Abstract
The present invention relates to method to deal with the wastewater including ammonium and chlorine and to recycle the ammonium and chlorine. The dense acid which is not easy to be volatilized is added into the wastewater including ammonium and chlorine, and then the acidity of the wastewater can be arranged between 10 mol/L and 12mol/L; then the wastewater can be heated and distilled to reach the boiling point according to the heating system of 10 Celsius per minute. The method guarantees the enough heat supply and keeps boiling. Besides, the volatile matter is collected after being condensated. The present invention can not only deal with the wastewater including ammonium and chlorine, but also can realize the effective separation for the ammonium and chlorine and at the same time can produce different productions which can be recycled.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for treating waste water containing ammonium and chlorine and recycling ammonium and chlorine.
Technical Field
At present, the method for treating the waste water containing ammonium and chlorine mainly adopts an evaporative crystallization method, the ammonium chloride crystal is finally obtained, the ammonium and thechlorine cannot be effectively separated, the crystallization is incomplete, and the liquid after the crystallization contains a certain amount of ammonium and chlorine, so that the ammonium and the chlorine cannot be discharged after reaching the standard.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the existing ammonium-containing chlorine-containing wastewater treatment method, the invention provides a method for treating the ammonium-containing chlorine-containing wastewater and recycling ammonium and chlorine.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: adding hard volatile concentrated acid into the ammonium-containing chlorine-containing wastewater, keeping the acidity at 10-12mol/L, heating and distilling according to a temperature rise system of raising the temperature by 10 ℃ per minute, ensuring that the heat is fully supplied and the boiling is maintained after the boiling is reached, and simultaneously condensing and collecting volatile matters. The concentrated acid is concentrated sulfuric acid.
The method has the advantages that the ammonium and the chlorine are effectively separated while the ammonium-containing and chlorine-containing wastewater is treated, and different products are generated for recycling.
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples.
Detailed Description
Adding hard-to-volatilize concentrated sulfuric acid into the ammonium-containing chlorine-containing wastewater to keep the acidity at 10-12 mol/L. Heating and distilling according to a temperature rising system of 10 ℃ per minute, wherein hydrochloric acid is a thermal volatile acid, the boiling point of the hydrochloric acid is about 110 ℃, the boiling point of the hydrochloric acid is about 200 ℃ different from that of the added non-volatile concentrated acid, after the hydrochloric acid reaches boiling, heat supply is ensured to be fully maintained for boiling, so that the generated hydrochloric acid is volatilized, ammonium remains in the solution, the effect of separating ammonium from chlorine is achieved, the volatilized hydrochloric acid is condensed to obtain pure hydrochloric acid with different concentrations, and the ammonium generates ammonium sulfate. As shown in the following formula:
