Description

Method and system for realizing intelligent network call monitoring
Technical Field
The present invention relates to call monitoring technology, and is especially intelligent network call monitoring method and system.
Background
The intelligent card Service and the Virtual Private Network (VPN) Service are value-added services which are widely applied at present, both of which are implemented based on an intelligent Network, and the intelligent Network at least includes two parts, namely a Service Switching Point (SSP) and a Service Control Point (SCP). The SSP is used for providing the function of accessing the intelligent network function set, the SSP can detect the request of the intelligent service and communicate with the SCP, and the SSP responds to the request of the SCP and allows the service logic in the SCP to influence the call processing. The SCP is the core component of the intelligent network, stores the user data and the service logic, and the main function is to receive the query information sent by the SSP and query the database to carry out various decoding, and at the same time, the SCP can start different service logics according to the call event reported by the SSP and send a call control instruction to the corresponding SSP according to the service logics, thereby realizing various intelligent calls.
Based on the basic structure of the intelligent network, a typical flow of the existing smart card service is shown in fig. 1, and includes:
step 101: the SSP triggers a start dp (idp) message to the SCP by analyzing the called number prefix in the call request.
Step 102: SCP sends and Connects To Resource (CTR) message, prompts and collects user information (P & C) message, instructs SSP to play sound and receive number, user inputs number, SSP reports result report (RR, ResultReport) to SCP, SCP repeats playing and receiving number operation until the information is received completely.
Here, the user input number means a user input language type, an intelligent network card number, a password, and the like.
Step 103: SCP sends down Application Charging (AC) and Request Report BCSM Event (RRBE).
Step 104: the SCP issues a CONNECT (CONNECT) message. The CONNECT message can carry the calling number and the called number, SSP calls the number according to the received number, and the call charge is recorded on the corresponding intelligent network card number after the calling and called calls are finished.
For VPN traffic, the flow is basically similar to that shown in fig. 1, except that: the IDP message does not need the process of playing and receiving numbers, and contains the VPN number distributed by SCP, namely: the IDP message of step 101 includes the VPN number, except for step 102.
In the prior art, no monitoring service is realized by combining with an intelligent network. In the existing communication field, the monitoring is carried out on the user number, which only relates to the association between the common telephone network and the monitoring center and is irrelevant to the intelligent network. However, with the rapid development of value-added services, services related to the communication field become more and more flexible, and the market needs cannot be met only by monitoring the subscriber number. Such as: the user with the smart card can make a call through any public telephone and charge the user smart card account uniformly, in this case, the user number is difficult to listen only, and the listening efficiency is greatly reduced.

Detailed Description
The basic idea of the invention is: and monitoring the call aiming at the intelligent service information by combining with an intelligent network. Here, the intelligent service information may be an intelligent network card number, or a VPN number.
As shown in fig. 2, the system for monitoring intelligent network call of the present invention includes: the system comprises a monitoring center 20, an SCP 21 and an SSP 22, wherein the monitoring center 20 is used for generating intelligent service information to be monitored and a keyword corresponding to the intelligent service information, and sending the intelligent service information to the SCP 21 through a Mobile Application Part (MAP) signaling; during the interception, an ISDN User Part (ISUP, ISDN User Part) signaling interaction is performed with the SSP 22 and a session is established with the SSP 22.
The SCP 21 is mainly used to control the operation and charging of the service, obtain the intelligent service information that the monitoring center needs to monitor, determine whether the current intelligent call needs to be monitored, and make a relevant indication to the SSP 22; the SCP 21 and the SSP 22 interact with each other through an Intelligent Network Application Protocol (INAP) signaling.
The SSP 22 mainly makes calling and monitoring according to the indication of the SCP 21, and makes ISUP signaling interaction with the monitoring center 20 during the monitoring process, and establishes a speech path with the monitoring center.
Based on the system structure shown in fig. 2, the method for realizing intelligent network call monitoring of the present invention mainly comprises the following steps:
step a: the user dials the intelligent access code, the SSP triggers the corresponding intelligent service according to the received intelligent access code to obtain the information of the intelligent service, and the obtained information is reported to the SCP;
step b: SCP judges that the current intelligent service call needs monitoring according to the obtained intelligent service information and obtains a keyword corresponding to the intelligent service information;
here, the keyword corresponding to the intelligent service information is generally placed in a parameter indicating that monitoring is required in the CONNECT message.
Step c: SCP sends the key word corresponding to the intelligent service information to SSP, indicating SSP to connect the called party and monitoring the call;
step d: when the called rings, SSP starts monitoring, sends the information such as the calling number, the called number, the key word corresponding to the intelligent service information and the like to a monitoring center, and connects the monitoring speech path to the calling speech path.
The method further comprises, at the end of the call: when the user hangs up, the SSP removes the monitoring session.
The implementation of the invention is further described below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments.
The first embodiment is as follows:
in this embodiment, the intelligent service information is an intelligent network card number. The method for implementing call monitoring in the intelligent network in this embodiment is shown in fig. 3, and includes the following steps:
step 301: the user dials the intelligent access code, SSP triggers the intelligent network card number service after receiving the intelligent access code, and sends IDP message to SCP.
Here, the intelligent access code refers to a specific service number corresponding to an intelligent network card number service, such as: setting the service number corresponding to the intelligent network card number service as 16000, and then the intelligent access code is 16000.
Step 302: the SCP issues CTR, P & C to SSP, the user inputs number according to the prompt tone, and reports RR to SCP.
In this step, the input number refers to the type of language, the number of the intelligent network card, the password, etc. input by the user as required, and this step may be repeated many times.
Step 303: after SCP receives the information of intelligent network card number, it sends AC and RRBE.
Step 304: the SCP inquires the database according to the received intelligent network card number, determines whether the current received intelligent network card number is the intelligent network card number to be monitored, if so, the SCP obtains the key word corresponding to the intelligent network card number from the database.
And then, the SCP sends a CONNECT message with a correlation ID parameter to the SSP, wherein the correlation ID parameter has a key word corresponding to the current intelligent network card number.
The key words are generated in advance by the monitoring center and stored in the database, and for the intelligent network card number to be monitored, the monitoring center generates the key words corresponding to the intelligent network card number. The key word is corresponding to the intelligent network card number one by one, and the key word can be a character string, a number or a combination of the character string and the number.
The correlationID parameter is an optional parameter in the CONNECT operation and is used for indicating that the intelligent network card number currently used needs to be monitored, and the key corresponding to the intelligent network card number is also filled in the parameter.
Step 305: after receiving the CONNECT, the SSP finds that the CONNECT id parameter is carried, and then considers that the call needs to be monitored.
Then, when the called party rings, SSP starts the monitoring process, and sends the information such as the number of the called party and the key word corresponding to the intelligent network card number to the monitoring center through the Initial Address Message (IAM); the monitoring center returns an address receiving and completing message (ACM) and a called response message (ANM) and carries out speech path connection; the SSP then connects the listening session to the calling session so that the listening is started.
The corresponding relation between the intelligent network card number and the key word is generated by the monitoring center, so that the monitoring center can know which intelligent network card number is monitored through the key word and know the information of the calling number, the called number and the like.
Step 306: when the called party answers the call, since the calling party changes from ring back tone listening to the called party and the timeslot circuit connected to the calling party changes, the SSP needs to connect the timeslot circuit of the calling party and the called party to the listening circuit. Thus, the monitoring center starts monitoring the calling and called calls.
Step 307: when the user hangs up, namely the call is finished, the SSP sends a Release (REL) message to the monitoring center, the monitoring speech path is removed, the dialogue between the SSP and the SCP is released at the same time, and the monitoring process is finished.
Example two:
in this embodiment, the intelligent service information is a VPN number. The method for implementing call monitoring in the intelligent network in this embodiment is shown in fig. 4, and includes the following steps:
step 401: the user dials the intelligent access code, the SSP triggers the VPN service after receiving the intelligent access code, and the IDP message carrying the VPN number is sent to the SCP.
After receiving the IDP message, the SCP can acquire the VPN number, and the VPN number is uniformly distributed and managed by the SCP.
Step 402: SCP issues AC and RRBE.
Step 403-407: the process flow is substantially the same as the process flow of steps 303 to 308 in the first embodiment. Only the place where the intelligent network card number is used is replaced by the VPN number, such as: the monitoring center generates a keyword corresponding to the VPN number, and the SCP queries the database according to the VPN number and obtains the corresponding keyword and the like.
The only difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is: the intelligent network card number is replaced by the VPN number, and the steps of playing and receiving the number are correspondingly reduced.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
