Abstract
一种太阳光伏/光热联用装置,含有太阳能电池,设置在太阳能电池上面的玻璃盖板,设置在太阳能电池下面的集热管以及背封绝热材料。为了减少热阻,达到较高的太阳能利用率,本发明在太阳能电池的下粘连绝缘层下面设置喷有光吸收涂层的集热铜板,用来代替不透明太阳能电池背封膜。另外集热铜板和集热管之间的连接部分采用采用锡焊或激光连续焊接,不必在集热铜板和电池之间用粘结剂粘连,从而减少了电池和集热铜板之间的热阻;其目的是通过这样的方案能够尽量减少太阳能电池和集热管之间的热阻,在太阳能电池提供电能的时候能够保持较低的温度,同时也能够利用电池吸收的热量和透过硅电池的光能转换成生活用热能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种能源转换设备,特别涉及将太阳能同时转变成电能和生活用热能的一种能源转换设备,属于新能源或者可再生能源技术领域。
背景技术
随着一次能源消耗量的不断增大和化石能源的日益匮乏,新能源、可再生能源的发展日益得到人们的重视。
太阳能光伏/光热联用的运行系统(如图1所示),其结构整体来说比较简单,该装置最主要的也是最核心的部件就是太阳能光伏/光热联用装置,太阳能光伏/光热联用装置(Photovoltaic and Thermal Panel,简称PVT)是一种能够将太阳能同时转变成电能和生活用热能的一种能源转换设备。它能有效控制太阳能电池工作温度,使太阳能电池在较低的温度下产生较多的电能,同时获得一定的热能。
太阳能光伏/光热联用装置主要有以下几个特点:①对于有限的屋顶面积来说,PVT与相同总面积下的PV(太阳能光伏发电)和太阳能集热器来说能产生更多的电量和热量。
②PVT与分开的PV和太阳能集热器来说,覆盖在屋顶上更体现出整体的美观性。
③PVT与单独的PV回收投资的年限更短,更具有经济效益。
关于PVT的研究MIT早在二十世纪80年代左右就开始了,后来的一些学者也提出了一些PVT装置,经过实验或者计算,达到了较好的热电联用效率。在国外的同类技术中(如图3所示),基本上都是采用普通太阳能电池通过粘结剂14和普通铜板15a相连接。这种结构的最大问题在于普通太阳能电池和铜板之间的热阻比较大,粘结剂14的厚度和粘结情况的好坏直接决定着传热的好坏,从而影响太阳能利用的总效率。普通太阳能电池的结构如图5所示,从上至下依次由透明太阳能电池背封膜、上粘连绝缘层18a、硅电池19、下粘连绝缘层18b和不透明太阳能电池背封膜组成20。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型结构的太阳光伏/光热联用装置,旨在提高太阳光的光电转换效率,同时有利于提高传热效率。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种太阳光伏/光热联用装置,含有太阳能电池,太阳能电池上面的玻璃盖板,设置在太阳能电池下面的集热管以及背封绝热材料,所述的太阳能电池从上至下包括透明太阳能电池背封膜、上粘连绝缘层、硅电池、下粘连绝缘层,其特征在于:在太阳能电池的下粘连绝缘层下面设置喷有光吸收涂层的集热铜板,用来代替不透明太阳能电池背封膜。
本发明的技术特征还在于:所述的集热铜板和集热管之间的连接部分为锡焊或激光连续焊接。背封绝热材料采用具有保温效果的发泡剂。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点及突出性效果:本发明由于在太阳能电池底层设置了集热铜板用来代替不透明太阳能电池背封膜,因此就不需要再用不透明的太阳能电池背封膜来保护硅电池,同时和传统的联用装置相比,不必在集热铜板和电池之间用粘结剂粘连,从而减少了电池和集热铜板之间的热阻,其次集热铜板上涂有光吸收涂层,这样透过电池没有被转化成电能的光能就能被光吸收涂层吸收,从而把热能传向集热铜板,进而被集热管带走变成所需要的生活用热能。另外集热铜板和集热管之间的连接部分采用锡焊或激光连续焊接,这样做的目的是在制作太阳能光伏/光热联用装置的时候不会因为焊接温度太高而损坏太阳能电池中的硅电池,同时锡焊能够增大集热管和铜板之间的换热面积,有利于热利用率的提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的原理、工作过程和具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
图2和图4分别为本发明提供的太阳能光伏/光热联用装置1的立体图和结构示意图。主要包括外框11、玻璃盖板12、太阳能电池9、集热管10和背封绝热材料8。本发明所述的太阳能电池9与普通的太阳能电池不同,普通太阳能电池的结构如图5所示,从上至下依次由透明太阳能电池背封膜17、上粘连绝缘层18a、硅电池19、下粘连绝缘层18b和不透明太阳能电池背封膜组成20。而本发明的太阳能电池与普通太阳能电池相比,它们上面四层材料都相同,所不同的是,在太阳能电池的下粘连绝缘层18b下面设置喷有光吸收涂层21的集热铜板15,用来代替不透明太阳能电池背封膜20。这样就不需要有不透明的太阳能电池背封膜来保护硅电池,同时不必在集热铜板15b和太阳能电池9之间用粘结剂粘连,减少了太阳能电池9和集热铜板之间的热阻;其次,下粘连绝缘层和集热铜板之间涂有光吸收涂层21,这样一来,透过太阳能电池9但没有被转化成电能的光能就能被光吸收涂层21吸收,从而把热能传给集热铜板,热量进而被集热管10带走变成所需要的生活用热能。上粘连绝缘层和下粘连绝缘层一般为乙烯—乙基醋酸纤维,光吸收涂层可采用渐变铝-氮/铝太阳能选择性吸收涂层等涂层材料。
太阳能电池9底层的集热铜板15b和集热管10之间的连接部分16通过锡焊或激光连续焊接。这样做的目的是在制作太阳能光伏/光热联用装置1的时候不会因为焊接温度太高而损坏太阳能电池中的硅电池,同时锡焊能够增大集热管和集热铜板之间的换热面积,有利于热利用率的提高。
集热管10的底部使用背封绝热材料8进行保温,防止热量通过背面大量散失到环境中。背封绝热材料可以采用具有保温效果的发泡剂,使用发泡剂填充外框11、太阳能电池9和集热铜管10之间的空隙。这样做既能得到保温的效果,同时也能支撑集热铜管10和太阳能电池9,使得装置的内部结构更加稳定,同时也达到防止太阳能电池9老化的目的。
太阳光伏/光热联用装置的能量转换过程如下:太阳光透过玻璃盖板12,部分太阳光被硅电池19吸收转化成电能和本身的热能,运行过程中自身温度升高,另外一部分光能透过太阳能电池9到达集热铜板15b,铜板上的光吸收涂层21吸收掉这些透射过来的光能,集热铜板上的热量经过集热管10传给由集热管冷却水入口7进入的冷却水,冷却水从集热管冷却水出口13流出进入储水箱2,从而获得生活用热能。
太阳能光伏/光热联用装置1完成以后就可以与储水箱2、太阳能电池/负载控制器4、蓄电池5、负载6组成一个连续运行的系统,这样的系统可以通过一个装置同时产生热能和电能(如图1所示),产生的能量被贮存起来提供白天和晚上的生活用能。系统图中的循环水泵3也是可选的,为了节约电能而不控制太阳能电池9的温度,那么就不需要调节循环水泵3,和通常的太阳能集热器一样,通过冷热水的热虹吸原理来进行储水箱2中水的自然循环;如果需要控制太阳能电池9的温度,那么可以通过使用调节水泵3来调解循环水的流量,从而控制了太阳能电池9的温度。

1.一种太阳光伏/光热联用装置,含有太阳能电池(9),太阳能电池上面的玻璃盖板(12),设置在太阳能电池下面的集热管(10)以及背封绝热材料(8),所述的太阳能电池从上至下包括透明太阳能电池背封膜(17)、上粘连绝缘层(18a)、硅电池(19)、下粘连绝缘层(18b),其特征在于:在太阳能电池的下粘连绝缘层(18b)下面设置喷有光吸收涂层(21)的集热铜板(15),用来代替不透明太阳能电池背封膜。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种太阳光伏/光热联用装置,其特征在于:所述的集热铜板(15)和集热管(10)之间的连接部分(16)为锡焊或激光连续焊接。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的太阳光伏/光热联用装置,其特征在于:背封绝热材料(8)采用具有保温效果的发泡剂。
