Abstract

本发明公开了一种蒸汽灭菌柜中的门密封装置，主要包括：在柜体的门框上固定有嵌槽，其特点是：在嵌槽中设置有中空密闭密封条，在中空密闭密封条上设置有充气管，充气管与中空密闭密封条的内腔相通；本发明的优点是：关门状态时，可往中空密闭密封条的密闭内腔中充入压缩空气，使密封条能同时与门体和柜体密接触，大大提高了密封效果。

蒸汽灭菌柜的门密封装置
技术领域
本发明涉及到蒸汽灭菌柜，尤其涉及到蒸汽灭菌柜中的门密封装置。
背景技术
蒸汽灭菌柜广泛应用于制药、化工等行业，其作用是利用高温蒸汽来对物品进行消毒、灭菌。为防止蒸汽泄漏、确保灭菌效果，在蒸汽灭菌柜的柜体和门体之间通常都设置有门密封装置；常用的门密封装置的结构为：在柜体上固定有一圈嵌槽，嵌槽中嵌装有“U”形密封条；其密封原理是：当关上门体时，门体边框的内侧面就会与“U”形密封条相接触，然后调节锁紧门钩，使门体紧压在密封条上，达到密封目的。上述门密封装置的缺点是：当出现门体与柜体之间衔接不平、或密封条老化变形等原因时，在门体与柜体之间就会发生泄漏现象，从而会影响到灭菌效果。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明将提供一种密封效果更好的蒸汽灭菌柜的门密封装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是：所述的蒸汽灭菌柜的门密封装置，主要包括：在柜体上固定有嵌槽，其特点是：在嵌槽中设置有中空密闭密封条，在中空密闭密封条上设置有充气管，充气管与中空密闭密封条的内腔相通。
本发明进一步的技术方案是：在充气管上还设置有阀门。
本发明的优点是：关门状态时，可往中空密闭密封条的密闭内腔中充入压缩空气，使密封条能同时与门体和柜体密接触，大大提高了密封效果。

实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明所述的技术方案、及其工作原理和优点作进一步的描述。
如图1、图2、图3所示，本发明所述的蒸汽灭菌柜的门密封装置，主要包括：在柜体1上固定有嵌槽4，其特点是：在嵌槽4中设置有中空密闭密封条3，在中空密闭密封条3上设置有充气管7，充气管7与中空密闭密封条3的内腔6相通。在本实施例中，在充气管7上还设置有阀门8。
上述门密封装置的密封原理是：当关上门体2时，门体2的边框5的内侧面就会与中空密闭密封条3相接触，然后调节锁紧门钩9，使门体2紧压在密封条3上，再通过充气管7往中空密闭密封条3的内腔6中充入压缩空气，使中空密闭密封条3同时与门体2的边框5以及柜体1相紧密接触，从而达到密封目的。当灭菌工作结束后，再通过充气管7将中空密闭密封条3的内腔6中的压缩空气放掉，中空密闭密封条3就会自行回缩，以便于打开门体2，并为下一次的密封工作做好准备。在充气管7上设置阀门8的作用是：便于控制充气或放气过程。

1.蒸汽灭菌柜的门密封装置，主要包括：在柜体的门框上固定有嵌槽，其特征在于：在嵌槽中设置有中空密闭密封条，在中空密闭密封条上设置有充气管，充气管与中空密闭密封条的内腔相通。
2.如权利要求1所述的门密封装置，其特征在于：在充气管上设置有阀门。
