Abstract
本发明公开了一种以城市污水厂脱水污泥、粉煤灰、粘土为原料制备的陶粒及其制备方法,属环境技术领域。以城市污水厂脱水污泥、粉煤灰、粘土为原料,按比例混合,逐步升温烧结即制得陶粒。该陶粒为黄色或褐色的球状固体,松散容重为650-750kg/m3,颗粒容重为1050-1150kg/m3,吸水率为5.80-10.8%,比表面积为2.29-5.56m2/g。本发明方法具有工艺简捷、成本低、经济适用等优点,制得的陶粒具有具有轻质、高强、吸水率小比表面积大等特点,在建筑、环保、冶金、化工、石油、农业等部门具有广泛的用途。The invention discloses a ceramsite prepared by using dewatered sludge of urban sewage plant, fly ash and clay as raw materials and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of environment. The dewatered sludge, fly ash, and clay from urban sewage plants are used as raw materials, mixed in proportion, gradually heated and sintered to produce ceramsite. The ceramsite is a yellow or brown spherical solid, with a loose bulk density of 650-750kg/m 3 , a particle bulk density of 1050-1150kg/m 3 , a water absorption rate of 5.80-10.8%, and a specific surface area of 2.29-5.56m 2 /g. The method of the present invention has the advantages of simple process, low cost, economical applicability, etc. The prepared ceramsite has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, small water absorption rate and large specific surface area, and is widely used in construction, environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, agriculture and other departments. Has a wide range of uses.
