本发明涉及用于一个器具壳体的屏件,具有一个设有一个凹部(5)的承载体(1)和一个配合到该凹部(5)中的嵌入件(2),其中,通过红外辐射将嵌入件(2)固定在凹部(5)中。本发明还涉及制造一个用于一个器具壳体的屏件的方法,具有以下步骤:a)制备一个具有一个凹部(5)的承载体(1)和一个嵌入件(2);b)将嵌入件(2)置入凹部(5)中;c)红外辐射嵌入件(2)与承载体(1)之间的一个预定的连接区域(12,13)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于器具壳体、特别是一个柜类的家用电器、例如一个冷冻柜或一个冰箱的壳体的屏件以及它的制造方法。
背景技术
例如在DE 10037250A1中描述了这类屏件。该屏件基本上是由塑料制成的空心的承载体构成,设置空心的承载体的目的是为了在它里面安装器具的一个控制电路,该承载体设有一个前侧的凹部,在该凹部中置入一个牌或一个嵌入件。由塑料的扁平材料制成的这个牌或嵌入件可以用低的费用以多种变型制造,这样,通过不同的嵌入件与一个相同的承载体的组合,可以实现用于多个不同型式器具的特殊的屏件。
因为这类器具型式的各种不同类型的控制电路在不同部位上具有操作元件——例如调节器和开关——和/或显示元件,这些操作元件应是可穿过嵌入件的开口操作的,显示元件应是透过嵌入件可读的,所以在承载体的内空腔与接收嵌入件的凹部之间需要一个大面积的窗,操作元件穿过该窗,或通过该窗看到显示元件。因而有必要将嵌入件与承载体之间的连接限制在嵌入件的边缘区域。传统的方式是借助一个双面胶带将嵌入件固定在承载体上。
由于在承载体壁部件中的冷冻应力(eingefrorene Spannung)以及由于所提供的粘合面小的原因,在高温时嵌入件有可能从承载体脱开。
发明内容
本发明的任务是:提供一种屏件(Blende)、一种装备了这种屏件的器具以及制造该屏件的方法,要求简单和廉价并且能确保承载体与嵌入件之间的持久的连接。
根据本发明提出一种用于一个器具壳体的屏件,具有一个设有一凹部的承载体和一个配合到该凹部中的嵌入件,其中,该嵌入件由一种透红外的材料制成,该承载体由吸收红外的材料制成,并且,嵌入件通过红外辐射固定在凹部中,该红外辐射仅使凹部区域中的承载体熔化并使嵌入件由此与承载体焊接。
根据本发明还提出一种用于一个器具壳体的屏件,具有一个设有一凹部的承载体和一个配合到该凹部中的嵌入件,其中,该嵌入件由一种透红外的材料制成,该承载体由吸收红外的材料制成,并且,在所述凹部与嵌入件之间置入一种可热激活的粘接剂,嵌入件借助该粘接剂通过红外辐射固定在凹部中,该红外辐射仅将该粘接剂活化。
根据本发明提出一种制造一个根据本发明的用于一个器具壳体的屏件的方法,具有以下步骤:
a)制备一个由吸收红外的材料构成的、具有一凹部的承载体和一个由透红外的材料构成的嵌入件;
b)将嵌入件置入凹部中;
c)对嵌入件与承载体之间的一个预定的连接区域用能量进行红外辐射,使得仅凹部区域中的承载体被熔化并使嵌入件由此与承载体焊接。
根据本发明还提出一种制造一个根据本发明的用于一个器具壳体的屏件的方法,具有以下步骤:
a)制备一个由吸收红外的材料构成的、具有一凹部的承载体(1)和一个由透红外的材料构成的嵌入件;
b)将嵌入件置入凹部中;
c)在嵌入件与承载体之间置入可热激活的粘接剂和
d)对嵌入件与承载体之间的一个预定的连接区域用能量进行红外辐射,使得仅粘接剂被活化。
通过红外辐射承载体与嵌入件之间的一个预定的连接区域,尤其通过焊接和通过激活固定在承载体与嵌入件之间的一个可热激活的粘接剂层可实现两者之间持久的连接。

具体实施方式
在以分解图表示的图1中可看到一个由一种塑料例如ABS通过压力注射成型制成的承载体1,一个由一种坚固的、刚性的塑料薄膜制成的嵌入件2,一个转接器3和一个控制电路4。在该承载体1的一个前侧构造一个凹部5,该凹部在形状和深度上与嵌入件2适配,使得当把嵌入件装配在凹部5中时嵌入件完全占满该凹部并且它的边缘与承载体1齐平。在凹部5的底部构造一个向着承载体1的一个内空腔的大面积的窗6,设置内空腔的目的在于通过转接器3的固定来接收控制电路4。为此,转接器3具有多个锁止钩7、8,其中的锁止钩7用于将转接器3夹在控制电路4的壳体上,而锁止钩8被设置用于配合在窗6边缘上的缺口9中,这些缺口以多个组的形式存在,以便转接器3在承载体1上的装配可以有多种位置选择。
嵌入件2基本上是由一个透红外的塑料材料组成,在它的面对承载体1的背侧有一例如通过丝网印刷而成的装饰层。这个装饰层不必须是透红外的。相反,承载体1的材料是吸收红外的。
图2表示用于将嵌入件2和承载体1连接的方法。为此一个红外光源11例如一个发射红外线的白织灯或红外激光器沿着屏件的前侧运,这样红外光源11的光束围绕(图中不可见)窗6在屏件写出一个轨迹12。因为嵌入件2的材料是透红外的,所以红外光束的热基本上在装饰层的高度上及在承载体1的由该装饰层接触得表面的高度上释放并且把它们彼此焊接起来,如在图2中用紧密的阴影线在轨迹12的区域13中所示的。
合乎目的的方式是嵌入件2及其装饰层由一种比承载体1更耐高温的材料制成,并且红外光源的功率的大小要让承载体1的表面被红外光束所熔化,然而嵌入件2和装饰层不熔化。这样保证制成的屏件有一个美观的外观。
依据本发明的第二构型,在将嵌入件2置入承载体1的凹部5前在其背面设置一层热激活粘接剂。优选这个层只设在嵌入件2的边缘区域,这样,该层不会与窗重叠。通过红外光源11的辐照激活粘接剂并且使承载体1和嵌入件2在它们整个的接触面上持久地连接。图3示出通过一个以这种方式制得的屏件的截面示意图,其中,(过厚夸大显示的)粘接剂层用14表示。
粘接剂的激活温度比承载体1及嵌入件2的材料的熔化温度显著地低,这样在固定嵌入件2时可以避免承载体或嵌入件的熔化。这样一方面相对于以前的红外-焊接情况减少了方法上的能量需求,另一方面不存在由于固定引起从外面可看到的、在嵌入件2上的变化的危险,这种变化可能影响美观的外观并且由此使该嵌入件不能用了。
Claims (7)
1.用于一个器具壳体的屏件,具有一个设有一凹部(5)的承载体(1)和一个配合到该凹部(5)中的嵌入件(2),其特征在于,该嵌入件(2)由一种透红外的材料制成,该承载体(1)由吸收红外的材料制成,并且,嵌入件(2)通过红外辐射固定在凹部(5)中,该红外辐射仅使凹部(5)区域中的承载体(1)熔化并使嵌入件(2)由此与承载体(1)焊接。
2.用于一个器具壳体的屏件,具有一个设有一凹部(5)的承载体(1)和一个配合到该凹部(5)中的嵌入件(2),其特征在于,该嵌入件(2)由一种透红外的材料制成,该承载体(1)由吸收红外的材料制成,并且,在所述凹部(5)与嵌入件(2)之间置入一种可热激活的粘接剂,嵌入件(2)借助该粘接剂通过红外辐射固定在凹部(5)中,该红外辐射仅将该粘接剂活化。
3.根据权利要求1或2的屏件,其特征在于,嵌入件(2)与承载体(1)之间的固定被限制在嵌入件(2)的边缘区域(12,13)上。
4.根据权利要求1或2的屏件,其特征在于,有一在该承载体(1)中安置的控制电路(4),该控制电路具有至少一个可视的显示元件。
5.制造一个根据权利要求1的用于一个器具壳体的屏件的方法,具有以下步骤:
a)制备一个由吸收红外的材料构成的、具有一凹部(5)的承载体(1)和一个由透红外的材料构成的嵌入件(2);
b)将嵌入件(2)置入凹部(5)中;
c)对嵌入件(2)与承载体(1)之间的一个预定的连接区域(12,13)用能量进行红外辐射,使得仅凹部(5)区域中的承载体(1)被熔化并使嵌入件(2)由此与承载体(1)焊接。
6.制造一个根据权利要求2的用于一个器具壳体的屏件的方法,具有以下步骤:
a)制备一个由吸收红外的材料构成的、具有一凹部(5)的承载体(1)和一个由透红外的材料构成的嵌入件(2);
b)将嵌入件(2)置入凹部(5)中;
c)在嵌入件(2)与承载体(1)之间置入可热激活的粘接剂和
d)对嵌入件(2)与承载体(1)之间的一个预定的连接区域(12,13)用能量进行红外辐射,使得仅粘接剂被活化。
7.根据权利要求5或6的方法,其特征在于,该连接区域(12,13)沿着嵌入件(2)的一个边缘区域延伸并且所述边缘区域被一个红外辐射器(11)逐渐地扫过。
