技术领域
本发明涉及一种定量注液装置，特别涉及一种等离子体灭菌机的定量注液装置。
背景技术
目前的等离子体灭菌机过氧化氢加注系统，包括支架、储液箱、气化器和输送管路，储液箱和气化器由输送管路联通，气化器上连接有气体喷头，在输送管路上有高精度计量泵，配合计量泵有步进电机。这套装置明显结构复杂，涉及的部件较多，过氧化氢经过的管路也比较长，增加了过氧化氢因挥发而造成的损耗，造成不必要的浪费；这套装置中的高精度计量泵和步进电机都价格昂贵，增加了生产成本；由于这套装置结构复杂，对产品的售后造成了很大的难度，增加了售后的成本。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种结构简单、定量准确的等离子体灭菌机的注液装置。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种等离子体灭菌机定量注液装置，包括与灭菌工作室相连的电磁阀、取液泵、储液瓶，所述取液泵和储液瓶相连通，其特征是：还包括顶盖透气的定量杯，所述定量杯的输出端与电磁阀相通，输入端与取液泵相连通，所述定量杯的水平位置高于取液泵的水平位置，在所述定量杯内在额定容量位置设有出液孔，在高于额定容量位置设有液位传感器。
本发明还可以采用如下技术方案：

所述储液瓶上设置瓶口连接器。
所述定量杯内设置的液位传感器为电极液位传感器。
所述储液瓶内设置储液液位传感器。

本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：本发明由于采用了定量杯设置出液孔及液位传感器的结构，定量精确，结构简单易行，成本低，易于维护。

具体实施方式
为能进一步了解本发明的发明内容、特点及功效，兹例举以下实施例，并配合附图详细说明如下：
请参见图1，本发明包括：与灭菌工作室10相连的电磁阀8、定量杯1、取液泵4、储液瓶7，所述定量杯1的输出端与电磁阀8相通，输入端与取液泵4相连通，所述定量杯1的水平位置高于取液泵4的水平位置，在所述定量杯1内在额定容量位置设有出液孔，在高于额定容量位置设有液位传感器2，所述定量杯1的出液孔与取液泵4相通；所述定量杯1顶盖透气；所述液位传感器2为电极液位传感器；所述定量杯1输入端与取液泵4通过液路3相连通，所述取液泵4和储液瓶7通过连接件5相连通。
所述储液瓶7内设置储液液位传感器6，所述储液液位传感器6为悬浮式液位传感；所述储液瓶7上设置瓶口连接器。
本发明通过电磁阀8与灭菌工作室相连。定量杯1的容量可根据注液量的要求而定制，平时液体存储在储液瓶7内，储液瓶7内设有储液液位传感器6，用来检测剩余液体的数量，当液体的数量少于初始设定的数值时，系统报警，提示用户及时补充液体，补充液体时，取一个液体包装瓶11倒插在瓶口连接器9上即可，安全方便，此时液体在重力作用下会流入储液瓶7内，液体包装瓶11不需拔下，这样可以防止灰尘落入储液瓶7内。工作时，取液泵4启动，液体通过连接件5从储液瓶7内被抽出，送至定量杯1内，在定量杯1内设有液位传感器2，当液体触及液位传感器2时，取液泵4停止，多于要求数量的液体会在重力的作用下由出液孔通过液路3返回取液泵4内。当灭菌工作进行时，灭菌工作室内的气压降低到1000Pa以下，此时电磁阀8开启，定量杯1内的液体在负压作用下被抽到灭菌工作室内，参与灭菌工作。

Claims (5)

1.一种等离子体灭菌机定量注液装置，包括与所述等离子体灭菌机的灭菌工作室相连的电磁阀(8)、取液泵(4)和储液瓶(7)，所述取液泵(4)和储液瓶(7)相连通，其特征是：还包括顶盖透气的定量杯(1)，所述定量杯(1)的输出端与电磁阀(8)相通，输入端与取液泵(4)相连通，所述定量杯(1)的水平位置高于取液泵(4)的水平位置，在所述定量杯(1)内在额定容量位置设有出液孔，在所述定量杯(1)内高于额定容量位置处设有液位传感器(2)，当液体触及液位传感器(2)时，取液泵(4)停止，多于要求数量的液体会在重力的作用下由出液孔通过液路(3)返回取液泵(4)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的等离子体灭菌机定量注液装置，其特征是：所述储液瓶(7)上设置瓶口连接器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的等离子体灭菌机定量注液装置，其特征是：所述液位传感器(2)为电极液位传感器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的等离子体灭菌机定量注液装置，其特征是：所述储液瓶(7)内设置储液液位传感器(6)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的等离子体灭菌机定量注液装置，其特征是：所述储液瓶(7)内设置的储液液位传感器(6)为悬浮式液位传感器。
