Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of building steel structure, particularly a manufacturing method of oval-like honeycomb beam web. The manufacturing method comprises determining the size of ellipse sample, determining two boundary lines on the beam web, marking the central and the corresponding semi-elliptic curves of the ellipse sample on each of the two boundary lines (the semi-elliptic curves are crossed to each other), connecting the crossing points if the connection line of the adjacent crossing points is parallel o the boundary line to obtain two line groups in parallel to the two boundary lines and positioned at the same side of the central line; combining the semi-elliptic curves with centers being on the same boundary line with the line groups homolateral and parallel to the two boundary lines to form a cutting line and trimming line, cutting the I-shaped beam web along the cutting line to form a concave part and a rim part; trimming the rim part along the trimming line to form another concave part; performing misplaced welding of the concave parts to obtain an oval-like honeycomb beam web. The method greatly increases the production efficiency of oval-like honeycomb beam web, reduces the waste produced during perforation, saves the steel products, and reduces the production cost.

The upper and lower flanges of an i-shaped steel beam mainly bear bending moment, and the web plate mainly bears shearing force, and the beam is mostly a bending member, especially a large-span beam, so that the height of the beam is usually made larger in order to improve the bending moment of inertia of the beam. In this case, the web may not sufficiently function as a steel material. Therefore, the proper amount of holes are formed in the web plate, so that the steel consumption can be reduced without affecting the bearing capacity, and a better technical and economic effect is achieved. Meanwhile, the opening can be used as a passage for various pipelines to pass through, and the use efficiency of the space in the structure is improved.
At present, most of perforated I-shaped steel beams produced and used at home and abroad adopt honeycomb beams with hexagonal holes. The production process of the beam is simple, but the corner points of the hexagon are easy to generate stress concentration, and the steel cannot give full play to the material performance. Therefore, some production units begin to produce honeycomb beams with elliptical holes at present, abrupt corner points do not exist in the section form, stress concentration cannot be generated, and the stress performance is more reasonable. However, the production process of the section form is complex, and at present, a method of directly forming holes in the web is mostly adopted. The method has low production efficiency, generates more waste materials when drilling holes and wastes steel.
Disclosure of the invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of an elliptical hole-like honeycomb beam web, which has the advantages of high production efficiency, less generated waste, steel saving and cost reduction.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a preparation method of an ellipse-like hole honeycomb beam web plate, wherein an ellipse is defined by two symmetrical ellipse arc lines, comprises the following steps:
1) Determining the length of the ellipse where the elliptic arc line is located, namely the length of the major-minor semi-axis of the lofting ellipse according to the size of the elliptical hole to be opened, wherein the formula is as follows:

3) Marking the centers of the lofting ellipses on two boundary lines respectively, wherein the distance between adjacent centers on the same boundary line is L, and the distance between adjacent centers on different boundary lines and the direction parallel to the center line is L/2;
4) Drawing a semi-elliptic curve corresponding to each center, wherein the semi-elliptic curves of the centers on different boundary lines are intersected pairwise, and connecting intersection points of connecting lines of adjacent intersection points and the boundary lines in parallel to obtain two line segment groups which are respectively parallel to the two boundary lines and are positioned on the same side of the central line;
5) Selecting any one of the boundary lines, forming a cutting line by a semi-elliptical curve with the center on the boundary line and a line segment group which is parallel to and on the same side as the boundary line, and cutting the I-beam web along the cutting line to obtain a concave hole part containing a semi-elliptical recess and a flange part containing a semi-elliptical protrusion;
6) Trimming the flange part along a trimming line consisting of a semi-elliptical curve with the center on the other boundary line and a line segment group which is parallel to the boundary line and is on the same side with the semi-elliptical curve to obtain a concave hole part containing semi-elliptical depressions;
7) And (4) welding the concave hole parts obtained in the steps (5) and (6) according to the mode that the semi-elliptical holes are opposite and the line segment groups are opposite to obtain the similar elliptical hole honeycomb beam web.
Among them, when selecting the i-beam, the following factors should be considered:
the height of the i-beam (i.e. the distance between the flanges of the i-beam) should be greater than the minor semi-axis length of the lofting ellipse of the elliptical hole-like shape.
The method can continuously weld concave hole parts obtained by cutting and trimming a plurality of I-shaped beams, and improves the processing speed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the method greatly improves the production efficiency of the quasi-elliptical hole honeycomb beam web plate, particularly has less waste materials generated by punching, saves steel materials and reduces the production cost.

7) And (4) welding the concave hole parts respectively obtained in the steps (5) and (6) according to the mode that the semi-elliptical depressions are opposite and the line segment groups are opposite, and obtaining the similar elliptical hole honeycomb beam web.
