Abstract

本发明公开了一种气流成网机的集散式均网器,包括与刺辊相通的风道,风道位于刺辊下方的部位,设置成弯头状,弯头部位截面收缩,弯头下部的风道呈渐粗的喇叭状。本发明结构合理,通过高速气流将纤维从刺辊针面吹落,先将纤维集中到风道的弯头(此处在整个风道中截面最小),然后,风道截面扩散,利用吸风气流将纤维均匀分散,铺放到输网帘,形成均匀的纤网,可有效消除纤网横向不匀,特别适合薄型纤维网。

本发明涉及一种气流成网机的风道。
背景技术:
现有的气流成网机风道(均网器),呈直筒形式,气流将刺辊上的纤维吹吸到较网帘时,分布不均匀,不能形成均匀的纤网。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理,吸风气流能将纤维均匀分散,形成均匀纤网的气流成网机的集散式均网器。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种气流成网机的集散式均网器,包括与刺辊相通的风道,其特征是:风道位于刺辊下方的部位,设置成弯头状,弯头部位截面收缩,弯头下部的风道呈渐粗的喇叭状。
本发明结构合理,通过高速气流将纤维从刺辊针面吹落,先将纤维集中到风道的弯头(此处在整个风道中截面最小),然后,风道截面扩散,利用吸风气流将纤维均匀分散,铺放到输网帘,形成均匀的纤网,可有效消除纤网横向不匀,特别适合薄型纤维网。
