Abstract

本发明涉及一种水面浮渣自动收集器,包括两条设置成“人”字型的收渣导流板,前部与锚联接,尾部与进渣通道口联接,进渣通道口上的小导渣板与岸上固定的挡渣板联接,其尾与渣网箱联接。其“人”字型的构造将两岸中的水面全部拦截着住,水面浮渣随水流自然流进渣网箱内。水面浮渣动自收集器还可通过扩大尺度,及改变角度、根据河面的宽窄而做大制小,而且一锚两钩方式可使水面浮渣自动收集器灵活的适应水涨潮落,而始终保持正常工作状态,使用它能彻底干净水面,也不消耗能源,符合人类努力的节能又环保的方向。

本发明涉及一种水面浮渣自动收集器.
背景技术
在江河渠面上常有许多浮渣,有些河段的闸坝前虽装有栅栏,但却拦大漏小,尤其是小型的闸坝前无任何防拦,有时浮渣卡着闸门,危害闸门的运作,又污染水源,即便人工捞渣,也费工费时,且不干净。
发明内容
本发明的目地是提供一种十分简便的水面浮渣自动收集器
本发明所述的水面浮渣自动收集器包括两条设置成“人”字型的收渣导流板,前部与水中锚联接,后尾与进渣通道口的内侧用螺钉联接,进渣通道口外侧的小导渣板上的挂钩与岸边固定的挡渣板上的孔眼联接,进渣通道口后面与渣网箱通过突出的扣联接。
所述的收渣导流板,其直径40cm,断面为方型,长度为20米,吃水深度30cm,露出水面的10cm,其夹角为40°,有利导流浮渣流入渣网箱内。收渣导流板由锚拉着漂在水面。
所述的进渣通道口其直径1米,是前后贯通的长方型箱体,吃水深度60cm,露出水面的40cm,经小导渣板上的挂钩与岸边固定的挡渣板上的孔眼联接。
所述的岸边固定挡渣板是一块面积2m2方型的铁板、其厚度8-16mm,一侧与岸边用螺丝固定,另一侧折弯成30°--40°,垂直在水下1米,露出水面1米,铁板中央钻有一孔眼。
所述渣网箱用塑料、尼龙及轻金属丝材料编织构成,与进渣通道口上突出的扣联接,浮渣装满取出倒掉再装上继续工作。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明所述水面浮渣自动收集器包括两条设置成“人”字型的收渣导流板1,其前部与水中锚2联接,尾部与进渣通道口4的内侧用螺钉3联接,进渣通道口4的外侧的小导流板5上的挂钩10与岸边固定的挡渣板6上的孔眼11联接,进渣通道口4的尾部与渣网箱8上的突出扣9联接。
参见图2,所述的收渣导流板1,其直径40cm,断面为方型,长度为20米,吃水深度30cm,露出水面的10cm,其夹角为40°,有利导流浮渣进入网箱内,收渣导流板1由锚2拉着漂在水面。
所述的进渣通道口4,其直径1米,是前后贯通的长方箱体型,吃水深度60cm,露出水面40cm,其内侧小导流板5上的挂钩10与岸边固定挡渣板6上的孔眼11相钩。

1.一种水面浮渣自动收集器,其特征是包括两条设置成“人”字型的收渣导流板(1)、其前部与水中锚(2)联接、其尾部与进渣通道口(4)的内侧用螺钉(3)联接,进渣通道口(4)外侧的小导渣板(5)上的挂钩(10)与岸边固定的挡渣板(6)上的孔眼(11)联接、进渣通道口(4)后部与渣网箱(8)上的突出的扣(9)联接,所述的渣网箱(8)是用塑料、尼龙及轻金属丝材料编织构成,其与进渣通道口上突出的扣(9)联接。
