本发明涉及一种常温成型镁碳砖的生产方法,这种将制砖原料混合压制成砖坯、再经加热制成是镁碳砖主要用于砌筑炼钢炉衬。本发明的技术方案是:采用纸浆废液作为结合剂,与制砖配料混合后常温成型压制成砖坯,再经加热制成砖。使用本发明,将制砖配料在常温下压制成砖坯的过程中,结合剂纸浆废液主要起粘结作用;加热制成砖后,在高温使用时主要是配料中的沥青起粘接作用。本发明具有降低镁碳砖造价、不污染环境等特点。

Description

本发明涉及一种常温成型镁碳砖的生产方法,这种将制砖原料混合压制成砖坯、再经加热制成是镁碳砖主要用于砌筑炼钢炉衬。
镁碳砖通常的制作方法一般是采用制砖大颗粒料、制砖细粉、石墨等为原料,加入结合剂混合后成型制成。一种方法是采用熬炼的沥青作为结合剂,并将制砖原料预热300~400℃,劳动环境恶劣,工艺复杂,不能常温成型;另一种方法是采用酚醛树脂作为结合剂,使镁碳砖常温下成型,但是,酚醛树脂不但有毒污染环境、损害工人身体健康,而且价格昂贵增加镁碳砖生产成本。中国《发明专利公报》公开了申请号为85100432的“一种常温成型沥青镁碳砖”,是采用高温沥青溶于蒽油作结合剂,常温成型制造沥青镁碳砖,但该方法中蒽油仍污染环境,价格较贵,并且常温下不能将高温沥青完全溶解。
本发明的目的是提供一种常温成型镁碳砖的生产方法,在保证镁碳砖性能的前提下,采用价格低廉、不污染环境的结合剂常温成型制造镁碳砖。
本发明的目的是通过下列技术方案实现的:
采用纸浆废液作为结合剂,与制砖配料混合后常温成型压制成砖坯,再经加热制成砖。
在镁碳砖的生产过程中,作为结合剂的纸浆废液加入量(重量比)为:除去纸浆废液,其余成分作100%(重量比)计算,比照这一比例,加入纸浆废液5~7%。
在镁碳砖的生产过程中,其余制砖配料各组份的加入量为: 除去作为结合剂的纸浆废液,其余成分作100%(重量比)计算,各组份加入量分别为:
制砖大颗粒料    50~65%
制砖细粉    20~28%
石墨    10~15%
沥青    5~7%
作为结合剂的纸浆废液不但价格低廉,而且来源广泛,不污染环境,具有较强的粘结性能,易于镁碳砖的常温成型。使用本发明,将制砖配料在常温下压制成砖坯的过程中,结合剂纸浆废液主要起粘结作用;加热制成砖后,在高温使用时主要是配料中的沥青起粘接作用。用本发明制造的镁碳砖在使用中,纸浆废液在高温下能析出游离碳,在砖内形成焦网,可以加强镁碳砖的性能。
本发明具有降低镁碳砖造价、不污染环境等特点。
下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步说明。
在实例中,将制砖原料与作为结合剂的纸浆废液混合,除去作为结合剂的纸浆废液,其余成分作100%(重量比)计算,各组份的加入量分别是:
制砖大颗粒料    60%
制砖细粉    23%
碳含量95%的石墨    12%
沥青    5%
比照同一比例,加入6%的纸浆废液作为结合剂。
将全部配料混合后,常温下成型,压制成砖坯,再经200~300℃下处理制成砖。
采用本发明制成的镁碳砖与用普通方法制成的镁碳砖工业性试验性能比较表:

本发明采用的结合剂价格低廉,来源广泛,可以降低镁碳砖的造价,降低成本。本发明所用结合剂与现有技术所用结合剂价格比较见下表:

1、一种常温成型镁碳砖的生产方法,其工艺过程包括将制砖原料混合、常温下压制成砖坯、加热处理制成砖,其特征在于采用纸浆废液作结合剂。
2、根据权利要求1所述之镁碳砖生产方法,其特征在于所说的作为结合剂的纸浆废液加入量为:除去纸浆废液,其余组份作100%(重量比)计算,比照这一比例,加入5~7%纸浆废液。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述之镁碳砖生产方法,其特征在于制砖配料各组份的配比为:除去纸浆废液,其余成分作100%(重量比)计算,
