With reference to accompanying drawing, wherein similar Reference numeral is represented similar element.Fig. 1 and 2 illustrates the front perspective view and the rear view of actuating type ergonomic support system (10), wherein ergonomic support can by and fixed carriage slide joint and between extended position and retracted position, moving.Actuating type ergonomic support system (10) preferably includes a pair of lateral boundaries (12), is being extended with many transverse wire (14) that are connected on the described lateral boundaries between the described lateral boundaries.Extensible the passing of described transverse wire is arranged essentially parallel to described lateral boundaries and the stave between described lateral boundaries (18).A pair of ergonomic support (16) for example especially as shown in FIG. cushion is positioned to contiguous described lateral boundaries.Ergonomic support (16) is connected on the seat frame by known connecting device (26), and described connecting device is preferably flexible apparatus, for example can allow the cable or the silk of ergonomic support motion.
One carriage fabricated section/bracket base (20) is arranged in the plane of transverse wire and ergonomic support back, and extends between lateral boundaries (12) or ergonomic support (16).Described carriage preferably includes at least one groove (22), and described a pair of ergonomic support is connected on the carriage by a pair of support arm (24), and described support arm has first end (24a), junction surface (24b) and the second end (24c).The first end of support arm (24a) is connected to ergonomic support (16), and the second end of support arm (24c) engages with carriage (20) by the slip clamp (30) that is arranged in groove (22).Junction surface (24b) engages with installation folder/geometrical clamp (34) on being fixed on carriage (20).Slip clamp (30) and groove (22) illustration can be used for support arm (24) is slidingly attached to a type of slide system of carriage fabricated section (20).Usually, slip clamp (30) as the sliding members in the runner slide system groove (22) as runner element, as following with reference to Figure 10 A and 10B discussed in detail.
Especially as shown in Figure 3, actuating type ergonomic support system has a pair of installation folder (34) that is fixed on the carriage (20).Usually, folder (34) is installed makes the junction surface (24b) of described support arm (24) fixing with respect to described fabricated section (20), and (22a, (24a 24c) rotates with respect to described junction surface to allow the end when mobile between 22b) in the end of groove (22) in slip clamp (30).Therefore, junction surface (24b) is positioned at end (24a, centre 24c) of support arm.Preferably, (24a, the position about equally of distance 24c) is fixed to the junction surface (24b) of support arm in the end with support arm folder (34) to be installed. In this embodiment, guide clip (36) is as folder (34) is installed.Guide clip (36) has the passage (36a) that is used to admit arcuate support arm (24), and the junction surface of support arm (24b) is arranged in the passage (36a) of guide clip.As mentioned above, the motion of slip clamp causes support arm (24) to slide with respect to passage (36a) and rotates, and ergonomic support is rotated between extended position and retracted position. One spring (38) can be positioned between ergonomic support (16) and the lateral boundaries (12).Spring (38) preferably draws ergonomic support partially/and deflection effect (bias) is in extended position, and the tension force on the bowden cable increases so that the withdrawal of described support arm.Especially as shown in the figure, preferably, a wind spring forces ergonomic support to move to extended position from retracted position.Should be appreciated that the spring that also can adopt other type such as torsion spring or coil spring and can not deviate from scope of the present invention.
As shown in Figure 4, mounting system can be installed in the backrest of seat frame. In first extended position, ergonomic support (16) is arranged to be positioned at the place ahead slightly of lateral boundaries (12).Actuating to slip clamp (30) causes described being clipped in the groove (22) to be slided.Support arm (24) is arc, thereby slip clamp (30) will cause support arm (24) and institute's bonded assembly ergonomic support (16) inwardly and downwards to be pulled with respect to lateral boundaries (12) towards the sliding motion at carriage center, thereby reach flat basically retracted position shown in Figure 2.On the contrary, therefrom (22a 22b) moves and will cause support arm and institute's bonded assembly ergonomic support outwards and forward to be pushed with respect to described lateral boundaries in the end of mind-set groove (22) to activate slip clamp.Should be appreciated that according to the present invention various actuating devices all can be used for mobile slip clamp. Therefore, operation to bowden cable (40) or other tightening device can be a manually operated or power operated, and can adopt to be similar to the device described in the US patent disclosure No.2004/0140705, wherein actuating device employing seat folding changes the tension force in the bowden cable.
In another embodiment, as illustrated in Figures 5 and 6, except that first pair of slip clamp (30), the ergonomic support system also has second pair of slip clamp (32).As above described in detail, the first end of each support arm (24) is connected to each the first end in first pair of slip clamp (30) respectively. In this embodiment, carriage fabricated section (20) forms the backboard of seat, and in the second pair of slip clamp each lays respectively within one of them of a pair of groove (22).Each groove (22) preferably holds first pair and second pair of slip clamp (30,32).In this embodiment, the junction surface that presss from both sides with support arm (24) being installed forms.Especially, support arm is made of silk structure (wire formation), and the junction surface is formed integrally as bending in described with folder is installed, and is preferably circle.
Especially as shown in Figure 6, the cannula tip of bowden cable (42) is connected to first slip clamp (30), and the silk end (44) of bowden cable extends to second slip clamp (32) from first slip clamp (30), is thus connected this two slip clamp.Articulated jib (28) has first end (28a) and the second end (28b).The first end of articulated jib becomes to pivot with ergonomic support and concerns. The first end of articulated jib (28a) can be directly connected to ergonomic support (16) pivotly or be connected to support arm (24) indirectly by the pivot connecting device. The second end of articulated jib (28b) is connected on one of second pair of slip clamp (32).In extended position, articulated jib is substantially perpendicular to ergonomic support. The actuating of bowden cable makes the double-type slip clamp (30,32) in the groove (22) slide in tandem along a direction, thereby articulated jib (28) is pivoted and ergonomic support (16) is rotated between extended position and retracted position in the above described manner.
Shown in Fig. 7-9, folder (34) is installed can be connected to support arm (24) on the carriage fabricated section (20) indirectly, and support arm (24) can be connected to lateral boundaries (12).Usually, folder (34) is installed support arm (24) is connected to fabricated section (20), be pivotably connected to the end of carriage (20) at the second end (28b) of the described place of being rotationally connected articulated jib by (fabricated section (20)) and being rotationally connected of articulated jib (28).Shown in Fig. 7 and 8, articulated jib (28) can be connected to carriage fabricated section (20) by second slip clamp (32).As mentioned above, first pair and second pair of slip clamp (30,32) are arranged in their grooves (22) separately. The actuating of bowden cable (40) is slided slip clamp (30) along a direction in guiding piece, thereby make articulated jib (28) pivot with respect to ergonomic support (16) when ergonomic support is moved in a similar manner.Perhaps, shown in Fig. 9 A and 9B, articulated jib (28) can be connected to carriage fabricated section (20) by fixing pivotal point (20a).By fixing pivotal point (20a), the junction surface (24b) of support arm (24) preferably with support arm (24) and lateral boundaries (12) between installation folder (34) become sliding relation, and be appreciated that any the installation folder (34) among these embodiment can become sliding relation and become rotation relation ground be connected support arm (24) with articulated jib (28) with lateral boundaries (12) respectively.
Especially shown in Fig. 9 A, folder (34) is installed is connected support arm (24) with the mode of rotating with respect to articulated jib (28) to slide with respect to lateral boundaries (12).Therefore, install folder (34) comprise be used for fixing, slip and pivot bonded assembly integral type connecting device. The junction surface of support arm (24b) is fixedly connected to installs folder.Folder (34) is installed to be engaged slidably and pivotally with lateral boundaries (12).The first end of articulated jib (28a) is pivotally connected to be installed on the folder. In case actuating bowden cable, along with support arm by inwardly and pull down, slip clamp (30) moves along a direction in groove (22), thereby causes lateral boundaries (12) to be slided and cause articulated jib (28) to pivot with respect to carriage, make thus support stretch and retracted position between rotate.Be appreciated that by being fixed on lateral boundaries (12) and go up and allow support arm (24) to slide, folder (34) is installed between support arm (24) and lateral boundaries (12), is provided slip cooperating relationship.
As mentioned above, spring (38) can be used for forcing ergonomic support to move to extended position from retracted position. In specific embodiment shown in Figure 9, coiling extension spring (38) is moved described arm to its extended position partially, and the tension force on the bowden cable increases with the described arm of withdrawing.Coiling extension spring (38) extends between the end of carriage (20) and slip clamp (30) and is connected on the two.The actuating of bowden cable (40) causes the central slide of slip clamp (30,32) to carriage, thereby increases the tension force of spring (38).When ergonomic support in the above described manner from extended position when retracted position moves, the increase of tension force is forcefully with ergonomic support inwardly and pull down.
In the above-described embodiments, cushion bracket is described to the ergonomic support (16) with support arm (24) rotation. The ergonomic support of other type that should be appreciated that except that any cushion or make up with it, for example the waist shown in Figure 10 A and the 10B leans on system, and the head restraint systems (not shown), also can be operated by support arm is rotated according to the present invention. Therefore, according to the type of the ergonomic support that activated, but lateral boundaries on even keel and/or be arranged in the seat vertically. It can also be appreciated that spring can force described ergonomic support to move to extended position from retracted position.
Especially with reference to Figure 10 A and 10B, the waist that ergonomic support (16) is is by (110), it has fabricated section (112), a pair of interconnective rotationally arm (114,116), be connected the spring (118) between described a pair of arm and the fabricated section and be operably connected to actuator (120) on described a pair of arm and the fabricated section. One of described arm is as throw of lever (114), and one end thereof (122) is connected to fabricated section (112).Throw of lever (114) becomes rotation relation (128) and translation relation to be connected to fabricated section (112) (130), and extends to distal portion (126) from connecting end (122) by junction surface (124).Another arm (116) is pivot (132) the supporting thill lever arm (114) by being connected in junction surface (124) preferably.Another pivot (134) is pivotally connected to fabricated section (112) with the other end of support arm (116).
