一种免钝化、无氧洗板烘板电解锰工艺。它是将出槽的电解锰板直接放入冲入氮气的热水槽中洗去表面的杂质,然后用脱氧的自来水冲洗干净,放入烘干箱中,用加热的氮气吹干即可。本发明免去了传统电解锰生产工艺中的钝化工序,实现无铬排放;利用惰性气体保护烘板,可提高烘板温度,缩短烘板时间,实现节水、节能、环保,显著提高电解锰企业的经济效益与社会效益。

一种免钝化、无氧洗板烘板电解锰工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电解锰生产中免去钝化工序实现无铬废水排放的电解锰工艺。
背景技术
我国是电解锰的最大生产国、消费国和出口国,年产量已达80万吨,约占世界总产量的3/4。湖南、贵州和重庆三省市交界处的锰矿资源丰富,约占我国锰矿资源1/3。随着世界经济的不断发展,对电解锰需求不断增加,产品在国内外供不应求。由于大块金属锰易发生表面氧化,为了增加其化学稳定性,生产出来后须立即进行表面钝化。上世纪60年代以来,由于铬酸盐钝化效果好、工艺简单、成本低廉、使用方便而被生产企业普遍使用。但由于钝化液中含有大量难处理的国家一类污染物六价铬离子,对自然环境造成了严重破坏,许多企业经常因水污染问题而被环保部门罚款或限令停产。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种免去电解锰生产工艺中的钝化工序,并能使电解锰不被氧化,从而实现无铬排放,节约成本的电解锰工艺。
本发明是将出槽的电解锰板直接放入冲入氮气的热水槽中洗去表面的杂质,洗板时间控制在1分钟内;然后用脱氧的自来水冲洗干净,放入烘干箱中,用加热的氮气吹干即可,烘板时间为5-8分钟。
吹氮的压力为1.5-2个大气压;热水槽的水温为40-50℃;烘干箱内的温度为70-80℃。
本发明免去了传统电解锰生产工艺中的钝化工序,实现无铬排放;利用惰性气体保护烘板,可提高烘板温度,缩短烘板时间,实现节水、节能、环保,显著提高电解锰企业的经济效益与社会效益。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明是将出槽的电解锰板直接放入冲入贮氮罐中氮气的热水槽中洗去表面的杂质,热水槽的水温为40-50℃,洗板时间控制在1分钟内。然后用在脱氧槽中脱氧的自来水冲洗干净,放入烘干箱中,用通过电加热炉加热的氮气吹干即可,吹氮的压力为1.5-2个大气压,烘干箱内的温度为70-80℃,烘板时间为5-8分钟。烘干箱内的氮气可回收到贮氮罐中重复使用。

1、一种免钝化、无氧洗板烘板电解锰工艺,其特征在于:它是将出槽的电解锰板直接放入冲入氮气的热水槽中洗去表面的杂质,洗板时间控制在1分钟内;然后用脱氧的自来水冲洗干净,放入烘干箱中,用加热的氮气吹干即可,烘板时间为5-8分钟。
2、根据权利要求1所述的免钝化、无氧洗板烘板电解锰工艺,其特征在于:吹氮的压力为1.5-2个大气压;热水槽的水温为40-50℃;烘干箱内的温度为70-80℃。
