Abstract

卡片插件式电路教学仪,供电学和电子学实验和教学用。它由基板、接插件和卡片组成。基板中含有多电路兼容的印制板。基板公用,通过更换卡片,可构成上百种电路。卡片上画有实验电路图。在卡片上面所标出的每个元件的符号上都开有孔,这些孔与基板的插口重合,以接纳接插件。实验采用在卡片上接插元件的方法,只需将卡片放在基板上,把所需插件(内含元、器件)插入卡片上相应的孔内,电路即完成电气连接,不需焊接,不需连线,不需开关切换。

Description

本发明属实验教具,用於电学和电子学的实验和教学。
现有的实验装置,有采用模块(构件、插件)在基板上或箱体内拼接电路或把元器件直接插入试验板的插孔中实验的。这些实验手段在元器件实体间或模块间的连接,要依靠导线、短路插头、刚性连接器或焊接或切换开关来实现。例如美国专利公告4112593(申请专利    日期77年9月7日,公布日期78年9月12日),联邦德国专利公告2327323(申请专利日期73年5月29日,公布专利日期74年12月19日),联邦德国专利公告2144688(申请专利日期74年3月12日,公布专利日期75年9月18日),联邦德国专利公告DE302847A1(申请专利日期80年7月24日,公布专利日期81年8月6日),联邦德国专利公告2939083(申请专利日期79年9月27日,公布专利日期80年10月9日),日本公开特许公报,特开昭58-174985(申请专利日期82年4月8日,公开日期83年10月4日),苏联发明公告SU-875446(申请专利日期80年1月10日,公布日期81年10月26日),以及美国Model    ET-3100A用试验板(Breadboard)构成的实验器,上述实验教具在电路直观、结构简化、使用灵活、操作方便几方面都未能有全面的突破。
本发明的目的在於简化结构,并使电路直观,增强功能,使用灵活,操作方便。
为实现上述目的本发明器由基板、接插件、卡片组成。基板内含多种电路兼容的印制板。元器件实体装在接插件内。每张卡片上都画有实验电路的图形。卡片上所标出的元器件都开有孔,每个孔与基板相应的插口重合,以接纳接插件插脚,作为插脚与印制板导径的电气连接点。在做某一实验时,只需把该实验的卡片复盖在基板上,并将所需元器件插件插入图 中指定的孔内,电路即完成电气连接,便可以观察实验现象和测试数据。而不需焊接,不需连线,不需开关转换。
下面给出本发明的实施例及附图。
图1.表示卡片插件式教学仪。

图5(a)、图5(b)、图5(c)表示两芯接插件锁紧卡环的正视图、左视图和俯视图。
本发明由基板(1)接插件(2)卡片(3)组成。基板(1)由印制板(4)、面板(5)和支承件(6)构成,印制板(4)和面版(5)用螺钉固定支承件上。面板(5)用绝缘材料制成,面板(5)上面开有与印制板(4)上插口件(7)位置相对应的小孔(8)。插口件(7)采用阶梯形铜铆钉,其一端与印制板(4)的导径用锡焊接(9),插口件(7)的台阶支承在印制板(4)上以保证足够的机械强度,插口件(7)的插孔与插脚(11)接触良好。印制板(4)用单面布线,为使印制板(4)能多种电路公用,保证全部实验电路互相独立,互不干扰以及卡片(3)上电路图画法明显、直观,要求印制板(4)的元件容限和电路密路高,插孔的布局不能采用钜阵排列,印制板(4)的插孔的布局和导径的走线须通过系统设计。电阻器、电容器、半导体二极管放在具有两芯插脚的接插件(2A)内。晶体管、场效应晶体管和实芯电位器放在具有三芯插脚的插件(2B)内。运算放大器采用圆柱形结构,安装在8只管脚的插件芯内。接插件(2)由塑料插件壳体(10),插脚(11)和锁紧卡环(12)构成,锁紧卡环(12)通过其定位筘(14)和壳体(10)中的定位孔(13)固定在壳体(10)的槽(16) 内。元件(15)接装在接插件(2)的槽(16)中,接插件(2)上面元件(15)明显可辨。插脚(11)用磷青铜皮冲压成形,插脚(11)上端开弯脚(17)用作与元器件引线的焊接片。插脚(11)有同芯插孔(18),便于插脚(11)间直接并联或连接延伸,也可作为测试点。壳体(10)中的插脚孔(19)内径为阶梯形,插脚孔(19)上端与插脚(11)松配合,便于接插件(2)连插或测试棒插入时插脚(11)的张开,插脚孔(19)的下端与锁紧卡环(12)把插脚(11)紧压。插脚(11)与插脚孔(19)之间有较宽的公差,以满足插脚(11)可以从插脚孔(19)中灵活装卸。全部接插件(2)安放在一个元件盒内,电阻接插件按阻值量级分色标志,便于实验时挑选。

Claims (3)

1、卡片插件式电路教学仪,用於电学、电子学实验和教学,它由基板(1)、接插件(2)和卡片(3)构成,每张卡片(3)上画有实验电路的图形,卡片(3)上的图形中每个元器件的符号上都开有孔,每个孔与基板(1)的插口重合,其特征在於:基板(1)中含有多种电路兼容的印制板(4),印制板(4)与插入卡片(3)和基板(1)中的接插件(2)一起构成所需的实验电路。
2、据权利要求1所述的教学仪,其特征在於:接插件(2)由壳件(10)、插脚(11)和锁紧卡环(12)构成,壳体(10)中的插脚孔(19)内径为阶梯形,其上端与插脚(11)松配合,下端与插脚(11)紧配合,锁紧卡环(12)通过其定位筘(14)和壳体(10)中的定位孔(13)固定在壳体(10)的槽(16)内,插脚(11)由插脚孔(19)下端和锁紧卡环(12)固定在插脚孔(19)内,元件焊接在插脚(11)的弯脚(17)上。
3、据权利要求1或2所述的教学仪,其特征在於:插口件(7)采用阶梯形铜铆钉,插口件(7)的台阶支承在印制板(4)上,一端与印制板(4)的导径用锡焊接住。
