背景技术
众所周知,诸如高压变压器的电气设备和装置通常配备有套管,套管适于传送高电位的电流穿过例如变压器箱或壁的接地屏障。
传统的套管由陶瓷或复合材料所制成的绝缘子构成,该绝缘子被提供有伞裙(shed)并且一般为空心的。用或不用电导体所穿过的电容器体,都可以获得电压递减。

高压导体2贯穿填充了气体的空心套管绝缘子4的中心,该填充了气体的空心套管绝缘子4形成环绕该高压导体的外套。提供壁凸缘6以将套管的外套通过壁接地。该高压导体在其两端被提供有接触部8和10。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种填充了气体的高压套管,其中,与现有技术的套管相比,降低了局部放电的风险。
本发明基于以下认识,即套管中的高介电金属部分可被提供有电阻层,允许碰撞其表面的粒子的缓慢且受控的放电。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种用于高压装置的高压套管,该高压套管包括被提供在填充了气体的空心绝缘子外套中的金属部分以及被提供在绝缘子外套中的电压递减金属屏蔽体;该高压套管特征在于:金属部分的至少一部分表面被提供有电阻率在108-1014Ωm范围内的层。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供了一种包括这样的套管的高压装置。
利用本发明的套管,实现了碰撞金属部分的表面的粒子的缓慢且受控的放电。这又减少了或者甚至消除了由于套管的绝缘子外套内的灰尘或污物而引起的局部放电。
在一优选实施例中,电阻层包含聚合物材料。
在另一优选实施例中,电阻层包含陶瓷材料。
在再一优选实施例中,电阻层被提供在金属部分的外端部,该外端部是受强应力的。

具体实施方式
以下将给出本发明的优选实施例的详细说明。在该说明中,术语“高压”将被用于10kV以及更高的电压。目前,商业高压装置的上限为800kV,但已经构建或在不远的将来可展望甚至更高的电压,如1000kV或更高。
本发明适用于参考图1和2在背景技术部分中给出的高压套管的概括说明,并且在下面将参考这些附图。然而,首先将参考图3,图3示出了包括壁凸缘6的电压递减屏蔽体14形式的金属部分的局部剖视图。
电压递减屏蔽体14基本上是圆柱形的。屏蔽体14的主要部分由一些合适的金属如铝制成。电阻层至少被提供在屏蔽体的一部分表面上,优选地被提供在诸如处于电压递减屏蔽体端部的受强介电应力的表面上。在此上下文中,“电阻层”被解释为这样的层,其具有在108-1014Ωm之间的受控电阻率并允许碰撞其表面的粒子缓慢且适度的放电。在一个实施例中,电阻层包含陶瓷材料,该陶瓷材料包含氧化铝。在电阻层包含氧化铝的情况下,该层优选地通过对铝作阳极化处理至10-1000μm的厚度而产生。
在另一实施例中,电阻层包含聚合物基底材料,如环氧、聚氨酯或特氟隆。该基底材料可被填充或不被填充。
电阻层优选地具有10-1000μm的厚度。
已经说明了高压套管的优选实施例。本领域的技术人员应理解在所附权利要求的范围内可对此进行改变。因此,尽管被提供有电阻层的金属部分已被描述为电压递减屏蔽体,但还应理解,套管的空心绝缘子外套中的其他金属部分如凸缘或导体也落入金属部分的定义内。
尽管已说明了根据本发明的穿过壁而安装的套管,但还应理解,组装到高压装置如变压器、电抗器、断路器、发电机或在高压系统中有应用的其他设备的套管也被本发明的思想所覆盖。

Claims (6)

1.一种高压套管,包括:
高压导体(2),所述高压导体(2)被设置在填充了气体的空心绝缘子外套(4)中,其中所述高压指的是10KV以及更高的电压;
金属电压递减屏蔽体(14),所述金属电压递减屏蔽体(14)包括金属部分且被设置在由所述绝缘子外套包围的空间内;
其特征在于:
所述金属部分的至少一部分表面被设置有电阻率在108-1014Ωm范围内的层,其中,所述层具有10-1000μm范围的厚度,并且所述层被设置在所述金属电压递减屏蔽体端部的受强介电应力的表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压套管,其中,所述层包含陶瓷材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高压套管,其中,所述层包含聚合物基底材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高压套管,其中,所述聚合物基底材料任选自环氧树脂、聚氨酯和特氟隆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高压套管,其中,所述层包含氧化铝。
6.一种高压设备,包括根据权利要求1所述的高压套管。
