Abstract

本发明是关于一种电热封口机用的可换电热模组,其大致包括一下盖、一具有一镂空窗的上盖、一压缩弹簧、与一具有一凸出头部的电热丝套组,上盖是供盖合于其下盖,使上盖与下盖间形成一容置空间;压缩弹簧是设置于此容置空间内,且定位于壳体的弹簧容置槽中;电热丝套组是设置于容置空间内,且定位于压缩弹簧上,且电热丝套组的凸出头部伸出于上盖的镂空窗,当按压电热丝套组的凸出头部时,电热丝套组可以相对下盖作动而接触导通。

电热封口机用的可换电热模组
技术领域
本发明是关于一种可换电热模组,尤指一种电热封口机的可换电热模组。
背景技术
掌上型封口机,由于灵巧而使用方便,广为消费者所喜爱。已知的掌上型封口机,请参阅图6,其大致包括一基座110、一电热机构120、一电池室130与一按压部140。其电热机构120包括一上盖121、一电热部122、一弹簧123、一导通定位座124;弹簧123是组装于导通定位座124的弹簧容置室125中,而电热部122是组装于其上,并于电热部122上盖合上盖121。亦即已知的掌上型封口机,其电热机构包括了诸多零散元件。
该等已知的掌上型封口机的电热部122上的电热丝126长久使用或连续加热容易损坏,而使得电热封口机故障,使用者想要自行修理时需要拆卸若干零配件才能取出电热部122,进行整修或更换零件,最后再组装回去。然而,一般使用者可能不知如何自行修缮更不易取得欲更换的新零件,以致于电热封口机的报废。
发明内容
本案发明的目的在于,提供一种电热封口机用的可换电热模组,可使电热机构的诸多零散元件整合成一个电热模组而能直接装设于电热封口机的基座中。便于使用者自行替换新的电热模组,而可继续使用电热封口机。
本发明是关于一种电热封口机用的可换电热模组,其特征在于,其包括:
一下盖,其具有一第一导电片、一第二导电片及一壳体,该壳体具有一弹簧容置槽;
一具有一镂空窗的上盖,该上盖是供盖合于该下盖,以使该上盖与该下盖间形成一容置空间;
一压缩弹簧,设置于该容置空间内,且定位于该弹簧容置槽中;与
一具有一凸出头部的电热丝套组,设置于该容置空间内,且定位于该压缩弹簧上,该电热丝套组的凸出头部伸出于该上盖的镂空窗,当按压该电热丝套组的凸出头部时,该电热丝套组可以相对该下盖作动而接触导通。
其中该电热丝套组包括:一热绝缘基部、一电热线、一第一金属扣合体、与一第二金属扣合体。
其中该电热线、该第一金属扣合体及该一第二金属扣合体是一体焊固结合而成。
其中该电热丝套组还包括有一耐热覆盖片,该耐热覆盖片是覆盖于该电热线之上。
其中该上盖还包括有一安全扣环。
其中该下盖的壳体开设有一第一插合槽与一第二插合槽,该第一导电片具有一插合部可供插固于该第一插合槽,该第二导电片具有一插合部可供插固于该第二插合槽。
其中该下盖的壳体具有一顶缘凹槽,该上盖具有一底部周围壁,当该上盖盖合该下盖时,该下盖的顶缘凹槽可以由公差卡固于该上盖的底部周围壁。
本发明可换电热模组的下盖与上盖的结合,无须限制,可以为卡合、粘合,或用螺丝锁固,只要可以使整个模组结合成一体即可。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,图1是本发明一较佳实施例的电热模组的组合图,图2是本发明一较佳实施例的电热模组的组合图。
如图所示,一种电热封口机用的可换电热模组10,其包括一下盖20,其具有一第一导电片21、一第二导电片22及一壳体23,该壳体23具有一弹簧容置槽24;一具有一镂空窗31的上盖30,该上盖30是供盖合于该下盖20,以使该上盖30与该下盖20间形成一容置空间320;一压缩弹簧40,设置于该容置空间320内,且定位于该弹簧容置槽24中:与一具有一凸出头部51的电热丝套组50,设置于该容置空间320内,且定位于该压缩弹簧40上,该电热丝套组50的凸出头部51申出于该上盖30的镂空窗31,当按压该电热丝套组50的凸出头部51时,该电热丝套组50可以相对该下盖20作动而接触导通。
其中该电热丝套组50包括:一热绝缘基部52、一电热线53、一第一金属扣合体54、与一第二金属扣合体55,在本例中该电热线53、该第一金属扣合体54及该一第二金属扣合体55是一体焊固结合而成。
请继续参阅图1及图2,本例的该电热丝套组50还包括有一耐热覆盖片56,其是为含有铁佛龙的网状边的物或者类似的材质制成,可提供一光滑的表面并保护电热模组,该耐热覆盖片56是覆盖于该电热线53之上,且该上盖还包括有一安全扣环32。
在本例中该下盖20的壳体23开设有一第一插合槽231与一第二插合槽232,该第一导电片21具有一插合部211可供插固于该第一插合槽231,该第二导电片22具有一插合部221可供插固于该第二插合槽232。
此外,该下盖20的壳体23具有一顶缘凹槽25,该上盖30具有一底部周围壁33,当该上盖30盖合该下盖20时,该下盖20的顶缘凹槽25可以由公差卡固于该上盖30的底部周围壁33。
请参阅图3,图3是本发明一较佳实施例的电热模组的作动图,如图所示,电热模组10的安全扣环32因设置于电热模组10的上方,如此,电热线53无法与电热模组10的第一导电片21与第二导电片22电接导通,可避免误触或按压而启动,使更加安全。
请参阅图4,图4是本发明一较佳实施例的电热模组的另一作动图,如图所示,当使用者于使用时须先将安全扣环32拨离电热模组10的上方,当电热丝套组50的凸出头部51下压时,电热线53与第一导电片21与第二导电片22电接导通。
请继续参阅图5,图5是本发明一较佳实施例的成品剖面图,如图所示,当热模组10组装于基座7的前容置室70时,第一导电片21的插合部211与第二导电片22的插合部221分别与电池室71中的二接点73,74接触导通,遂当按压部6下压电热丝套组50的凸出头部51时,电热线53经通以电流后温度升高,可以提供封合塑胶袋口的热能温度。

Claims (7)

1.一种电热封口机用的可换电热模组,是可拆卸地组装于一基座的前容置室,其包括:
一下盖,其具有一第一导电片、一第二导电片及一壳体,该壳体具有一弹簧容置槽;
一具有一镂空窗的上盖,该上盖是供盖合于该下盖,以使该上盖与该下盖间形成一容置空间;
一压缩弹簧,设置于该容置空间内,且定位于该弹簧容置槽中;与
一具有一凸出头部的电热丝套组,设置于该容置空间内,且定位于该压缩弹簧上,该电热丝套组的凸出头部伸出于该上盖的镂空窗,当按压该电热丝套组的凸出头部时,该电热丝套组可以相对该下盖作动而接触导通。
2.如权利要求1所述的电热封口机用的可换电热模组,其特征在于,其中该电热丝套组包括:一热绝缘基部、一电热线、一第一金属扣合体、与一第二金属扣合体。
3.如权利要求2所述的电热封口机用的可换电热模组,其特征在于,其中该电热线、该第一金属扣合体及该一第二金属扣合体是一体焊固结合而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的电热封口机用的可换电热模组,其特征在于,其中该电热丝套组还包括有一耐热覆盖片,该耐热覆盖片是覆盖于该电热线之上。
5.如权利要求1所述的电热封口机用的可换电热模组,其特征在于,其中该上盖还包括有一安全扣环。
6.如权利要求1所述的电热封口机用的可换电热模组,其特征在于,其中该下盖的壳体开设有一第一插合槽与一第二插合槽,该第一导电片具有一插合部可供插固于该第一插合槽,该第二导电片具有一插合部可供插固于该第二插合槽。
7.如权利要求1所述的电热封口机用的可换电热模组,其特征在于,其中该下盖的壳体具有一顶缘凹槽,该上盖具有一底部周围壁,当该上盖盖合该下盖时,该下盖的顶缘凹槽可以由公差卡固于该上盖的底部周围壁。
