本发明涉及一种高压力旋转接头，属于密封装置技术领域。其主要采用前壳体、进液壳体、中壳体、出液壳体和后壳体固定成组合整体，在它们之间分别安装垫式组合密封圈，前轴承安装于前壳体中，后轴承安装于后壳体中，外管装于组合整体中支撑于前轴承和后轴承，内管上装有密封O型圈，内管以密封外螺纹与外管密封内螺纹连接，进液壳体和出液壳体上的内螺纹与静止管道相连接。本发明结构简单、合理、安装、维修方便；组合式壳体制造容易、装配简单；垫式组合密封圈材料耐磨、工作压力越高，密封性能越好；旋转轴密封面喷涂高硬度非金属材料，光洁度极高，大大提高了配合密封件的耐磨性，能延长使用寿命；拆卸方便，同轴度好，旋转力矩小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高压力旋转接头，具体地说是用于流体介质从静止管道输入到旋转设备中的连接密封部件，属于密封装置技术领域。
背景技术
旋转接头是流体介质(油、蒸汽、水、气体等)从静止管道输入到旋转设备中的连接密封部件，是解决跑、冒、滴、漏、节约能源、保护环境、改善工作条件的密封装置。通常使用的高压力(GYL型)系列的旋转接头壳体主要采用整体结构，在整体壳体内安装外管，外管内安装内管，外管由前后轴承支撑，内管上装有密封圈。该种结构的旋转接头在旋转运行时，通径和压力受到一定程度的限制，且密封件易磨损泄漏，因此使用寿命很短，只能连续使用一个月，甚至一个星期就需更换。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处，从而提供一种高压力旋转接头，能提高密封压力及工作压力，密封件不易磨损泄漏，并可延长使用寿命。
本发明的主要解决方案是这样实现的：
本发明主要采用前壳体、进液壳体、中壳体、出液壳体和后壳体固定成组合壳体，在前壳体与进液壳体之间，进液壳体与中壳体之间分别安装前垫式组合密封圈，中壳体与出液壳体之间，出液壳体与后壳体之间分别安装后垫式组合密封圈，前轴承安装于前壳体中，后轴承安装于后壳体中，外管装于组合壳体中支撑于前轴承和后轴承，内管上装有密封O型圈，内管以密封外螺纹与外管密封内螺纹连接，进液壳体和出液壳体上的内螺纹与静止管道相连接。
本发明所述的外管内密封表面设有耐磨层。
本发明所述的密封O型圈设为2只。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点：
本发明旋转接头结构简单、合理、安装、维修方便；组合式壳体制造容易、装配简单；垫式组合密封圈材料耐磨、工作压力越高，密封性能越好；旋转轴密封面喷涂高硬度非金属材料，光洁度极高，大大提高了配合密封件的耐磨性，因而延长了使用寿命；组合壳体二端装有大小不同的轴承，拆卸方便，同轴度好，旋转力矩小。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述：
本发明主要由内管1、密封O型圈2、外管3、前轴承4、前壳体5、垫式组合密封圈6、进液壳体7、中壳体8、垫式组合密封圈9、出液壳体10、后壳体11、后轴承12、内六角圆柱头螺钉13及轴用挡圈14组成。
本发明主要采用前壳体5、进液壳体7、中壳体8、出液壳体10和后壳体11用四个内六角圆柱头螺钉13固定成组合壳体，在前壳体5与进液壳体7之间，进液壳体7与中壳体8之间分别安装前垫式组合密封圈6，中壳体8与出液壳体10之间，出液壳体10与后壳体11之间分别安装后垫式组合密封圈9，前轴承4安装于前壳体5中，外管3内密封表面喷镀有耐磨层，耐磨层为高硬度非金属材料，其光洁度极高，可大大提高了配合密封件的耐磨性。后轴承12安装于后壳体11中，用轴用挡圈14固定于后轴承12内外管3装于组合壳体中支撑于前轴承4和后轴承12，内管1上装有密封O型圈2，密封O型圈2设为两只(两道)。内管1以密封外螺纹与外管3密封内螺纹连接，进液壳体7和出液壳体10上的内螺纹与静止管道相连接。外管3上的外螺纹与旋转轴相连接，而内螺纹则与旋转设备上的管道相连接。

Claims (3)

1.一种高压力旋转接头，包括内管(1)、外管(3)、前轴承(4)和后轴承(12)，其特征是采用前壳体(5)、进液壳体(7)、中壳体(8)、出液壳体(10)和后壳体(11)固定成组合壳体，在前壳体(5)与进液壳体(7)之间，进液壳体(7)与中壳体(8)之间分别安装垫式组合密封圈(6)，中壳体(8)与出液壳体(10)之间，出液壳体(10)与后壳体(11)之间分别安装垫式组合密封圈(9)，前轴承(4)安装于前壳体(5)中，后轴承(12)安装于后壳体(11)中，外管(3)装于组合壳体中支撑于前轴承(4)和后轴承(12)，内管(1)上装有密封O型圈(2)，内管(1)以密封外螺纹与外管(3)密封内螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压力旋转接头，其特征在于所述的外管(3)密封表面设有耐磨层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高压力旋转接头，其特征在于所述的密封O型圈(2)设为2只。
