Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及天线,更具体地涉及一种将天线连接到设备上的连接器。
背景技术
目前,许多天线是外部地连接到设备上的。通常,这些传统连接器是自由旋转的,并通过垫圈和转接器夹持在适当的位置。该转接器被嵌扣在机壳中。如本领域技术人员所知的,传统连接器昂贵且难以制造、装配和使用。因此,期望提供一种改进的天线连接器。
发明内容
为了达到本发明的优点,并依据本发明的目的,提供了一种用于天线的连接器。所述连接器包括螺母、绝缘器、触针、套管和包壳。

具体实施方式
下面将参照图1至5来描述本发明。虽然参照传统天线描述了本发明,但本领域普通技术人员将认识到,本连接器可以使用许多天线设计,这些天线设计例如包括偶极天线、多带PCB天线、平面天线(定向型或全向型)等。通常,尽管具有任意连接角度的连接器是有用的,但是在必须或期望90度连接时,连接器呈肘型是有用的。
现参照图1,图1示出了与本发明实施例一致的天线100。天线100包括辐射部102和连接器部104。天线100包括辐射部102与连接器部104之间的肘部106。虽然示出了角度A为90度的肘部106,但是从0度到辐射部102弯回连接器部104上方或约180度角的范围的其他角度当然是可能的。
现参照图2,更详细地示出了包括辐射部102、连接器部104和肘部106的天线100的剖面图。天线100包括包围辐射部102、肘部106和连接器部104的壳202。辐射部102包括壳202、同轴电缆204和配重206。同轴电缆204至少包括外护套208和中心导体210。同轴电缆204可以由设置在壳202中的支架212夹持在合适的位置。
现参照图3和4,图中示出了连接器104的放大的剖面。图4与图3一致,但是为了易于参照,以分解图示出了图4。连接器104包括壳202的一部分。壳202具有内表面302和外表面304。壳202具有由内表面边缘308和外表面边缘310限定的开孔306。从内表面边缘308延伸有凹部312。凹部312延伸距离d1到凸部314,凸部314具有凹侧316和与凹侧316相对的沟槽侧318。凹侧316和沟槽侧318分开距离d2。沟槽320紧邻凸部314的沟槽侧318。沟槽320具有宽度d3。虽然本发明涉及沟槽和凸部,但是可以使用其他类型的接合元件,例如槽、脊、轴承面等。
连接器104还包括RP-SMA接口件300,该RP-SMA接口件300具有装配到开孔306中的近端322和可连接到RF(射频)设备(诸如无线网关)的远端324。尽管示出了带有螺纹326的接口件300,但是接口件300可以是任意期望的RF连接器接口件,本领域普通技术人员在阅读本公开内容时会认识到这一点。近端322具有由近端边缘330限定的开孔328。近端322还具有内壁332和外壁334。外壁334具有紧邻边缘330的第一凸部336和与第一凸部336相距d2的第二凸部338。第一凸部336具有对应于沟槽320的宽度d3。第一凸部336和第二凸部338限定了近端沟槽340。如从图3可以看到的,第一凸部336位于沟槽320中,凸部314位于沟槽340中,第二凸部338位于凹部312中。
正如所布置的那样,接口件300可以在壳202中自由旋转。该旋转由以上凸部、沟槽和凹部来导向。当锁定时,在壳202、脊和沟槽之间形成摩擦接合以阻止该旋转,如下面将更详细地说明的。
如在图4中最佳地看到的,辐射元件连接到位于连接器部104内的内套管402。在同轴辐射元件的情况下,将外护套208连接到套管402。中心导体210延伸穿过将导体210与套管402分隔的绝缘器404。虽然可以使用大量传统技术在外护套208与套管402之间进行连接,但是可以设想,外护套208的编织物208b在套管402与绝缘器404的接合点之间摩擦接合。此外,在近端408处,可以将中心导体210卷绕到导电针406上,并延伸穿过绝缘材料404。虽然未示出,但是可以将导电针406设计成连接到其远端410处的设备(未示出)上的相应的连接器上。
套管402在其远端418处还具有终止边缘416。这样定位终止边缘416,使得在装配连接器时,终止边缘416接合边L。如在图5中最佳地看到的,在套管402和绝缘器404上形成有至少一个凹坑436、划痕、槽等。该至少一个凹坑436与内表面302上的至少一个凸部356接合。凸部356与凹坑436接合,以使得套管402、绝缘器404和壳202不能彼此相对旋转。此外,连接到绝缘器404的针406不能相对于绝缘器404旋转,因此也不能相对于壳202旋转。因此,当RP-SMA接口件300旋转时,如下面说明的,天线并不被拉紧、扭曲等。
当不连接到设备时,接口件300如上所述地旋转。当紧固到设备(诸如无线网关)上时,对绝缘器404施加力,并将该力传到套管402。通过套管402近端408与壳202之间的接触,将该力进一步传到壳202。该力用作沿紧固RP-SMA接口件300的相反方向推壳202,使得将阻力从壳202经由脊和沟槽320、318、314、336和340传到接口件300。该阻力导致壳202与接口件300之间的摩擦,使得在充分紧固接口件300时,壳202不再相对于接口件300自由旋转。以该方式,可以根据期望将壳202设置在任意相对角度处,然后锁定到位。
虽然参照本发明的实施例具体示出并描述了本发明,但是本领域技术人员应理解,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以在形式和细节上进行各种其他改变。

Claims (9)

1、一种用于天线的连接器,该连接器包括:
用于天线的壳,该壳包括内表面和外表面;
由内表面边缘限定的壳开孔;
所述内表面具有至少一个内表面接合元件;
接口件;
所述接口件具有近端和远端,所述远端连接到射频设备;
所述近端具有外壁和内壁;
所述外壁具有与所述至少一个内表面接合元件相对应的至少一个外壁接合元件;并且
所述壳和所述接口件通过所述至少一个内表面接合元件和所述至少一个外壁接合元件而可旋转地联接在一起;
内套管;
位于所述内套管中的绝缘器,
在所述内套管与所述绝缘器之间延伸有至少一个凹坑;并且
所述内表面联接有至少一个旋转凸部,并且所述至少一个旋转凸部与所述至少一个凹坑接合,所述至少一个旋转凸部和所述至少一个凹坑使得所述壳、所述内套管和所述绝缘器同步地旋转,
其中所述接口件具有边以及所述内套管具有终止边缘,并且在装配所述连接器时所述终止边缘接合所述边。
2、根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其中,
所述至少一个内表面接合元件包括至少一个沟槽;并且
所述至少一个外壁接合元件包括被设计成装配到所述至少一个沟槽中的至少一个凸部。
3、根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其中,
所述至少一个内表面接合元件还包括至少一个内表面凸部和至少一个凹部;并且
所述至少一个外壁接合元件包括至少另一凸部和外壁沟槽,使得
所述至少一个内表面凸部被设计成装配在所述至少一个外壁沟槽中,所述至少另一凸部被设计成装配在所述至少一个凹部中。
4、根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其中,
所述至少一个内表面接合元件包括至少一个凸部;并且
所述至少一个外壁接合元件包括被设计成装配在所述至少一个凸部处的至少一个沟槽。
5、根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其中,
所述至少一个内表面接合元件是从包括以下元件的组中选择的:沟槽、凸部、脊、槽和轴承;并且
所述至少一个外壁接合元件被设计成与所述至少一个内表面接合元件可旋转地配合,并且是从包括以下元件的组中选择的:沟槽、凸部、脊、槽和轴承。
6、根据权利要求1所述的连接器,该连接器还包括位于所述壳中的辐射部。
7、根据权利要求6所述的连接器,该连接器还包括:
位于所述绝缘器中的导电针;
其中,所述辐射部包括同轴电缆辐射元件,使得
所述同轴电缆的外护套连接到所述内套管;并且
所述同轴电缆的中心导体连接到所述导电针,所述导电针可连接到所述射频设备。
8、根据权利要求6所述的连接器,其中,所述辐射部和所述壳能够相对于所述射频设备进行角度旋转和定位。
9、根据权利要求8所述的连接器,其中,所述接口件和所述壳能够被紧固,使得将所述辐射部和所述壳相对于所述射频设备锁定入位。
