Abstract

本发明的主题是双链式矿用传送机的刮板组件,用于矿产品的运输。
由波兰127024号专利上已知的刮板组件,合理地形成了传动链拉力部件的链环位置,特别是相互平行的链环中心线的间距定为链环环体直径的四倍到五倍,而为稳固横梁以及加强刮板,在其两侧,也就是在用螺钉同上述的横梁连接之处有加厚部分。这种刮板部件的设计将在刮板某处加厚,起加强作用,并且降低了刮板式传送机的损坏率。在传送机输送槽中传送大量的煤使运动的刮板系统受到巨大的轴向动态力,以某种特有方式使横梁弯曲变形与破裂,并使螺钉损坏或者螺纹逸扣。
本发明的目的是进一步改善刮板组件的设计,消除由横梁破裂和紧固它的螺钉损坏而引起的传送机故障。
上述目的是通过本发明主题的改进设计应用而实现的。
本发明的要点是:在刮板的中部横梁贴合处有一个凹槽,该凹槽最好是梯形,其相对的两个止推壁垂直于传送机的轴线。另一方面,在横梁中部有一个同上述的凹槽形状相同的凸台,用螺钉紧固在一起后,凹槽和凸台部分重叠,由此,上述的凹槽的前后壁形成了横截传送机的轴线的止推凸缘,这样就防止了横梁的轴向移动,并减轻了上述螺钉上的动态载荷。由此看来,由于在刮板和横梁上应用了有稳固止推作用的凹槽和凸台,一方面,迄今经常发生的横梁的弯曲变形和 断裂以及作用于横梁紧固螺钉上的有害的动态力可靠地消除了,另一方面,全面维护了横梁和刮板,并且,不用再花费任何材料和钱就能消除由横梁和上述螺钉损坏引起的故障。这就是现在这项发明的实质性的优点和效益。
本发明主题已用一个实施例示于附图中,其中图1表示了刮板组件的侧视图,图2为刮板组件的俯视图,图3是刮板组件沿着图1中的A-A线的剖视图。根据本发明,刮板1的中部也就是与横梁2贴合的地方有一个凹槽3,最好是如图3所示的梯形的形状。上述的凹槽3的两个相对的止推壁其长度方向垂直于传送机的中线4。另一方面,在横梁1的中部有一个凸台7,它同凹槽3的形状一样。用螺钉8把横梁2同刮板1紧固在一起后,凸台7就嵌入凹槽3中,紧贴在同传送机的中线垂直的凹槽的壁5和壁6上。这样,上述凹槽3的后壁5和前壁6就形成了垂直于传送机中线4的止推凸缘,它们有效地防止横梁2的轴向移动,并且减轻了螺钉8的动态负荷,该负荷会引起整个刮板组件损坏,最严重时会损坏传送机。

1、一台双链式传送机带有链条拉力部件的中央导向结构,所述拉力部件的水平链环被横梁紧固,在紧固位置形成两条平行轴线,在同横梁连接的螺钉连接处有加厚部分,起加强作用,其特征是:在其中部,也就是同横梁(2)贴合处有一凹槽(3),凹槽(3)最好制成梯形,两个相对的止推壁(5)和(6)沿长度方向垂直于传送机的中线(4),横梁(2)的中部有一凸台(7),同凹槽(3)的形状一致,当横梁(2)用螺钉(8)紧固在刮板(1)上时,凸台(7)和凹槽(3)部分重合,这样,上述凹槽的后壁(5)和前壁(6)形成了垂直于传送机中线(4)的止推凸缘。
