Abstract
本发明公开了一种临时移动用户识别码校验方法及装置以及通讯系统。所述方法包括:网络侧接收用户提交包含临时移动用户识别码的业务请求;网络侧从所述用户获取用户唯一身份标识;当所述临时移动用户识别码与所述用户唯一身份标识之间满足网络侧存储的对应关系时,允许用户使用对应业务。本发明还相应地提供一个校验装置以及通讯系统。本发明可以有效地提高网络性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及通讯领域,尤其涉及一种临时移动用户识别码校验方法及装置以及通讯系统。
背景技术
在现有无线电信网络中,具有称为临时移动用户识别码(TMSI,TemperateMobile Subscriber Identity)的参数,用于识别操作在网络内的移动站。由网络操作者来分配TMSI。
利用TMSI来识别移动站有以下两个好处:
首先,由于TMSI使用的比特比移动站的移动站识别号码(MIN)所使用的比特更少,所以能获得更大的传输容量;
其次,TMSI的使用也增强移动站标识的隐密性,TMSI的使用使得那些欺诈用户更难通过监视广播信号来获得移动站的MIN。
现有的网络中已经定义了TMSI使用的基本流程以及终端和移动交换中心(MSC,Mobile Switching Center)在各场景下的处理,基本可以保证网络侧和终端侧一致,但是若用户提交包含TMSI的业务请求时,该TMSI已经被别的用户占用,则可能会造成业务冲突,例如,若用户长时间关机而被网络侧删除,则其TMSI就可能被分配给其它用户,当关机用户开机时则会提交终端中保存的TMSI,此时该用户就会以另一个用户的身份注册并进行业务,从而造成串话。
为解决上述问题,现有技术中一种TMSI校验方法为:在用户开机或在其它特定情况提交TMSI时,进行鉴权,即网络侧根据接收到的TMSI在对应的鉴权集中进行用户鉴权,若鉴权通过,则允许其使用对应业务,若鉴权不通过,则获取该用户的唯一身份标识再次进行鉴权。
但是,上述方案中可能会对用户进行多次鉴权,增加了鉴权集的使用频率,增加了网络流量,同时,多次鉴权也会导致业务请求时间大大增加,影响了用户的其它业务。
发明内容
本发明实施例要解决的技术问题是提供一种临时移动用户识别码校验方法及装置以及通讯系统,能够提高网络性能。
本发明实施例提供的临时移动用户识别码校验方法,包括:网络侧接收用户提交包含临时移动用户识别码的业务请求;网络侧从所述用户获取用户唯一身份标识;当所述临时移动用户识别码与所述用户唯一身份标识之间满足网络侧存储的对应关系时,允许用户使用对应业务。
本发明实施例提供的临时移动用户识别码校验装置,包括:获取单元,校验单元以及存储单元;所述获取单元用于包括终端提交的临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识,并向所述校验单元发送所述临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识;所述校验单元用于判断接收到的临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识是否满足所述存储单元中存储的对应关系;所述存储单元用于存储临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识之间的对应关系。
本发明实施例提供的通讯系统,包括:网络侧设备;所述网络侧设备包括:获取单元,校验单元,存储单元以及执行单元;所述获取单元用于包括终端提交的临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识,并向所述校验单元发送所述临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识;所述存储单元用于存储临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识之间的对应关系;所述校验单元用于判断接收到的临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识是否满足所述存储单元中存储的对应关系,并将校验结果发送至执行单元;所述执行单元判断若接收到的校验结果为满足对应关系,则允许用户使用对应业务。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例具有以下优点:
本发明实施例的方案中在获取到用户的TMSI之后即向所述用户获取用户唯一身份标识,并根据TMSI与用户唯一身份标识之间的对应关系对TMSI进行校验,而不需要进行多次鉴权,所以减少了网络流量以及业务请求时间,进而提高了网络性能。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例提供了一种临时移动用户识别码校验方法及装置以及通讯系统,用于提高网络性能。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例中TMSI校验方法包括:
101、网络侧接收用户发送的包含TMSI的业务请求;
102、网络侧获取所述用户的唯一身份标识;
103、判断所述TMSI与所述用户唯一身份标识之间是否满足网络侧存储的对应关系,若满足,则执行步骤104,若不满足,则执行步骤105;
104、允许用户使用对应业务;
105、冻结所述TMSI。
下面对上述流程进行详细描述,在下面的描述中,以用户开机作为业务请求的例子,可以理解的是,同样可以是其它的业务请求,只需要提交TMSI即可。
请参阅图2,具体的流程包括:
201、终端向网络侧发起位置更新请求(Location_Updating_Request);
其中,网络侧在本实施例中为MSC或者拜访位置寄存器(VLR,VisitorLocation Register);
在位置更新请求中包含TMSI参数以及国际移动用户标识(IMSI,International Mobile Subscriber Identity)附属参数。
202、网络侧接收到所述位置更请请求后向终端发送标识获取请求(Identity Request);
在所述标识获取请求中携带网络侧所需要获取的用户唯一标识的类型,在本实施例中,网络侧需要获取的类型为IMSI,可以理解的是,同样还可以是其它类型,只要能够唯一标识用户即可,例如国际移动终端设备标识(IMEI,International Mobile station Equipment Identity)。
203、终端向网络侧反馈标识响应(Identity Response);
在标识响应中携带IMSI,其中响应中携带的内容根据请求的类型确定,即如果请求IMSI,则终端返回IMSI,如果请求IMEI,则终端返回IMEI。
204、对TMSI进行校验,若通过验证,则允许用户使用该业务,若未通过验证,则冻结当前的TMSI,并为所述用户分配新的TMSI;
205、网络侧向终端反馈位置更新接受消息(Location_Updating_Accept);
在位置更新接受消息中包含新分配的TMSI;
业务接入过程中的TMSI下发消息为TMSI_Reallocation_Cmd,实际情况是如果用户在TMSI发起的任何业务流程或者位置更新,网络侧发现用户TMSI已被冻结的情况下,也要请求IMSI,然后重新分配TMSI。
例如,假设A用户原先使用TMSI为X,当A用户长时间关机后,网络侧将网络中存储的A用户的TMSI删除,并将该TMSI分配给B用户,当A用户开机时提交本地存储的TMSI时(此时A用户本地存储的TMSI仍为X),网络侧对起进行校验,并发现A用户的TMSI未通过校验,即冻结该TMSI,并重新为A用户分配一个新的TMSI,之后当B用户提交本地存储的TMSI时(此时B用户本地存储的TMSI为X),网络侧发现该TMSI还处于冻结状态,则重新为B用户分配一个新的TMSI。
一般会先为A用户分配新的TMSI,因为当A用户提交TMSI时,若B用户未使用业务,则会在冻结TMSI后先给A用户分配新的TMSI,若B用户正在使用业务,则网络侧会检测到TMSI冲突,直接将B用户使用的业务拆线,B需要重新进行业务申请才能提交TMSI,所以会先为A用户分配TMSI;
此外,网络侧冻结TMSI的时间长短可以由具体情况决定,不过在现实使用过程中,该冻结时间一般都比较长,所以可能需要为B用户也分配一个新的TMSI。
206、终端向网络侧发送成功结束消息(TMSI_Reallocation_Complete)。
上述流程中,对TMSI进行校验包括两种情况:
一、根据获取的TMSI在网络侧存储的TMSI与IMSI的对应关系中查询对应的IMSI;
判断查询到的IMSI是否与获取到的IMSI一致,若一致,则判断满足对应关系,即校验通过,若不一致,则判断不满足对应关系,即校验不通过。
二、根据获取的IMSI在网络侧存储的TMSI与IMSI的对应关系中查询对应的TMSI;
判断查询到的TMSI是否与获取到的TMSI一致,若一致,则判断满足对应关系,即校验通过,若不一致,则判断不满足对应关系,即校验不通过。

获取单元301,校验单元302以及存储单元303;
所述获取单元301用于包括终端提交的临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识,并向所述校验单元302发送所述临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识;
所述校验单元302用于判断接收到的临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识是否满足所述存储单元303中存储的对应关系;
所述存储单元303用于存储临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识之间的对应关系。
其中,用户唯一身份标识为IMSI或IMEI。

网络侧设备401,可以理解的是,同时还包括实现通讯所必要的其它设备,这些设备与现有技术中一致,不再赘述;

所述获取单元301用于包括终端提交的临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识,并向所述校验单元302发送所述临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识;

所述执行单元4011判断若接收到的校验结果为满足对应关系,则允许用户使用对应业务。

根据获取的临时移动用户识别码在网络侧存储的临时移动用户识别码与用户唯一身份标识的对应关系中查询对应的用户唯一身份标识;
判断查询到的用户唯一身份标识是否与获取到的用户唯一身份标识一致,若一致,则判断满足对应关系,若不一致,则判断不满足对应关系。
3、根据权利要求1所述的临时移动用户识别码校验方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述临时移动用户识别码与所述用户唯一身份标识之间是否满足网络侧存储的对应关系的步骤包括:
根据获取的用户唯一身份标识在网络侧存储的临时移动用户识别码与用户唯一身份标识的对应关系中查询对应的临时移动用户识别码;
判断查询到的临时移动用户识别码是否与获取到的临时移动用户识别码一致,若一致,则判断满足对应关系,若不一致,则判断不满足对应关系。
4、根据权利要求1所述的临时移动用户识别码校验方法,其特征在于,所述网络侧从所述用户获取用户唯一身份标识的步骤包括:
网络侧向用户发起标识获取请求;
所述用户根据接收到的所述标识获取请求向网络侧反馈用户唯一身份标识。
5、根据权利要求1所述的临时移动用户识别码校验方法,其特征在于,所述用户向网络侧提交包含临时移动用户识别码的业务请求的步骤包括:
当用户开机时,向网络侧发送包含临时移动用户识别码的位置更新请求。
6、根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的临时移动用户识别码校验方法,其特征在于,所述用户唯一身份标识为国际移动用户标识或国际移动终端设备标识。
7、根据权利要求6所述的临时移动用户识别码校验方法,其特征在于,所述冻结所述临时移动用户识别码的步骤之后包括:
为当前用户分配新的临时移动用户识别码并下发至该用户。
8、一种临时移动用户识别码校验装置,其特征在于,包括:
获取单元,校验单元以及存储单元;
所述获取单元用于包括终端提交的临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识,并向所述校验单元发送所述临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识;
所述校验单元用于判断接收到的临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识是否满足所述存储单元中存储的对应关系;
所述存储单元用于存储临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识之间的对应关系。
9、根据权利要求8所述的临时移动用户识别码校验装置,其特征在于,所述用户唯一身份标识为国际移动用户标识或国际移动终端设备标识。
10、一种通讯系统,其特征在于,包括:
网络侧设备;
所述网络侧设备包括:
获取单元,校验单元,存储单元以及执行单元;
所述获取单元用于包括终端提交的临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识,并向所述校验单元发送所述临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识;
所述存储单元用于存储临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识之间的对应关系;
所述校验单元用于判断接收到的临时移动用户识别码以及用户唯一身份标识是否满足所述存储单元中存储的对应关系,并将校验结果发送至执行单元;
所述执行单元判断若接收到的校验结果为满足对应关系,则允许用户使用对应业务。
11、根据权利要求10所述的通讯系统,其特征在于,所述网络侧设备为移动交换中心或拜访位置寄存器。
