本发明提供一种数字微波室外单元内部连接结构;该结构所有模块采用层叠式结构,模块之间采用硬件接插件连接通讯,其中电源模块在底层左侧,其上面叠有控制模块,两模块通过双排插座和SBM连接器连接,控制模块与射频收发模块平行设置,两者通过双排插座和MMBX连接器连接,在控制模块和射频收发模块上面,放置有信号合成模块,信号合成模块通过SMB连接器,分别与控制模块和射频收发模块连接。本发明的优点是,结构简单,体积小,集成度高,安装便捷,制造成本降低约5%dadk,因全部采用连接器硬连接,所以减少了信号损耗约1分贝左右。

本发明涉及一种数字微波通讯中,微波传输设备的结构。
背景技术
传统的数字微波室外单元(ODU),是将工作模块平铺在箱体底部,各模块之间用半刚或者半柔电缆连接,系统需求的空间大,致使整个设备体积较大,制造成本偏高。另外,连接电缆太多,对射频信号带来一定的损耗,且装备复杂容易混淆。
发明内容
为了减小设备体积,降低制造成本,提高设备性能,本发明提供一种数字微波室外单元模块连接装置,该连接装置包括电源模块、控制模块、射频收发模块和信号合成模块,该结构所有模块采用层叠式结构,模块之间采用硬件接插件连接通讯,其中电源模块在底层左侧,其上面叠有控制模块,电源模块和控制模块通过双排插座和SBM型连接器连接,控制模块与射频收发模块平行设置,控制模块与射频收发模块通过双排插座和MMBX型连接器连接,在控制模块和射频收发模块上面,放置有信号合成模块,信号合成模块通过SMB型连接器,分别与控制模块和射频收发模块连接。
本发明的优点是,结构简单,体积小,集成度高,安装便捷,制造成本降低约5%da dk,因全部采用连接器硬连接,所以减少了信号损耗约1分贝左右。

1.一种数字微波室外单元模块连接装置,其特征在于:该连接装置包括电源模块、控制模块、射频收发模块和信号合成模块,所有模块采用层叠式结构,模块之间采用硬件接插件连接通讯,其中电源模块在底层左侧,其上面叠有控制模块,电源模块和控制模块通过双排插座和SBM型连接器连接,控制模块与射频收发模块平行设置,控制模块与射频收发模块通过双排插座和MMBX型连接器连接,在控制模块和射频收发模块上面,放置有信号合成模块,信号合成模块通过SMB型连接器,分别与控制模块和射频收发模块连接。
