the utilization rate of interface-free resources. The content of the invention

Exempt from BTS frequent startings, stopped the phenomenon of congestion control processing, effectively prevent system oscillation; So as to realize raising utilization rate of air interface resource by technology case provided in an embodiment of the present invention, improve user satisfaction, the purpose for realizability of improving service quality.Brief Description Of Drawings
Fig. 1 is the AT- of prior art>BTS->BSC reverse data flows to schematic diagram;
Fig. 2 is the transceiver base station schematic diagram of embodiment of the present invention.Implement the mode of the present invention
If when the reverse interface of base station controller and transceiver base station is also not reaching to congestion and is up to congestion, congestion control processing is carried out to the reverse interface of base station controller and transceiver base station, congestion control processing is carried out to the reverse interface of base station controller and transceiver base station in advance, data packetloss phenomenon can be then prevented effectively from, so as to avoid wasting many disadvantages such as interface-free resources, user satisfaction difference caused by factor data packet loss. The embodiment of the present invention is described in detail so that the interface of base station controller and transceiver base station is ABIS interfaces for BTS and BSC interface as an example below, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to ABIS interfaces.
The embodiment of the present invention sets pre- congestion control threshold firstly the need of for ABIS reverse interfaces, pre- congestion control threshold should be guaranteed that when the Congestion Level SPCC of ABIS interfaces reaches pre- congestion control threshold, ABIS reverse interfaces are also not reaching to congestion, that is, when the Congestion Level SPCC of ABIS interfaces reaches pre- congestion control threshold, BTS will not also carry out data packetloss processing. '
The embodiment of the present invention does not limit the main body for implementing following each step of method, and such as performing each poly- main body can be
BTS, can also be the other equipment at BTS ends. For convenience of description, the embodiment of the present invention is described so that B^S is executive agent as an example in the following embodiments. .: .
The setting of pre- congestion control threshold detects that the method for ABIS reverse interface Congestion Level SPCCs is corresponding with BTS, such as when pre- congestion control threshold is set to ABIS interface bandwidth occupancy thresholdings, and BTS needs to detect ABIS interface bandwidth occupancies; When pre- congestion control threshold is set to BTS traffic stream queues length thresholds, BTS needs to detect BTS traffic stream queues length; When pre- congestion control threshold is set to BTS Business Stream buffer performance thresholdings, BTS needs to detect BTS Business Stream buffer performances.Pre- congestion control threshold in the embodiment of the present invention can include one or more of above-mentioned thresholding simultaneously, and when pre- congestion control threshold includes multiple in above-mentioned thresholding, BTS detection process should also include corresponding multiple detection process.
When BTS determines that its ABIS reverse interface Congestion Level SPCC detected reaches pre- congestion control threshold, congestion control processing should be carried out to ABIS reverse interfaces using methods such as reduction AT transmission rates, make ABIS reverse interface congestion journeys
Degree is less than pre- congestion control threshold. To avoid BTS from frequently starting, stopping congestion control procedure, avoid the vibration of system, the embodiment of the present invention is additionally provided with the pre- congestion control of ABIS reverse interfaces and cancels thresholding, moreover, reversely the value of pre- congestion control cancellation thresholding should be less than the value of pre- congestion control threshold. In BTS carries out congestion control processing procedure to ABIS reverse interfaces, if the reverse blockage degree that BTS detects ABIS interfaces cancels thresholding no more than reversely pre- congestion control, BTS should cancel reverse blockage control process process.
The AT method of transmission rate is reduced such as by RAB (Reverse Activity instructions)It is set to busy condition, RAB thresholding is set to predetermined value such as minimum value, limitation AT access message sends frequency, reverse MAC layer parameter of the predetermined AT Business Streams of adjustment etc..The embodiment of the present invention can reduce AT transmission rate using a kind of any of the above described method, the reverse blockage degree of ABIS interfaces can not also be made in the method for the transmission rate using one of which reduction AT no more than when reversely pre- congestion control cancels thresholding, continue to reduce AT transmission rate using wherein another method again, when priority does not still make the reverse blockage journey of ABIS interfaces exceed reversely pre- congestion control cancellation thresholding using above two method, AT transmission rate can be reduced using the third method again. This bright embodiment can be first using the method that RAB is set into busy condition, RAB thresholding is set to predetermined value such as minimum value, when being not reaching to purpose using the method, the method that frequency is sent using limitation AT access message again, if purpose is still not reaching to, then using the method for the reverse MAC layer parameter for adjusting predetermined AT Business Streams.
The ABIS reverse interface jamming control methods of the embodiment of the present invention are described in detail below.
The method that the embodiment of the present invention provides three kinds of measurement ABIS reverse interface Congestion Level SPCCs.
Method one:Detect ABIS interface bandwidth occupancies.
BTS detection cycle is set as T, within this cycle, the reverse Mean Speed Raimve that eats dishes without rice or wine should be BTS in detection cycle T from all data volumes for eating dishes without rice or wine to receive and detection cycle T ratio.ABIS interface bandwidths are set as Rabis, then ABIS interface bandwidths occupancy=Rairave/Rabis.The embodiment of the present invention can set detection cycle fourth according to the actual conditions of network, and ABIS interface bandwidths occupancy, moreover, ABIS interface bandwidth occupancies are closer to 1, should illustrate ABIS reverse interfaces closer to congestion between 01.Pre- congestion control threshold is that ABIS interface bandwidth occupancy thresholdings should be less than 1.
Instantaneous reverse rate of eating dishes without rice or wine is possible more than ABIS interface bandwidths, but, reverse Mean Speed Rairave eat dishes without rice or wine no more than ABIS interface bandwidth Rabis, that is, reverse rate of eating dishes without rice or wine can not be continued above ABIS interface bandwidths Rabis in longer period.
Method two, detection BTS traffic stream queues length.
If BTS scheduling times are negligible, the spilling of any traffic stream queues in BTS all illustrates that congestion occur in ABIS reverse interfaces, so, detection ABIS reverse interface congestion journeys can be used as using detection BTS traffic stream queues length
The measurement of degree.BTS traffic stream queues length illustrates ABIS reverse interfaces closer to congestion closer to the length of business streambuf.Pre- congestion control threshold is the length that BTS traffic stream queues length thresholds should be less than business streambuf.
Method three, detection BTS Business Stream buffer performances.
Because the length of the buffering area of each Business Stream in BTS there may be difference, so, the corresponding threshold value of each Business Stream there may be difference, for convenience of judging process of the BTS to pre- congestion, the embodiment of the present invention can define BTS Business Stream buffer performances, BTS Business Stream buffer performance BTS traffic stream queues length/BTS Business Stream buffer lengths for Business Stream. So, the corresponding BTS Business Streams buffer performance threshold value of each traffic stream queues can be unified.BTS Business Streams buffer performance should be between 01, and BTS Business Stream buffer performances illustrate ABIS reverse interfaces closer to congestion closer to 1.Pre- congestion control threshold is that BTS Business Stream buffer performance thresholdings should be less than 1.
Congestion Level SPCC detection is being carried out using above-mentioned detection process, and is triggering S processes at congestion control, referred to as reflecting time this period being had an effect to congestion control, in reflecting time, BTS should be such that traffic stream queues length is not further added by.
If BTS business streambufs are smaller, data of being eated dishes without rice or wine in reflecting time can be full of, or the buffer data being full of in reflecting time can be sent, then be not suitable for weighing ABIS interface congestion degree with the third method with second, that is, if concurrent Business Stream is many in BTS, and each Business Stream to rush section length smaller, first method should be then selected to detect ABIS reverse interface Congestion Level SPCCs, otherwise, second can be selected with the third method to detect ABIS reverse interface Congestion Level SPCCs.
Below by taking ABIS interface bandwidths occupancy, BTS streambuf occupancies as an example, to the algorithm of the ABIS reverse interface congestion controls of the embodiment of the present invention, i.e. ABIS reverse interfaces congestion control procedure is illustrated.
Setting ABIS interface bandwidths occupancy and the corresponding pre- congestion control threshold value of BTS streambuf occupancies are AbisOverFlowThresh, and it is AbisStableThresh that ABIS interface bandwidths occupancy and the corresponding pre- congestion control of BTS streambuf occupancies, which cancel threshold value,.Here AbisStableThresh should be less than AbisOverFlowThresh.
When ABIS interface bandwidths occupancy or BTS streambufs occupancy are more than AbisOveri wThresh, BTS:ABIS reverse interface congestion control procedures are triggered, reverse transmission rate of eating dishes without rice or wine is limited.
In ABIS reverse interface congestion control procedures, if BTS detects ABIS interface bandwidths occupancy or BTS Business Streams buffer performance less than AbisStableThresh, cancel congestion control procedure, so as to, in the case where making full use of ABIS interface bandwidths, it is to avoid BTS starts, stopped the phenomenon of congestion control procedure repeatedly.
ABIS reverse interfaces congestion control procedure, which can be divided into following several steps, to be carried out:
Step 1, ABIS reverse interface Congestion Level SPCCs are detected more than AbisOverFlowThresh as BTS, that is, when triggering ABIS reverse interface congestion controls, it is necessary first to adjust the RAB of sector, RAB is set to " busy ", carrys out requirement AT reduction transmission rates.RAB is sector-level parameter, and all AT under sector are worked.Based on RevO
The reduction of speed that the AT of (protocol reversion 0, protocol version 0) is transmitted speed according to speed transfer matrix is handled; The reduction of speed that AT based on RevA (protocol reversion A, protocol version A) is transmitted speed according to reverse MAC layer algorithm is handled. The embodiment of the present invention can be by setting different state-transition matrixes or reverse MAC layer parameter to different AT, different Business Streams, to realize that the business of control different priorities reduces the amplitude of transmission rate, so as to provide differentiated service features for high-priority service, it is ensured that the service quality of high-priority service.
When BTS cancels congestion control processing procedure, BTS sets RAB according to reverse load is eated dishes without rice or wine, if reverse load of eating dishes without rice or wine is not high, RAB is arranged to " no busy ", then, all AT recover its transmission power and data transmission rate under the sector.
When ABIS interfaces can not directly set RAB value, the transmission rate of AT under the sector can be limited by setting RAB thresholding, i.e. when starting ABIS reverse interface congestion control processing procedures, RAB. threshold value is set to minimum value, so, ROT (bottom make an uproar lifting, rise over thermal) can easily exceed this door, so that RAB is set to " busy " by BTS.Equally, when BTS cancels congestion control processing procedure, can make BTS according to reverse ROT (Rise Over Thermal) to set RAB value, RAB is set to by recovering RAB threshold value " no busy, '.
The ABIS reverse interface Congestion Level SPCCs that method in using step 1 can not detect BTS are no more than
, it is necessary to arrive step 2 during AbisStableThresh.
If step 2, a large amount of AT are registered, initiated a session request or connection request simultaneously, substantial amounts of access message can also be impacted to ABIS reverse interface service traffics, such as system upgrade, hold activity, morning start when, ABIS reverse interface service traffics can be impacted. So, when carrying out congestion control processing to ABIS interfaces, in addition it is also necessary to which appropriate limitation AT access message sends frequency, to ensure high priority AT access.
, it is necessary to cancel the limitation that AT access message sends frequency first when the ABIS reverse interfaces Congestion Level SPCC that can detect BTS in the method in using step 1 and step 2 is no more than AbisStableThresh, then, then recover RAB setting.
When the method in using step 1 and step 2 still can not make the ABIS reverse interfaces Congestion Level SPCC that BTS is detected no more than AbisStableThresh, it is necessary to arrive step 3.
If step 3, the priority of the currently active Business Stream are all higher, when making ABIS reverse interfaces Congestion Level SPCC still above AbisStableThresh by setting RAB and limitation AT to access message transmission frequency, then need the reverse MAC layer parameter of selectively regulation partial service stream, to reduce part AT transmission power, so as to reduce the transmission rate of corresponding Business Stream.
The embodiment of the present invention can be directed to Business Stream buffer performance the best part Business Stream, start congestion control processing
Process.Specific method is:By AN (access networks)Initiation is with parameter-negotiation procedures of the AT for intended service stream, the parameter such as T2PInFlow by reducing AT, to limit AT transmission power.
When sending data by ABIS interfaces due to BTS, it is to be scheduled according to the priority of each Business Stream, so, the maximum Business Stream of Business Stream buffer performance is also the relatively low Business Stream of priority, therefore, this method can reduce the low AT of priority transmission power, so as to ensure that the high AT of priority has higher transmission power, it is ensured that the high AT of priority service quality.
When the ABIS reverse interfaces Congestion Level SPCC for detecting BTS in the method in using step 1, step 2 and step 3 is no more than AbisStableThresh, firstly the need of the reverse MAC layer parameter setting for recovering AT, then, cancel the limitation that AT access message sends frequency again, finally, then RAB setting is recovered.
BTS provided in an embodiment of the present invention mainly includes:Memory module, detection module and congestion control processing module.Memory module is mainly used in storing the pre- congestion control threshold of ABIS reverse interfaces, and the pre- congestion control threshold of ABIS reverse interfaces here can be one or more of ABIS interface bandwidth occupancies thresholding, BTS traffic stream queues length threshold, BTS Business Stream buffer performance thresholdings.
The pre- congestion control of the ABIS reverse interfaces that can also be stored with memory module cancels thresholding, and the pre- congestion control of ABIS reverse interfaces cancels thresholding and should be less than the pre- congestion control threshold of ABIS reverse interfaces. The pre- congestion control of ABIS reverse interfaces cancels thresholding can also be corresponding with the above-mentioned various pre- congestion control thresholds of ABIS reverse interfaces respectively including a variety of.Detection module should detect the degree of the pre- congestion of ABIS reverse interfaces according to the thresholding stored in memory module, such as detect ABIS interface bandwidths occupancy, BTS traffic stream queues length, BTS Business Stream buffer performances.Description in specific detection method such as above-mentioned method.
Congestion control processing module is mainly used in when it is determined that the ABIS reverse interface Congestion Level SPCCs of detection module output reach the pre- congestion control threshold stored in memory module, congestion control processing is carried out to ABIS interfaces, in congestion control processing procedure, when it is determined that the ABIS reverse interfaces Congestion Level SPCC of detection module output is no more than the pre- congestion control cancellation thresholding stored in memory module, cancel the congestion control processing of ABIS interfaces.
The primary operational of congestion control processing module is realized by judging submodule, congestion control processing submodule and congestion control cancellation submodule.
Judging submodule is mainly used in when it is determined that the ABIS reverse interface Congestion Level SPCCs of detection module output reach the ABIS reverse interfaces that store in memory module pre- congestion control threshold, notifying congestion control processing submodule to carry out congestion control processing; After notifying congestion control processing submodule to carry out congestion control processing, when determining that the ABIS reverse interfaces Congestion Level SPCC that detection module is exported cancels thresholding no more than the pre- congestion control of ABIS reverse interfaces stored in memory module again, congestion control is notified to cancel submodule cancellation congestion control and handle.
Congestion control handles submodule when receiving congestion control processing notice, ABIS interfaces carry out congestion control processing, specific congestion control processing can be to be set to busy condition by RAB or RAB thresholding being set into predetermined value, to require that AT reduces transmission rate; The access message for limiting AT sends frequency; The reverse MAC layer parameters of predetermined AT Business Streams are adjusted, to require predetermined AT reductions transmission rate etc..Sequencing of specific congestion control processing procedure etc. is such as the description in above-mentioned method.
Congestion control cancels submodule when receiving the notice for cancelling congestion control processing that judging submodule transmission comes, and congestion control cancellation processing is carried out to ABIS interfaces.Specific sequencing for cancelling congestion control processing etc. is such as the description in above-mentioned method.
