Abstract

本发明涉及一种拼装不锈钢水箱连接方法。目前，市场上一般拼装不锈钢水箱都采用焊接的方法，由于焊接的温度和环境的影响，造成焊接部位贫烙，而使焊接部位腐蚀，严重的还造成水箱崩溃。本发明在相邻两块拼装模块的模块连接板之间设有密封垫片、两侧设有夹板，用螺栓依次穿过夹板、模块连接板、密封垫片来固定连接拼装模块，且用螺栓将拉筋固定在不锈钢拼装模块上。从而避免了焊接，既解决了焊接麻烦，又克服了上述缺陷。本发明具有结构牢固、密封性好、操作方便等优点。

本发明涉及一种拼装不锈钢水箱的连接方法，它特别适用于不锈钢水箱的模块间的连接。
背景技术
目前，市场上一般拼装不锈钢水箱都采用焊接的方法，由于焊接的温度和环境影响，造成焊接部位贫烙，从而使得焊接部位在水箱之中很快烂掉，造成水箱的损坏，严重影响水箱的质量，因而人们希望有一种新的连接方法问世，从而克服上述缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种拼装不锈钢水箱的连接方法，它解决不锈钢模块间的拼接问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的，它包括螺栓、夹板、模块连接板、垫片、模块、拉筋等构成。夹板设置在模块连接板的外侧，螺栓穿过夹板、模块连接板、密封垫片固定相邻两块模块连接板，拉筋两端由螺栓分别固定于相对两侧面的模块上。
本发明具有结构牢固、密封性好、操作方便等优点。

附图中，1为螺栓、2、6为夹板、3、5为模块连接板、4为密封垫片、7为模块、8为拉筋。
具体实施例
如附图1中所示，图中3、5分别为相邻不锈钢拼装模块一边的模块连接板，在其中间设置密封垫片4，将螺栓1依次穿过模块连接板3、5，夹板2、6、密封垫片4，通过螺栓1、夹板2、6、密封垫片4的作用，将连接板3、5固定且密封。如附图3所示，通过螺栓1将拉筋8固定于模块7上。

1.一种拼装不锈钢水箱连接方法，它是由螺栓(1)、模块连接板(3)、(5)、夹板(2)、(6)、密封垫片(4)、模块(7)、拉筋(8)构成，其特征在于夹板(2)、(6)设置在模块连接板(3)、(5)外侧，螺栓(1)穿过夹板(2)、(6)、箱体连接板(3)、(5)、密封垫片(4)将模块(7)固定且密封，螺栓(1)穿过拉筋(8)、模块(7)、密封垫片(4)将拉筋(8)固定且密封。
