Abstract

本发明是一种混合燃料,它是由甘蔗糖厂生产过程中排放出的滤泥与甘蔗渣或煤或木糠混合而成。本发明的实施,既可变废为宝,又可减少对环境的污染。本发明适用于锅炉用燃料,特别是甘蔗糖厂的锅炉燃料。

一种混合燃料
                          技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃料,更具体地说它是由两种可燃物组成的混合燃料。
                          背景技术
目前,锅炉常用的燃料有煤、燃气、燃油、木糠等。蔗糖厂锅炉用的燃料是自产的甘蔗渣(以下简称蔗渣),经检测蔗渣的发热量约19MJ/kg(4500Kcal/kg)是一种良好的自产燃料,免除了外购燃料的经费,降低了蔗糖生产成本。但是,蔗渣易燃烧,燃烧速度特别快,影响了它热量的充分利用。另外,蔗渣还是造纸和纤维板的原料,蔗渣用于造纸和造纤维板的经济效益和社会效益比做燃料有明显地提高,把它烧掉实属可惜!
                          发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种蔗糖厂自产的混合燃料,取代单一的蔗渣燃料,这种混合燃料既可变废为宝,又可降低蔗渣的燃烧速度,使燃烧速度适中,燃料的发热量得到较充分的利用,提高了热效率。这种混合燃料可节省部分蔗渣用来造纸和造纤维板,提高蔗渣的经济效益和社会效益。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种混合燃料,它是由甘蔗糖厂生产过程中排放出的滤泥与蔗渣或煤或木糠混合而成,其中,滤泥与蔗渣或煤或木糠的配比值为1或小于1。
本发明与现有技术比较的益效是:
1.滤泥是蔗糖厂生产过程中排放出的废物,它含有约80%的细小蔗渣和微量糖份及有机杂质,如不及时处理会发酵变臭,既占据工厂的场地又污染环境,利用滤泥做混合燃料,既变废为宝,又减少对环境的污染。
2.滤泥与蔗渣按比例混合作蔗糖厂锅炉的燃料,由于滤泥加在蔗渣中,可降低蔗渣的燃烧速度,使燃烧速度适中,混合燃料发热量得到较充分的利用,提高了热效率,节约下来的蔗渣作纤维板或造纸,提高了经济效益和社会效益。
                        具体实施方式
一般锅炉用燃料的发热量为3000Kcal/kg(12.56MJ/kg)~3500Kcal/kg(14.64MJ/kg)。褐煤的平均发热量为3500Kcal/kg(14.64MJ/kg),木糠的平均发热量为4000Kcal/kg(16.73MJ/kg),蔗渣的平均发热量为4400Kcal/kg(18.42MJ/kg)。
甘蔗糖厂生产过程中,每吨原料甘蔗大约产蔗汁470kg、蔗渣500kg、滤泥30kg,一个日榨1万吨甘蔗的蔗糖厂,每天排放出的滤泥300吨左右,堆积如山,目前只能以极低的价格(5~10元/吨)出售给农民作肥料,如不及时处理,时间一长,滤泥发酵,臭气熏天,既占场地,又污染环境。滤泥80%是细小的蔗渣和微量的糖份及有机杂质。经广西煤碳产品质量监督检验站检测,蔗渣的发热量为18.78MJ/kg,滤泥的发热量为11.47MJ/kg,滤泥是可利用的燃料。如果利用蔗糖厂生产过程中排放出的所有滤泥与蔗渣按一定比例混配成混合燃料,使其发热量在12.56MJ/kg~14.64MJ/kg范围,就可作锅炉合格的燃料。节省下来的蔗渣可按300多元/吨外售作造纸和作纤维板原料,可增加工厂的经济效益,减少了对环境的污染。
混合燃料是按滤泥与蔗渣的配比值为1或小于1来配制的,因为配比值大于1,滤泥在混合燃料中的量大于蔗渣,会影响燃烧速度,同时发热量也不能满足锅炉燃料的要求。
混合燃料的混合工艺是简单的机械混合或人工混合,只要求滤泥与蔗渣混合均匀即可。混合燃料的实施例如下:
实施例1:滤泥与蔗渣比例按1∶1配制成均匀的混合燃料,其发热量为0.5kg×11.47MJ/kg+0.5kg×18.78MJ/kg=15.13MJ/kg,它大于14.64MJ/kg,可以用作糖厂锅炉的燃料。
实施例2:滤泥与蔗渣比例按3∶7配制成均匀的混合燃料,其发热量为0.3kg×11.47MJ/kg+0.7kg×18.78MJ/kg=16.59MJ/kg,它大于14.64MJ/kg,可以用作糖厂锅炉的燃料。
实施例3:滤泥与蔗渣比例按4∶6配合成混合燃料,其发热量为0.4kg×11.47MJ/kg+0.6kg×18.78MJ/kg=15.86MJ/kg。它大于14.64MJ/kg,可以用作锅炉的燃料。
实施例4:滤泥与褐煤比例按3∶7配制成均匀的混合燃料,其发热量为0.3kg×11.47MJ/kg+0.7kg×16.73MJ/kg=15.152MJ/kg,达到锅炉燃料发热量的要求,可作锅炉的燃料。
实施例5:滤泥与木糠的比例按3∶7配合成混合燃料,其发热量为0.3kg×11.47MJ/kg+0.7kg×16.73MJ/kg=15.15MJ/kg,达到锅炉燃料发热量的要求,可作锅炉的燃料。
