技术领域
本发明属一种用于油田井下分层注水的配水器。
背景技术
目前已有用于油田井下分层注水的偏心配水器，在长期注水过程中，水中携带的泥砂和杂质滞留在扶正体与上连接套的环形空间使堵塞器投捞时受卡，造成注水管柱上修。此外，因套管或油管倾斜变形，使配水器出液孔与套管壁接触，而影响配水器流量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防止扶正体与上连接套的环形空间泥砂和杂质滞留，堵塞器投捞时不受卡，配水器流量不受变形影响的恒流防砂防卡偏心配水器。
本发明的技术解决方案是：它是在已有由上接头、上连接套、工作筒主体、下连接套、下接头、扶正体、支架、导向体和堵塞器等构成的偏心配水器的扶正体外园周上左右两侧分别设置三道正螺旋和反螺旋分水槽，在扶正体分水槽的下方设排砂孔，在工作筒主体的出液孔处的外壁上设有环形出液槽。
本发明的技术效果是：防止扶正体与上连接套的环形空间泥砂和杂质滞留，堵塞器投捞时不受卡，配水器流量不受变形影响。
