Abstract

微风测量仪是由气流加速管道和电桥电路所组成。其气流加速管道中的传感器—电阻丝作为电桥的一个桥臂。具有灵敏度高,测量范围大,测量准确的特点。具有体积小,携带方便等优点。广泛适用于矿山坑道,人防工程及建筑物的通风工程中的风速和风量测量以及电风扇风量检测。在大气污染研究和其他任何需要测量小风速的工业和研究部门中都可得到广泛应用。

Description

本发明是测量微风的一种高灵敏度、高精度的测量仪。
通常使用的叶轮式风速计与热球风速仪,均受环境温度的影响,且测量范围小,如叶轮式风速计的起动风速在0.4米/秒以上,而且这两种测速仪灵敏度均不高,准确度也不太高。
本发明的目的在于制造一种灵敏度高,测量准确,范围大,不受风速、风向和环境温度影响的新型微风测量仪。
本发明由气流加速管道和电桥电路所组成,其中气流加速管道两端制成喇叭口形,而微风测速仪的传感器-即敏感电阻丝位于气流加速管道中间狭窄的喉部,且作为电桥的一个桥臂,视为R1与R1相对应的桥臂R2选用与敏感电阻丝R1相同的材料,并置于气流中。在电桥设计中四个桥臂必须满足下列关系式。即
R1<<(R5+R3),(R1+R3)<<(R2+R4
其中R5为限流调节电阻。
当气流流经加速管道时,被电流加热的敏感电阻丝其温度下降,电阻值随之发生变化,破坏电桥的平衡,从而得到输出电压E,使输出电压E与气流速度V成一定的E=f(v)的函数关系。实验证明,当气流速度越小时,E=f(v)这种函数关系曲线的斜率越大,因此特别适合于测量很小的风速。
这种新型的微风测量仪的敏感电阻丝,由于位于气流加速管道的喉部,再适当选择电桥四个桥臂的参数和材料,可实现不受风速、风向和环境温度的影响,且灵敏度高,测量准确,测量范围大。

下面以附图1与附图2,说明本发明的实施例。本实施例的气流加速管道,采用有机玻璃(也可用金属材料)制成,其管道的形状,两端呈喇叭口形,中间是狭窄的喉部,敏感电阻丝R4所选用的是5微米的钨丝,位于加速管道中最狭窄的喉部,被测量的气流经加速管道加速,从而使自然对流的影响相对减小,提高了测量精度。同时,由于加速管道的几何特征,使得喉道处的流速和流向在一定范围内,不受外部风流流动方向的影响。此外,加速管道还能起保护作用。
敏感电阻丝R1作为电桥的一个桥臂,通过的电流应保持一个恒定的小电流。与R1相对应的一个桥臂R2也是选用5微米的钨丝做成,并绕在气流加速管道气流流入一端的外壳上,使之置于气流中,可克服环境温度变化的影响。电桥四个桥臂的设计必须符合下列关系,即:
R1<<(R5+R3),(R1+R3)<<(R2+R4
这种微风测量仪的输出部分(E)可接普通指针式仪表,也可接电子显示仪器。
这种微风测量仪的特点是测量范围大,被测风速的下限小于0.1米/秒,而最大测量风速可大于每秒几十米。并且灵敏度及精度均高,不受风向变化和环境温度变化的影响。便携式,体积小(重量不超过2公斤),成本低,携带方便。适用于矿山坑道,人防工程及建筑物的通风工程中的风速和风量测量,以及电风扇风量检测。在大气污染研究和其他任何需要测量小风速的工业和研究部门中都可得到广泛应用。

Claims (1)

1、一种高灵敏度的微风测量仪由气流加速管道和电桥电路所组成,其特征在于气流加速管道两端呈喇叭口,中间为狭窄的喉部,敏感电阻丝R1位于狭窄的喉部,作为电桥电路的一个桥臂,与R1相对应的桥臂R2选用与R1相同的材料并置于气流中,且R1<<(R5+R3),(R1+R3)<<(R2+R4)。
