Abstract

“太阳能净化饮用水技术及太阳能净水器”属于用太阳能净化饮用水和太阳能净水器领域。用太阳能净化饮用水的方法,是应用太阳的辐射热加热需净化的水,使其汽化为水蒸气,水蒸气再与需净化的水热交换后又液化成水。太阳能净水器主要由集热管、保温水箱、贮水箱和导管构成;用此净水器净化饮用水不要其它能源,适用池水、河水、海水的净化,净化的水纯度高;太阳能净水设计紧凑、轻巧,可悬挂于阳台、门旁、檐下、窗上,适合家庭、办公室、野外作业、海洋捕捞等使用,在获得饮用水的同时可得到热水。

太阳能净化饮用水技术及太阳能净水器
本发明属于用太阳能净化饮用水技术及太阳能净化饮用水的装置。
据发明人所知,太阳能净化饮用水技术是一全新的技术,用太阳能净化饮用水的方法国内、国外都没有使用。
本发明在于提供一种利用太阳能净化饮用水技术和一种太阳能净水器,以缓解日益紧张的饮用水危机。
本技术的原理是仿自然界中的水循环。
所不同的是,本技术是在一个不可逆的体系中完成水循环。
应用集热设施聚集太阳的辐射热来加热需净化的水,使其汽化为水蒸气,水蒸气再由管道送入需净化的水中进行热交换,热交换后水蒸气再液化成水。
本技术的实施方案是:
一是制造一保温水箱,贮存需净化的水;
二是制造若干根两端开口的真空集热管;
三是制造一能用于贮存饮用水的水箱。
将需净化的水从保温水箱由供水管送入两端开口的竖向倾斜放置的集热管中吸收太阳的辐射热,受热后的水汽化为水蒸气,水蒸气再经导气管自上而下地沿螺旋形路径通过保温水箱,水蒸气与需净化的水发生热交换后再液化成水。
液化的水由蒸气导管送入贮水箱。
有这样的装置、再有太阳的照射,就能源源不断地产生纯度极高的饮用水。
应用此法净化饮用水具有:
1、不需除太阳能之外的其它能源;
2、净化装置结构简单,制造容易,造价低,无易损件,寿命长;
3、净化效果好。溶解在水中的有害物质不会被蒸发而进入水蒸气(这是化工上的蒸馏原理);
4、实用性强。城镇、乡村、山区、野外作业、海洋捕捞等都好使用;也适用于写字楼和办公室;
5、对水源的要求不高。池水、河水、海水,污染不太严重的水都可以;
6、功能多样。用此装置在获得饮用水的同时又能得到热水;
7、此法获得的饮用水经历汽化、液化的过程,水的活性较高,饮用更有利健康;
8、设计紧凑、轻巧,可悬挂于阳台、门旁、檐下、窗上。

附图描述了太阳能净水器的结构,它由进水管1,真空集热管2,保温水箱3,蒸气导管4、5,贮水箱6,饮用水出水管7,热水出水管8,平衡管9和供水管10构成。
为了更好地实施本技术方案,(1)真空集热管2制成两端开口,且用热管式集热管,其长度不大于80厘米;(2)保温水箱3、贮水箱6,制成纵切面为直角梯形,且其容积总和不大于60升;(3)保温水箱3、贮水箱6隐藏于集热管2之后;(4)保温水箱3、贮水箱6的外侧面用反射板制成波形面;(5)保温水箱上装一保温水位计;(6)集热管、保温水箱、贮水箱及送水输气管道用整体框架固定。

Claims (3)

1、一项用太阳能净化饮用水的技术,其特征在于应用集热设施聚集太阳的辐射热来加热需净化的水,使其汽化为水蒸气,水蒸气再由管道送入需净化的水中进行热交换,热交换后水蒸气再液化成水。
2、一种太阳能净水器,其特征在于将需净化的水从保温水箱由供水管送入两端开口的竖向倾斜放置的集热管中吸收太阳的辐射热,受热后的水汽化为水蒸气,水蒸气再经导气管自上而下地沿螺旋形路径通过保温水箱,水蒸气与需净化的水发生热交换后再液化成水。
3、如权利要求2所述的太阳能净水器,水蒸气与需净化的水发生热交换后,水蒸气液化成饮用水,需净化的水成为热水。
