Abstract

本发明提供一种风力发电的能量储存设备,通过风叶驱动空气压缩设备,利用压缩气体进行能量储存,在塔中心位置设置近塔直径1/3的空心圆柱体,并在中心圆柱体周围设置6个同样大小的空心圆柱体,这样中心圆柱体再加外围圆柱体,可以将塔的储存空间直径缩小到1/3以下,降低了圆柱的弧度,提高耐压值,降低对圆柱壁厚的要求,实现经济性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风力发电设备,尤其是风力发电的储存设备。
背景技术
目前的风力发电机基本是采用直接发电,并充入化学电池,然后进行逆变释放工作电流。这样在大型发电站时需要比较大的电池投入,并且铅酸电池及其生产都对环境构成严重的污染。
而目前最先进的压缩气体储存能量的方式,需要解决大量压缩气体的储存,如果采用地下存储,需要矿洞等地理条件,或者大量施工经费,这样做也同时提高了风力发电的门槛。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种投资小、无污染、无地理要求的风力发电的储存设备。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过下列技术实现的:
一种风力发电的能量储存设备,通过风叶驱动空气压缩设备,利用压缩气体进行能量储存,其特征在于在塔中心位置设置近塔直径1/3的空心圆柱体,并在中心园柱体周围设置6个同样大小的空心圆柱体。
这样中心圆柱体再加外围圆柱体,可以将塔的储存空间直径缩小到1/3以下,降低了圆柱的弧度,提高耐压值,降低对圆柱壁厚的要求,实现经济性。
具体实施方式
在具体实施工程中,也可以将钢管内部中心圆柱设置成工作仓和6组同径的独立储存腔,分成3个对称组或者2个交叉组,其之间相互连通保持气体容量和气压平衡,在储存时依次充入,可以保持工作气体的气压值;也可以在一组维修时,另一组继续正常工作。
在大型风力发电设备中,还可以将采用钢筋混凝土浇注储存室和塔架,这样可以相对可以做到比较大和比较高的结构,也相应大幅度提高塔架储存室的容量,实现比较大的功率供应。
沿海环境中风力发电的应用中,采用塔架储存结构,塔架直径25米,塔高350米,全部采用钢筋混凝土进行浇注,气体容量在120000立方,输出功率峰值450MW,平均输出功率为120MW;工程造价接近8亿人民币,年电力产值为3亿人民币左右。

Claims (3)

1.一种风力发电的能量储存设备,通过风叶驱动空气压缩设备,利用压缩气体进行能量储存,其特征在于在塔中心位置设置近塔直径1/3的空心圆柱体,并在中心园柱体周围设置6个同样大小的空心圆柱体。
2.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于将钢管内部中心圆柱设置成工作仓和6组同径的独立储存腔,分成3个对称组或者2个交叉组,其之间相互连通保持气体容量和气压平衡,在储存时依次充入。
3.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于采用钢筋混凝土浇注储存室和塔架。
