Abstract

本发明涉及一种建筑材料,尤其是涉及一种刚性和半刚性土工工程的固化稳定技术的土石固结剂。它的重量份数及配比组成为:矿渣40~50、消石灰25~35、水泥38~48、石膏5~15、粉煤灰30~40。本发明由于采用上述技术方案,不但适用于普通土种,而且还能适用于有病害的特殊土种,如强膨胀土、盐渍土和淤泥,尤其适用于城市旧道路的拓宽翻新,节约资源,保护环境,大大降低施工成本。

一种土石固结剂
[技术领域]
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,尤其是涉及一种刚性和半刚性土工工程的固化稳定技术的土石固结剂。
[背景技术]
目前,大型土工工程如铁路和公路路基、江海堤坝,由于工程浩大,大都就地取材。为了满足工程的性能指标,通常都用石灰、水泥之类来胶凝固结,加以改善。但石灰、水泥土既不耐水,而且干缩裂缝非常严重,由于水泥凝结,相邻二天施工工程的接头处难以避免存在薄弱环节,雨水和洪水渗入这些裂缝,逐渐破坏,最终导致道路、堤坝的损坏。
[发明内容]
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种克服石灰、水泥土不耐水,易开裂、干缩性大的缺陷、又能适用传统的机械和施工的土石固结剂。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种土石固结剂,它的重量份数及配比组成为:矿渣40~50、消石灰25~35、水泥38~48、石膏5~15、粉煤灰30~40。本发明由于采用上述技术方案,不但适用于普通土种,而且还能适用于有病害的特殊土种,如强膨胀土、盐渍土和淤泥,尤其适用于城市旧道路的拓宽翻新,节约资源,保护环境,大大降低施工成本。
