一种用于播放内容的方法和装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于播放内容的方法和装置。
背景技术
诸如VCD(视频压缩光盘)、DVD(数字化视频光盘)、BD(蓝光光盘)的光盘是一种用于存储内容的媒体存储器，所述内容诸如音频、视频。光存储器对于内容供应商(诸如电影工作室)销售他们的内容来说是很好的媒体，但是由于保存在光盘中的内容很容易被复制，所以它也使得内容供应商陷入困境。
因此，提供很多传统的DRM(数字权利管理)系统来保护存储内容，但是这些传统的DRM系统分别具有某些缺点。例如：
(1)传统的DRM系统用于通过加密光盘中关键的扇区来保护内容，因此如果播放器不具有对应的解密密钥那么它就不能播放拷贝的内容。这种加密系统称作CSS(内容加密编码系统)。不幸的是，在1999年，诸如DVD的光盘中保密的解密密钥无意泄漏，然后每个DVD都有一个通过称作解CSS(De-CSS)的程序“攻击”计算机的视频，就是说逐位(bit-by-bit)拷贝的光盘可以规避拷贝保护障碍。
(2)保护内容的另一传统的DRM系统用于防止内容付费用户更进一步的传播，例如将副本发送给他们的朋友。根据这种DRM系统，内容供应商通过两个单独的部分向用户发送内容：第一，向用户发送所述内容；第二，在用户验证为付费用户之后向用户发送“密钥”。但是当接收密钥的时候，可以把它隐藏在用户的硬盘中，因此对于用户来说易于和其它人共享密钥，或易于被其它用户窃取。
由于传统的DRM系统不能有效地保护存储内容，内容供应商意识到要使用独特的流播放方法来销售内容。流播放就是内容供应商在服务器上存储整个内容，在注册和支付内容的费用以后用户可以在线播放所述内容，但是用户不能下载内容以用于将所述内容向其它用户传播。然而，流播放方法具有一个较大的缺陷，就是服务器和播放器之间的带宽并不总是适用于在线播放整个内容。
因此，传统的流播放方法也可以有效地保护内容，但是传统的流播放方法在带宽缺乏的时候不能有效地取悦用户。
发明内容
本发明的一个目标是提供一种改善的播放内容的方法和装置。
在所述播放内容的方法中，内容包括存储在光盘中的光盘数据和保存在服务器中的数据流。光盘数据和从内容中提取的数据流是相互关联的，并且不能独立于数据流而播放。该方法包括步骤：
-读出光盘数据，
-发送用于请求数据流的光盘标识符，
-接收对应于光盘标识符的数据流和重构指示，
-根据重构指示重构数据流和数据流，和
-显示所述重构的光盘数据和数据流。
在本方法中，光盘数据不能独立于数据流播放，但是光盘数据可以和接收的数据流重构用于流畅地播放。因此本发明的方法不需要用于在线播放整个内容所需的带宽，并且可以防止光盘数据被拷贝。
本发明还提出一种用于实施所述方法各种步骤的装置。
本发明的另一目标是提供一种提供内容的方法。在提供内容的方法中，内容包括存储在光盘中的光盘数据和保存在服务器中的数据流。光盘数据和从内容中提取的数据流是相互关联的，并且不能独立于数据流而播放。该方法包括步骤：
-接收用于请求数据流的光盘标识符，
-根据光盘标识符检索数据流和重构指示，和
-输出数据流和重构指示。
本方法可以检索用于关联重放内容的数据流和重构指示，其不仅防止了内容的拷贝，而且避免了用于在线播放整个内容带宽的贫乏的问题。
本发明还提出一种用于实施所述方法各种步骤的服务器。
更进一步的目标是提供用于存储内容的光盘。
光盘包括从内容中提取的光盘数据，特征在于从内容中提取的光盘数据和从内容中提取的数据流是相互关联的，并且光盘数据不能独立于保存在服务器中的数据流而播放。
优点是光盘具有从内容中提取的光盘数据，其不能独立地播放，防止了内容的拷贝，而通过和从内容中提取的数据流进行重构可以播放光盘数据，避免了用于在线播放整个内容带宽的贫乏问题。
本发明还提供一种在光盘中存储光盘数据以及在服务器中存储数据流的方法。
