本发明涉及生物质燃料清洁燃烧设备,特别是一种自动送料并以秸秆压块为燃料的民 用采暖炉。
背景技术
随着燃煤、燃油价格的日益上涨,以及国家环保政策要求的提高,生物质燃料的利用 越来越受到国家的重视。秸秆等生物质燃料在燃烧过程中具有二氧化碳零排放的特点,是 一种清洁的、可再生能源,但是,由于生物质燃料的能量密度较低,其应用受到很大限制。
秸秆经机械方法压实后,就得到秸秆压块,秸秆压块是30x30x70wM的长方体形块状料, 其密度在75(%/^左右,其发热量达到3500to〃化,相当于无烟煤发热量的70%,秸秆压块可 以像煤一样使用炉子来完成高效的燃烧过程。
不过,热重分析结果显示,生物质燃料的可燃成份与煤有很大差别,因此,生物质燃 料的燃烧过程与煤的燃烧过程具有显著的区别。生物质燃料(秸秆压块)的可燃成分以挥
发分(气态的碳氢化合物)为主,约占70〜75%,而固定碳的含量仅有15%左右,另外含
有少量的水份和灰分。秸秆压块中的挥发分在300"C左右就开始以气体形态快速逸出、着火、 燃烧,挥发分燃烧形成的火焰呈镶有黑边的橘红色,20分钟内挥发分基本燃尽;剩余的固 定碳还能够维持燃烧5〜10分钟左右;燃尽后残留少量灰渣。
生物质燃料在燃烧过程中会产生大量的焦油,焦油是可冷凝碳氢化合物的总称,焦油
的生成量与燃烧室温度、挥发分气体在燃烧室内的逗留时间等有关。研究结果显示,在50(TC 左右,燃烧室内焦油的生成量最多,高于或低于500。C,焦油的生成量都会有所减少;挥发 分气体在燃烧室内的逗留时间越长,焦油的生成量越少;并且,若燃烧室内氧气不足,烟 气中的焦油含量将有所提高。当排烟温度高于250T时,燃烧所产生的焦油随烟气排放,令 不完全燃烧热损失有所增大。但是,若排烟温度低于250"C,焦油就会冷凝,并与烟气中的 水及未燃尽的炭粒结合,形成粘稠的液体,粘附在烟道壁面、风门等位置,造成金属表面 腐蚀、阀门卡涩等现象。此外,焦油有很大的异味,对人体有一定的伤害。因此,生物质 燃料的燃烧过程组织必须要考虑如何抑制和减少焦油的生成,并需要采取一定的措施防止 焦油在低温烟道内凝结。
以上燃烧特点决定了生物质燃料的燃烧组织过程要较煤的燃烧组织过程复杂的多,常 规的燃煤炉具根本不能很好地燃烧生物质燃料。在煤的燃烧过程中,焦炭的燃烧占居主导 地位,而生物质燃料的成分以挥发分为主,因此,生物质燃料炉需要设置更大的燃烧空间 才可以保证挥发分的燃尽,并且生物质的燃烧过程更加注重空气与燃料挥发分之间的混合 过程,所以直接套用燃煤炉具的设计思路是行不通的。此外,由于生物质燃料中固定碳的 含量较少,因此,燃用生物质燃料的炉子不能如燃煤炉具那样长时间封火,生物质燃料在 封火时,缺氧、低温燃烧工况将产生大量焦油,同时因排烟温度显著降低,焦油将会在炉内和烟囱内凝结,并与凝结水混合,流淌的到处都是,会造成房间内浓重的异味。所以, 燃用秸秆压块等生物质燃料的炉子需要进行特殊的结构设计。
目前,在我国广大农村地区,秸秆主要用于炊事,热效率很低;很多时候,农民会将 秸秆在田地里直接燃烧后回田,这一方面造成巨大的能源浪费,同时也造成严重的环境污 染。因此,如何高效、低成本的对秸秆等生物质燃料进行综合利用成为一个十分迫切问题。
秸秆压实技术与设备已经相对成熟,目前的秸秆压块多作为饲料使用。近期的研究表 明,秸秆压块具有密度较高、发热量较高等特点,可以像煤一样进行燃烧利用,因此,在 煤价普遍上涨的大环境下,在农村地区使用秸秆压块取代煤来进行直燃取暖,具有相当大 的市场潜力。现在,市场上已经有一些燃用秸秆压块的炉具在应用,但是上述炉具仍然在 沿用燃煤炉的设计思路,而没有充分考虑生物质燃料的燃烧特性,因此,其燃烧效率较低, 并且焦油生成量很大,室内污染严重。所以,若想大规模推广生物质秸秆压块燃料,就需 要设计特殊结构的炉子。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种自动送料并以秸秆压块为燃料的民用采暖炉,可以克服已有技 术的缺陷,能实现自动送料的、以秸秆压块为燃料的民用采暖炉。通过对炉子燃烧室结构 和换热面的合理设计,以及对自动送料装置的结构与参数调整,实现了对秸秆压块燃烧过 程、烟气与工质(水)换热过程的合理组织,达到提高生物质燃料炉燃烧效率和换热效率、 降低燃烧过程中的污染物排放量和抑制焦油产生的目的。
本发明提供的一种自动送料并以秸秆压块为燃料的民用采暖炉包括:炉体装置和送料 装置,所述的送料装置为自动送料装置,位于炉体的一侧,与炉体料道连接。
自动送料装置包括:低速电机、限位开关、控制盒、支架、推料槽、丝杠、拨片、料 斗和料斗盖板。利用螺栓将低速电机固定在料斗的底板上,电机的轴与丝杠之间通过连轴 器连接,推料槽平置于盛放秸秆压块的料斗内,推料槽与丝杠之间由一个螺母负责传动, 电机带动丝杠转动时,推料槽在料斗内自由滑移,在推料槽的起始和终了位置,分别装有 上、下限位开关,限位开关利甩螺栓固定在料斗的壁面上,限位开关的动作信号通过信号 线与控制盒内的继电器连接。电机的启动与停止通过控制盒内的时间继电器控制,控制盒 依靠螺旋紧固在料斗外壁面上。在丝杠末端,用一对螺母紧固型拨片。
炉体装置包括:料道、烟道、烟道挡板、热水出口、烟窗、折焰板、水套、二次风室、 多孔耐火砖、炉排手柄、灰斗、燃烧室、摇动炉排、冷水入口与风门;燃烧室及其上部的 烟室、烟道及料道等部件被水套所包围,水套与燃烧室共用一个壁面,即燃烧室的外壁面 (炉壁)就是水套的内壁面。燃烧室及其上部的烟室组成炉膛,摇动炉排位于燃烧室的底 部,利用螺栓紧固在燃烧室侧壁面上;燃烧室分为上下两部分,燃烧室下半部分的四壁敷 设多孔耐火砖,利用摇动炉排将多孔耐火砖托住,以保证其空间位置不会发生偏移。燃烧 室出口设置折焰板;尾部烟道入口设置了由一组立管组成的烟窗,立管上下两端分别与水 套焊接,烟气横向冲刷烟窗可提高烟气与水管之间的对流换热系数。
水套下面是一个空腔,空腔的底部是抽屉状灰斗,灰斗的行程导轨利用角钢焊制而成;空腔的上部是一次风室,空气通过风门进入,风门由两片可以左右移动的钢片组成;水套 一个侧面的底部焊接进水管,水套顶部焊接出水管。
所述的燃烧室和烟室所组成的炉膛呈"凸"字型;燃烧室是长方形空间,横截面为正 方形,高宽比为1.5;烟室也是长方形空间,其横截面积是燃烧室横截面积的2/3。
所述的燃烧室下半部分的四壁由多孔耐火砖包覆,多孔耐火砖靠炉排紧固,耐火砖外 侧是二次风室,二次空气通过耐火砖上的小孔分层送入燃烧室;燃烧室上半部分的四壁不 敷设耐火泥,燃烧室出口为渐缩出口,燃烧室的出口设置折焰角,促使贴壁向上流动的二 次空气在燃烧室的出口形成返流,与未燃尽的挥发分进一歩混合,同时延长挥发分在燃烧 室内的逗留时间,使挥发分充分燃尽。
所述的燃烧室出口设置了折焰角向下倾斜15"〜20"度,遮蔽燃烧室出口截面1/2左右。
所述的自动送料装置的料斗是以45"〜W"角倾斜放置,倾斜角度利用支架下面的可與螺 钉进行调节,料斗与炉体料道采用镶嵌式连接。自动送料装置利用丝杠传动原理推动料斗 内的秸秆压块整体上移,并在型拨片的作用下跌落进入炉子的料道,调整","型 拨片的相对位置,可以实现送料量的微调。自动送料可定时、定量向燃烧室内送入燃料, 可维持燃烧室内的稳定燃烧工况,可有效降低焦油的生成量。
所述的自动送料装置的料斗与炉体料道采用镶嵌式连接,这种连接方式既有良好的密 封性,可防止烟气外泄,又方便拆装。
所述的烟道尾部为正方形通道,烟道挡板是--个方形蝶形阀;方形烟道与烟囱采用法 兰连接。
所述的人工送料的料斗是一个长方形容器,其底部有--个方形开口,通过镶嵌方式与 炉体的料道进行连接,以便在自动送料失灵或停电时改为手动送料。
本发明所述的秸秆压块是一种30x30x70MW的长方体。由于长时间存放,秸秆压块可能 碎裂,所以本发明也包括小于上述尺寸的生物质燃料。
自动送料装置的料斗是一个钢板焊制的长方形容器,装置启动前,推料槽位于料斗的 最底部即下限位开关处,料斗可容纳20〜25fe的秸秆压块;推料槽与料斗壁面之间的间職很 小,可防止细碎的粉末阻塞推料槽的移动。自动送料装置的工作过程如下:低速电机带动 丝杠顺时针旋转,通过螺母传动,推料槽沿料斗壁面向上平移,从而使推料槽上的秸秆压 块整体向上移动,当秸杆压块接触到丝杠端部的","型拨片时,就会在拨动作用下跌落, 进入炉子的倾斜料道,然后依靠自重滑入燃烧室。自动送料过程的持续时间以及两次送料 的时间间隔通过控制盒内的时间继电器进行控制。当推料槽运动到上限位开关时,料斗清 空,电机将不再转动。通过人工切换电路,可以让电机反转,推料槽退回到下限位开关处, 重新向料斗内填充秸秆压块;再一次切换电路后,就可以实现下一个送料过程。通过合理
设计料斗的尺寸, 一斗秸秆压块可以维持燃烧8〜12小时,这样就可以保证燃烧室内维持
相对稳定的燃烧工况,可以使燃烧室温度始终维持在800'^~900''(:左右,排烟温度始终维持 在280。C〜30()。C左右。与人工间歇送料相比,使用自动送料时,燃烧效率有所提高,焦油的
生成量大幅度降低,基本可以消除焦油凝结所产生的危害;同时,自动送料可以取消夜间
封火的程序,减少了人工劳动。采暖炉炉体外型为长方体,横截面为正方形;炉膛由燃烧室和烟室组成,位于炉体中 心,其四周被水套包围。秸秆压块的燃烧过程以挥发分燃烧为主,需要保证助燃空气与挥 发分的充分混合,并需要使挥发分在燃烧室内尽可能长时间的逗留,因此燃烧室设计成一 个长方形空间,高宽比为1.5。燃烧所需要的空气由风门进入,通过调整风门开度进行空 气量调节。秸秆压块通过倾斜料道靠自重滑落到燃烧室底部的摇动炉排上,摇动炉排由一 组炉排片组成,相邻炉排片之间具有一定的间隙,燃尽的灰可通过该间隙落入炉排下部的 灰斗, 一次助燃空气通过该间隙进入燃烧室。炉排手柄用于调整炉排片的倾斜角度,达到 调整一次空气流通截面积的目的;同时,也可以通过摇动炉排的角度调整,进行排灰。燃 烧室分为上下两部分,下部四壁由多孔耐火砖包覆,耐火砖外侧是二次风室,风室内的空 气即二次空气可通过多孔耐火砖上的小孔分层送入燃烧室,目的是强化燃烧室内燃料挥发 分与空气之间的混合过程,有利于燃料挥发分的燃尽。燃烧室上部四壁不敷设耐火泥,这 样可以强化燃烧室内的火焰与水套壁面之间的辐射与对流换热过程。燃烧室出口为渐缩出 口,并在出口设置了折焰角,折焰角向下倾斜15"〜20",以遮蔽出口截面l/2左右为宜。贴 壁向上流动的、尚未参与燃烧的那部分空气在折焰角的作用下,可在燃烧室的出口区域形 成返流,与向上流动的火焰进一步混合,可有效延长挥发分在燃烧室内的逗留时间。t片焰 角的使用有效地保证了挥发分的燃尽,提高了燃烧效率,消除了黑烟。
燃烧室出口上部是烟室,两者呈"凸"字型布置,秸秆压块在燃烧室内燃尽后,高温 烟气进入燃烧室上部的烟室,烟室的横截面积约为燃烧室横截面积的2/3,这样可以保证 较高的烟气流速,可显著提高对流换热系数。烟气在烟室顶部折转后进入尾部烟道,烟道 入口处设置了烟窗,烟窗由一组水立管组成,烟气横向冲刷烟窗,可以有效提高烟气与管 子之间的对流换热系数,强化换热效果。经过烟窗后,烟气流经烟道挡板,进入烟囱;烟 道挡板的作用是调整烟气流速。
在正常采暖时,炉子烟室顶部利用端盖密封;取下端盖,即可以进行炊事。因此本发 明具有采暖和炊事的双重用途。
为了避免停电或其它意外情况下,自动送料装置失效,本发明同时考虑了自动送料与 手动送料的切换。自动送料装置与炉子之间采用镶嵌式连接方式,在自动送料失效的情况 下,可以将自动送料装置与炉体分离,安装简易料斗,就可实现人工送料。人工送料的料 斗是一个长方形容器,其底部有一个方形开口,通过镶嵌方式可与炉子的料道进行连接。
本发明所提供的可实现自动送料的、以秸秆压块为燃料的民用采暖炉具有以下显赛特
点:
1、燃烧室结构根据生物质燃料(秸秆压块)的燃烧特点进行了特殊设计,燃烧所需 要的一次空气通过摇动炉排的缝隙进入燃烧室,二次空气通过多孔耐火砖上的小孔分层送 入,保证了挥发分与空气的充分混合与挥发分的快速燃烧,同时也利于固定碳的燃尽。通 过合理的炉膛高度设计与折焰角结构设计,加强了燃烧室内的气流扰动,可以有效强化助 燃空气与未燃尽挥发分之间的混合过程,有效延长了挥发分在燃烧室内的逗留时间,利于
挥发分的燃尽。因此本发明的燃烧效率较高,实验测试结果显示,其燃烧效率可达到90%以上。2、 "凸"字型炉膛设计有利提高烟室内的烟气流速,从而使高温烟气与水套之间的对 流换热效果得到强化;同时,尾部烟道入口布置了烟窗,可实现烟气横向冲刷水管,有效 提高了对流换热系数,使烟气与管内工质的换热被大大强化。实验测试结果显示,炉子的 热效率在75%左右,其主要热损失是排烟热损失。
3、 自动送料装置能够定时、定量向燃烧室内送入秸秆压块,从而保证了燃烧室内始 终维持稳定的燃烧工况,燃烧室内的温度基本稳定在800"C-900"C,这一方面提高了燃烧速 度,另一方面也可以有效减少焦油的生成。同时,稳定的燃烧工况可以使排烟温度始终维 持在28(T「30(TC,基本上避免了烟气中所含有焦油在烟道内凝结,减少了室内环境污染。
4、 采用自动送料装置可以取消夜间封火的程序,燃用生物质燃料的炉子若在夜间封 火,会因燃烧室温度过低、氧气供给不足而产生大量的焦油,同时封火也会造成排烟温度 过低,焦油和水蒸气将在烟道内大量凝结、混合,造成室内污染。因此,采用自动送料装 置不仅可以减少人力劳动,同时可以解决生物质燃料燃烧产生焦油所引发的污染问题。当 停电或自动送料装置失灵的情况下,可以改为手动送料,维持短时间运行,而不会因灭火 造成室内温度过低。

具体实施方式
本发明参照附图详细说明如下:
如图1至4所示,其中:1、低速电机;2、限位丌关;3、控制盒;4、支架;5、推 料槽;6、丝杠;7、拨片;8料斗;9、料斗盖板;10、料道;11、烟道挡板;12、热水出 口; 13、烟窗;14、折焰板;15、水套;16、 二次风室;17、多孔耐火砖;18、炉排手柄; 19、灰斗;20、燃烧室;21、摇动炉排;22、冷水入口 ; 23、风门;24、烟室。
釆暖炉炉体外型为长方体,横截面为正方形;炉膛由燃烧室20和烟室24组成;燃烧 室20、烟室24以及尾部烟道、料道10等被水套15所包围。摇动炉排21位于燃烧室20 的底部,利用螺栓紧固在燃烧室侧壁面上。燃烧室20分为上、下两部分,其中,下部壁 面侧敷设多孔耐火砖17,多孔耐火砖17被摇动炉排21托住并紧固,以保证其空间位置不 会发生偏移;燃烧室上部四壁不敷设耐火泥,料道10通过其中的一个侧壁面与燃烧室连 通。折焰板14位于燃烧室20的出口位置,以下倾15〜20度角直接焊接在燃烧室内壁面上。 尾部烟道入口的烟窗13由一组外径为32mm的钢管组成,钢管上下两端与水套焊接在一起。 尾部烟道为正方形通道,烟道挡板11是一个方形蝶形阀;方形烟道与烟囱之间采早接兰 连接。水套15的外壁利用钢板焊制而成;水套下部一个空腔,空腔的下半部分是抽屉状灰 斗19,灰斗19的行程导轨由角钢焊制而成;空腔的上半部分(即灰斗19与摇动炉排21
之间)是一次风室,助燃空气通过风门23进入,风门23由两片可以左右移动的钢片组成,
通过调整钢片的位置,可以调节风门的开度,从而实现进风量的调节。
在水套15的一个侧面的底部焊接冷水进口管22;在水套的顶部焊接有热水出口管12。
送料装置位于炉子料道10所在的一侧,以45。〜60"角倾斜放置(其倾斜角度根据送料 量确定),倾斜角度可利用支架4下面的可旋螺钉进行调节。送料装置与炉子料道之间采
用镶嵌式连接。
自动送料装置的料斗8是一个长方体容器,利用钢板焊制而成。低速电机1通过四个 螺栓固定在料斗8的底板上,电机的轴与丝杠6之间通过连轴器连接。推料槽5平置于盛 放秸秆压块的料斗8内,推料槽5与丝杠6之间由一个螺母负责传动,当低速电机l带动 丝杠6顺时针转动(或反时针转动)时,推料槽5可在料斗8内向上(或向下)自由滑移, 从而推动料层整体上移。在推料槽5的起始和终了位置,分别装有上、下限位开关2,限 位开关2利用螺栓固定在料斗8的侧壁面上。
电机的启动与停止通过控制盒3内的时间继电器控制,控制盒3利用螺旋固定在料斗 8的外壁面上。限位开关2的动作信号通过信号线与控制盒3内的继电器连接。
人工送料的料斗是一个长方形容器,其底部有一个方形开口;通过镶嵌方式可与炉子 的料道进行连接。在自动送料失灵或停电时,可改为手动送料。手工送料炉结构如图5所 示。
本发明所述的秸秆压块是一种30x30x7(W^的长方体。由于长时间存放,秸秆压块可能 碎裂,所以本发明所适用的燃烧也包括小于上述尺寸的生物质燃料。
由于送料过程与燃烧过程组织合理,并采用了合理的烟气流程,本技术的燃烧效果和 传热效率显著提高。本发明可以在自然通风的条件下,实现稳定、清洁的燃烧,而无须引 风机或者鼓风机。利用自动送料装置可以实现8〜12小时自动送料,从而使燃烧更加稳定, 燃烧效率较高,污染物及焦油的生成量较少,可消除生物质燃料燃烧所造成的室内环境污 染,具有很强的实用性。
