本发明涉及中草药领域，尤其是涉及防治心肾不交型失眠症效果十分理想的一种治疗心肾不交型失眠症的内服中药。
背景技术：
失眠症是指较长时间睡眠不好，或不易入眠，或睡而易醒，醒后难以再睡。引起该病的原因主要是精神紧张，思虑伤神，耗损心脾；或饮食不节，烟酒过度，气机失畅；或脏腑疾病影响。心肾不交型失眠症的症状表现为：除失眠外，伴见五心烦热，口干咽燥，两颧红赤，舌苔薄黄，舌质红或出现糜烂等。目前，国内外治疗心肾不交型失眠症的方法较多，如西医治疗法、中医治疗法。但是，在治愈率、治疗手段、治疗费用等方面难以达到满意的效果。
经检索未发现有与本发明相同的配方。
发明内容：
本发明采用的治疗方法为中草药汤剂治疗法。
本发明的目的在于克服目前在治疗心肾不交型失眠症上的不足之处，并提供一种取材容易、制备方便、费用低廉且治愈率较高的治疗心肾不交型失眠症的中草药汤剂药物及制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种治疗心肾不交型失眠症的内服中药，其药物是由下述重量份的原料制成的：生龙骨、生牡蛎、合欢皮各18-20克，阿胶(烊化)、白芍各10-12克，黄连、黄芩各8-10克，鸡子黄2-3枚。
一种治疗心肾不交型失眠症的内服中药，其药物的制备方法为：先将配比量生龙骨、生牡蛎、合欢皮、白芍、黄连、黄芩、鸡子黄等中草药放入煎药器具内，加入符合生活饮用水标准的洁净水，加水量以超过药面2-3cm为度。入煎前将上述中草药浸泡半小时，使其充分湿润，以利药汁充分煎出。然后，用武(猛)火煮沸再改用文(微)火煎熬。当煎熬15分钟左右停止，除去药渣，取热汤剂。将配比量阿胶放入热汤剂中，搅拌溶化即可。
本发明内服中药里：生龙骨具有镇惊安神、敛汗固精作用；生牡蛎具有敛阴、潜阳作用；合欢皮具有解郁、和血、宁心作用；阿胶具有补血、滋阴、润燥作用；白芍具有养血柔肝作用；黄连具有泻火、燥湿作用；黄芩具有清热泻火、除湿解毒作用；鸡子黄具有滋阴润燥、养血息风作用。上述中草药经有机组合、辩证配伍和相互辅佐，增强了该药物滋阴补肾、清心安神的功效，从而达到治愈心肾不交型失眠症的目的。
使用本发明的治疗心肾不交型失眠症的内服中药治疗心肾不交型失眠症有如下特点：取材容易、制备方便、费用低廉、见效快。
服用方法：
1、药量：每日一剂。将头煎、二煎两次煎成的汤剂混合后，分两次服用。
2、服药时间：上、下午各一次，在饭后两小时服药。
3、药温控制：温服。
禁忌事项：
治疗、服药期间禁忌食油炸粘腻、寒冷固硬、不易消化及有刺激性的食物。
具体实施方式：

疗效标准：一种治疗心肾不交型失眠症的内服中药治疗心肾不交型失眠症之疗效判断主要依据于心肾不交型失眠症症状是否消失。服药6天为1个疗程。具体疗效分以下三级：治愈——心肾不交型失眠症症状全部消失；好转——心肾不交型失眠症症状明显减少；无效——服药1个疗程后，心肾不交型失眠症症状毫无消失。
效果：用该药物治疗心肾不交型失眠症患者18例，治疗1个疗程，其中治愈15例，好转3例，治愈率为83％，有效率为100％。
典型病例：
骆某，男，22岁。2005年6月就诊。患者自述已失眠2个多月，诊见五心烦热，两颧红赤，口干咽燥，舌红，舌尖有糜烂。经诊断为心肾不交型失眠症。采用本发明内服中药，先服3剂，失眠现象明显好转，续服3剂，症状消失。3个月后追访，未见复发。
