Abstract

Description

罐头纸箱的提手
本发明一般涉及罐头纸箱，尤其是这种纸箱的提手。
1985年12月17日颁布，为本发明受让人所有的美国专利4，558，816分开了一种罐头纸箱的提手，它包括具有重合边并在对立方向向里弯折的两个相同的附加提手折片。

根据本发明的另一特点，如果需要，可在提手板上构成一条中央的横向弯折线。
在附图中图1是体现本发明提手结构的装罐头纸箱的透视图;图2是沿图1中2-2线的剖视图;图3类似图2，但它表示将提手折片弯折到提箱位置时的不同方向;图4是本发明的顶视图。
参照图1，罐头纸箱有一个标号1的顶壁，标号2的一个侧壁沿弯折线3与顶壁弯折连接。如图2和图3所示的底壁4沿弯折线5弯折连接侧壁2以及在图中见不到的与侧壁2对立的侧壁。
纸箱两端的封盖板是相同的。从图1可以看到，盖板6沿弯折线7弯折连接侧壁2，而盖板8沿弯折线9弯折连接与标号2的侧壁相对立的侧壁。端折片10沿弯折线11弯折连接顶壁1，而端折片12沿弯折线13弯折连接底壁4。折片6，8，10与12以熟知的方式叠置以形成纸箱的端封。
从图2和图3中可以看到，在纸箱内放着三排或三层罐头，每排四只，它们作水平轴线布置并且互相平行。

根据本发明的一个特点，折片14的两条边15和16可由穿孔断裂线构成，其中任何一条可用来使折片14从顶壁1上断裂，而另一条用作弯折线。
应力消除缝20和21位于顶板1并连接每个弓形缝17和18的中点。每条应力消除缝延伸至邻近的侧壁，如所示与应力消除缝21连接的22。每一条应力消除缝在一个侧壁上的下端22通过一对减弱的弯折线23和24连接侧壁与顶壁之间的弯折线3。当然在与侧壁2对立的侧壁上也有同样的线22-24。应力消除缝22和顶壁1与每个侧壁2之间交线3的交点在顶壁纵向偏离构成提手折片一侧边的断裂线，它因此分散了侧壁上的应力并使侧壁撕裂的可能性降至最小。
图2表示，折片14的边15由一条减弱的断裂线构成，而折片14的边16由一条弯折线构成，图3表示，折片14的侧边16由一条断裂线构成，而折片的边15则作为一条弯折线。
在利用提手折片时有时希望沿折片14的中央弯折线19折断。当然这种设计将会产生与图2和图3明显不同的剖面图。折片这样弯折将增加折片的强度，并对本发明的某些应用证明是需要的。通常，整个折片14作为一个整体弯折而不折断并如图2和图3所示。采用这种弯折明显的是，由边15，16以及弓形缝17和18构成的整个折片14作为一个整体被用来加强顶壁1，并且提供了一个舒适容纳使用者手指的宽开口。
本发明为罐头纸箱提供了一种有效的，坚固和多能的提手。

Claims (7)
