5. The method of claim 1, wherein the predetermined call information sending condition comprises: a transmission cycle of the call information or a transmission timing of the call information.
6. The method of claim 1, 2, 3 or 5, wherein the sending processing mode comprises at least one of the following:
sending the call information to a predetermined receiver in the call connection process in an in-band information or out-of-band information mode;
sending the call information to a predetermined receiver in a message sending mode;
and sending the call information to a predetermined receiving party by means of an e-mail.
7. The method of claim 1, 2, 3 or 5, wherein the predetermined recipient comprises: the calling party or the called party in the calling process or a third party of the calling party or the called party in the non-calling process.
8. A call information processing system comprising control means and transmission means for transmission of call information, wherein,
the control device is used for receiving a control message, wherein the control message indicates the call information required to be acquired and the receiver information of the call information, determining the call information required to be acquired according to the received control message, controlling the acquisition of the call information required to be acquired, and providing the call information and the receiver information to the sending device;
and the sending device is used for receiving the call information and sending the call information to the receiving party according to the set call information sending condition under the control of the control device.
9. The system according to claim 8, wherein the system further comprises a storage device for receiving and storing the call information required to be stored sent by the control device; and also transmits the call information to the transmitting device according to the control of the control device.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein said storage means comprises an information retrieval module, a call information storage module, and a customized information delivery module, wherein,
the calling information storage module is used for receiving and storing the calling process information sent by the control device, the statistical information of the calling information and the analysis result of the calling information;
the information retrieval module is used for receiving the call information sending message sent by the control device, inquiring and scheduling the call information in the call information storage module so as to provide the call information to the customized information transmission module;
and the customized information transmission module is used for transmitting the calling information which is sent by the information retrieval module and designated by the control device to the transmitting device.
11. The system of claim 10, wherein the storage device further comprises an information storage request module for sending storage request information to the control device, requesting the control device to send the specified call information to the storage device.
12. The system according to claim 10, wherein said call information storage module comprises a real-time information storage module and a statistical information storage module, wherein,
the real-time information storage module is used for receiving and storing the call information sent by the control device;
and the statistical information storage module is used for receiving and storing the statistical information and the analysis result of the call information sent by the control device.
13. The call information processing system according to any one of claims 8 to 12, wherein said control means comprises an instruction adaptation module, an information control module, a call information acquisition module, and a transmission control module, wherein,
the instruction adaptation module is used for receiving the control message and outputting an internal instruction to the information control module according to the received control message;
the information control module is used for determining call information to be acquired according to the internal instruction sent by the instruction adapting module and triggering the call information acquiring module; the call information sending module is also used for sending a call information sending message to the sending control module;
the calling information acquisition module is used for acquiring calling process information in a calling process, carrying out analysis and statistics according to the calling process information to obtain calling process information and analysis and statistics results, and providing the calling process information and the analysis and statistics results to the sending control module;
and the sending control module is used for continuously transmitting the received sending calling information sending message sent by the information control module to the sending device so as to control the sending device to send the calling information to a preset receiving party.
14. The system of claim 13, further comprising a timing processing module, configured to trigger the information control module to send the call sending message according to a preset timing condition, so as to control the sending operation of the call information.
15. The system according to claim 13, wherein the call information acquisition module comprises a call information collection module and an analysis statistics module, wherein,
the calling information acquisition module acquires calling process information by monitoring a calling process;
and the analysis and statistics module is used for carrying out statistical analysis processing on the calling process information to obtain the statistical information of the calling information and the analysis result of the calling information.
16. The system according to any one of claims 8 to 12, wherein the system further comprises an application programming development interface, and the setting of the added value-added service can be performed by calling the application programming development interface.
