本发明涉及隔声门的密封结构,需要达到门缝密封又能轻松启闭门扇。本发明的技术方案采用门扇、把手、传动机构和控制装置,门扇一侧用铰链与门框连接,其特征是门扇四周的侧边有直壁形凹槽,沿着凹槽分别配装形体与凹槽匹配的活块,活块两端的外侧设有滑槽,滑槽中装有直角形滑板;在门扇各侧活块后方的门扇内部配装传动机构,传动机构的推杆穿过凹槽的槽底孔与活块相连;把手的转轴配装控制装置旋动器,旋动器按控制装置类型分别用钢丝或导线连至传动机构。本发明适用于隔声门。

技术领域:
本发明涉及隔声门的密封结构。
背景技术
在隔声门的隔声结构中,门扇的隔声有比较成熟的专门结构,但对于门缝的密封形式目前采用的密封条、楔面、阶梯面密封以及门缝消声等形式都有一定的缺陷,特别是高级隔声门的门缝处理不尽人意,密封强了,门扇开启和关闭的阻力就大,尤其是下门缝良好密封与开启和关闭阻力大的矛盾总不能很好的解决。近年来,隔声门的需求越来越大,要求越来越高,门缝密封是隔声门的关键结构,隔声门的密封结构需要门缝可靠密封与门扇轻松开启的统一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是使门缝密封结构既能达到门缝的有效密封又能实现门扇的轻松启闭。
本发明的技术方案采用门扇、把手、传动机构及其控制装置,门扇一侧用铰链与门框连接,其特征是门扇四周的侧边有直壁形凹槽,沿着凹槽分别配装形体与凹槽匹配的活块,活块两端的外侧有滑槽,滑槽中装有直角形滑板;在各侧活块后方的门扇中配装传动机构,传动机构的推杆穿过凹槽的槽底孔与活块相连;把手的转轴配装传动机构控制装置的旋动器;旋动器按控制装置的不同类型分别用钢丝绳或导线连至传动机构。
本发明由于门扇四个侧边的活块和角部滑板在门扇关闭后能向四周伸出,主动密封门缝,在开启时可缩回原位,保证门缝间隙,实现门缝可靠密封与轻松开启的统一,门扇使用性能达到隔声设计要求,尤其对高级隔声门有较好的效果。

具体实施方式
本发明(见图1、图4、图5)包括门扇4、把手10、传动机构及其控制装置,门扇4一侧有铰链2与门框1连接,门扇4四周的侧边制成直壁形凹槽(见图2),沿着凹槽分别配装形体与凹槽匹配的活块3,活块3端部的外侧设有滑槽12(图3),滑槽12中配装直角形滑板13;活块3在凹槽中伸出和缩回直接带动滑板13在滑槽12内滑动,滑板13的角部尖点随动地保持在门边活块3边线的延长线上,始终形成包角的矩形密封体,从而实现门扇良好的密封隔声;活块3后方的门扇4内安装按门型规格配备的推杆传动机构,传动机构的推杆7(图2)穿过凹槽底的槽孔与活块3连接,由推杆顶出活块3到门框1,使活块3与门框1紧密接触;把手10(图1)的转轴连接控制装置的旋动器件11;旋动器件11按控制装置的不同类型分别用钢丝绳或导线连至传动机构,传递把手的旋动动态。
适用于手动隔声门的钢丝绳带动斜面滑块推杆传动机构(见图1、图2)由连有斜面滑块6的钢丝绳5与推杆组件构成,推杆组件中的推杆7前端有连接板连接活块3,推杆7后端球面与斜面滑块6接触,推杆7后部带有凸肩,凸肩前方的杆身套入弹簧8,推杆7和弹簧8装在两端制有推杆通孔的壳体中,推杆组件的壳体嵌置在门扇4的推杆座孔中;传动机构控制装置的旋动器件11采用制有钢丝绳槽的转轮,转轮中心安装在把手10的转轴上;门扇4的四个角隅分别装钢丝导向轮,钢丝绳5在转轮的钢丝绳槽中缠绕并绕过门扇4角隅的导向轮成闭合绳圈;当手柄10带动转轮转动,使钢丝绳5(图1)顺时针方向移动,并带动斜面滑块6推动推杆7使其顶出门边活块3时,门边活块3紧压门框内侧,达到了消除缝隙的效果;开门时,下转手柄10带动转轮转动,钢丝绳5带动斜面滑块6逆时针移动,推杆7在弹簧8的作用下拉回门边活块3到初始位置,从而使门缝产生需要的间隙,方便门扇开启;
适用于大型、特大型(单门扇宽大于1200mm、高大于3000mm)隔声门的电磁推杆传动机构(图4)安装在活块3后方的门扇4内,电磁阀9的推杆直接与活块3连接,或者通过中间有支点的曲柄连杆与活块3联接,把手10的转轴联接控制装置的旋动器,控制装置的旋动器采用正反旋转拨动电信号开关,电信号开关用导线连至控制各电磁推杆装置的控制器,电信号开关的开、闭电信号经由导线15连至控制装置的控制器14,再由控制器14传递指令至各电磁推杆使其做出推出或拉回门边活块的动作,从而达到关门时消除缝隙、开启时露出门缝的效果。
适用于大型、特大型(单门扇宽大于1200mm、高大于3000mm)隔声门的气动推杆传动机构(图5)安装在活块3后方的门扇4内,气源17通过软导管18与各气缸相连,气缸16的推杆直接与活块3连接,或者通过中间有支点的曲柄连杆与活块3联接,把手10的转轴联接控制装置的旋动器,旋动器采用正反旋转拨动电信号开关,电信号开关的开、闭电信号经由导线15连至进气阀14,使各气缸推杆做出推出或拉回门边活块的动作,从而达到关门时消除缝隙、开启时露出门缝的效果。

1.隔声门门缝的密封结构,采用门扇、把手、传动机构和控制装置,门扇一侧用铰链与门框连接,其特征是门扇四周的侧边有直壁形凹槽,沿着凹槽分别配装形体与凹槽匹配的活块,活块两端的外侧设有滑槽,滑槽中装有直角形滑板;在各侧活块后方的门扇内部配装传动机构,传动机构的推杆穿过凹槽的槽底孔与活块相连;把手的转轴配装控制装置的旋动器,旋动器按控制装置类型分别用钢丝或导线连至传动机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔声门门缝的密封结构,其特征是传动机构采用钢丝绳带动斜面滑块推杆传动机构,控制装置旋动器采用制有钢丝槽的转轮,门扇的四个角隅分别装钢丝导向轮,钢丝绳在转轮的钢丝槽中缠绕并绕过门扇角隅的导向轮成闭合绳圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隔声门门缝的密封结构,其特征是传动机构采用电磁推杆传动机构,控制装置的旋动器件采用正反旋转拨动电信号旋动开关,电信号开关用导线连至控制各电磁推杆装置的控制器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的隔声门门缝的密封结构,其特征是传动机构采用气动推杆传动机构,旋动器采用正反旋转拨动电信号开关,电信号开关用导线连至控制各气动推杆传动机构的气缸进气阀。
